Worked well for our two families traveling to come together, great common areas to hang out in, comfortable accommodations that were well appointed and considerate.

Loved our stay here! It was an amazing location, so walkable and cool neighborhood with lots going on. The hosts were amazing and so responsive, and really worked with me on checkin and checkout to accommodate our flight arrival and departure time. The beds are super comfy and the house felt like a home away from home. Would recommend highly and would come back!

I was surprised when originally it said check in time was 5:00 PM couple days prior to checking in. I did reach out and he responded right away that nobody was there day before and we could check in anytime after 1:30 which was a huge relief. I had not seen a check in time when I booked. Everything about the place was as described and perfect. Note: there are no lights on the dock for night fishing. Matt at no time said there were and when I asked him if there was a place to turn on lights he actually said we could run into town purchase something and he would reimburse us. I thought that was going above and beyond. Fishing was great. It was a very nice place. I did pay more than I usually do after fees and taxes more than I usually do per night. After our stay I would be tempted to pay the money to stay there in the future. Matt is a great host.

We had a great time at the cottage - loved the hot tub, watching movies on the projector screen, and fresh eggs in the morning! Nice, peaceful reprieve after a day downtown. Host was very responsive!

Rose was kind and helpful. "Lucinda's House" looked just like the pictures. We loved the convenience of location to all we wanted to do in Nashville, but also loved that it felt like a cozy hideaway. The place is nice, clean, cutely decorated, and cozy. We also loved the cabin-like feel, the antiques, and the thought put into having hypoallergenic/low-toxic linens, soaps, etc. We loved our stay!

Absolutely beautiful! We loved everything about this charming historic home and the thoughtful hospitality of our host, Denise. The house was immaculate, the beds were very comfortable with nice linens, and the unique floorplan offered privacy for each bedroom. We loved the large shower (cleanliness, great water pressure and temperature range, and high-quality fixtures are always appreciated!), the tasteful decor, and the interesting bits of history throughout the home. Denise was quick to respond when I messaged her with a question. There were thunderstorms and a tornado warning shortly before our check-in time and Denise called to make sure we were aware and safe. So thoughtful! We plan to stay here again soon!

The homeowner and home were both amazing. Our guests had an amazing time. We rent from Airbnbs all over the country and this homeowner goes above and beyond. We can’t give her enough stars.

My wife and I spent spring break in Nashville and this place was just what we needed. The location was close to Downtown/Broadway, East Nashville/ 5 points, and a quick jaunt to the Opry. The coach house was very clean with a great kitchen and nice bathroom. We felt right at home with our two little dogs able to take walks in the neighborhood after a day on the town. Parking was well lit and safe right off the alley.

Our stay at the Rose Cottage was perfect and cozy like staying at your Grandma’s house! Everything was close by within walking distance and Susan was very quick to respond anytime we needed anything. There’s also a smaller property in the back that is also super cute if a smaller space is needed. I would definitely stay here again !

The property looked like the pictures. It was supplied with many more amenities than other Airbnb properties. Almost anything we could want was already supplied. They even had a pet station with supplies. We had a little hitch getting into the property, but were contacted immediately and it was promptly fixed. The property was beautiful, with lots of wildlife. The downstairs hvac system was very inconsistent, but we were able to make it work. The check-out instructions were very reasonable compared to other properties. Don & Dora supplied a very in-depth guidebook for the area. If we weren’t visiting locals already, it would have been very useful. Over-all, it was a very enjoyable trip in a very comfortable house.

It was a homecoming for my wife and I, we used to live in TN for 6 years & haven't been back since 2018. We adopted our 4 street dogs from Nashville & Memphis, all of them near the end of their life (age, arthritis, cancer, you name it). Plus we added two little daughters. This was a perfect place to get back to our "roots" and enjoy Tennessee. Kids enjoyed their rooms, we all slept great. It was February so weather was raining more than half the time but when it wasn't we certainly enjoyed the grounds. The creek is just great for a 7yo & 4yo to play in (safe and shallow). Perfect country get away for city dwellers. Thanks Josh!

We had an amazing stay over New Years! The house was so cozy and inviting. Adorable neighborhood - easy walk to the shops and restaurants in downtown Franklin. We’ll be back soon!

Highly recommend staying in the Cozy Cottage. Great location and exactly what we needed for the Christmas holiday. Jenny was awesome!! We plan to stay again when we are in the area. You will not be disappointed staying at the Cozy Cottage!!

This cottage was beautiful! The backyard had some of the most amazing views as we saw deer and other animals. Our dogs appreciated the backyard (as did we). The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms and kitchen were great. The house was very well stocked with everything you need. I also really appreciated the s’mores treats that Shelley left for us. It was amazing to wake up to birds chirping and the sun rising. Truly, this is a magical place to stay! Shelley, thank you for letting us stay at your house.

From the second we arrived, you made us feel like family. The neighborhood felt like something out of a Disney movie. Gorgeous, rolling hills. Peaceful and homey. We didn’t want to leave! Mike was incredibly kind and helpful, and truly felt like we knew him for years. A good friend. Will absolutely be back and want to move here now. The home was so perfect. My girls ages 10 and 11 were thrilled with it! The loft reminded us of the Mary Poppins’ children’s bedrooms. Everything was perfect, and we are so grateful for the experience! Will definitely be back! Thank you, Mike and Donna, for a magical spring break for me and my girls!

This cute little house worked out perfectly. Great location and quick easy responsive instructions on how to enter. I'll make a mental note to look for this listing when I need a placer to stay in the Nashville area.

Enjoyed my stay here during a short weekend trip. Tina provided clear instructions and was very responsive to messages. The cottage was cute, clean and in a safe area. Would recommend staying here.

Like many reviews on Mary and Joe’s place, this truly felt like home away from home, like I stepped into my mother’s cottage if she had one. The house is cozy, well-stocked, and very close to a grocery store and restaurants and the yard is very cute. Mary was very responsive and we felt very well taken care of. Great shower pressure and comfortable bed too.

Had a wonderful 2 night stay for my husband & I’s anniversary. It was so peaceful , private and a perfect escape from reality. Highly recommend this place !

This was our second time staying at The Maple Roost. We had a wonderful 2 week stay there in the summer and so we didn’t even look at other accommodation options for our most recent 1 week stay. The Maple Roost is well appointed, cozy, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed being able to settle in easily. It is in the perfect location; close to the charming town of Columbia, you can walk to the town square, and yet you feel the peaceful quiet of being out of town. Holly is a delightful, thoughtful, and responsive host. The Maple Roost mirrors Columbia; warm, inviting, a great place to make fun memories.
