Unni's villa is nestled right between the beach and the backwaters. Not many places would offer such a superb setting that seems to embody the very soul of Kerala. The villa is spacious, family-friendly and as described, including the amenities. The beach is quaint, clean and very beautiful, ideal for strolls, swimming or just watching sunset. Unni is a very responsive host, always willing to help. The cook is skilled and really adept at tailoring the menu to suit the guests' requirements. Overall, a superb experience which we would love to repeat someday.

Sunil sir was very kind and let us check in early and check out late due to our travel times. He and his wife are friendly and even gave us a complimentary breakfast which was delicious. The place was exactly as described and was quite near to all the Fort Kochi tourist attractions. There was also no trouble getting any Zomato/Swiggy food deliveres. The kitchen had a fridge, cutlery, and induction stove which were useful. They even had a washing machine and easy access to the terrace. All in all, great experience. Definitely worth the money we paid.

The home was so beautiful and with all amenities, the kitchen well equipped. The host Lynette and caretaker Robin went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. We had an amazing one-day stay at this beautiful 3BHK flat with a stunning river view in Aluva. The apartment was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, making it feel like a home away from home. The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking, with the serene Periyar river and coconut trees adding a calming touch to our morning coffee. The host was incredibly hospitable, ensuring that everything we needed was readily available. The caretaker Vijay was always there to help, making sure we were comfortable and addressing any needs promptly. The location is convenient, with easy access to local attractions and amenities. The apartment was well-equipped with Wi-Fi, a good LED TV, microwave oven and other modern facilities, making our stay comfortable and hassle-free. The property is very close to Aluva town and the experience was really nice. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and picturesque getaway. I would definitely love to come back again!

Обязательно купите и попробуйте местную мужскую одежду. Это свободная юбка. В ней очень удобно ходить и дома и на улице. Купил себе несколько таких юбок. Буду носить дома. До пляжа на скутере можно добраться за 15 минут. Пляжи здесь восхитительные: чистые и пустынные. Однако приготовьтесь к тому, что местные жители практически не купаются. Если купаются, то в одежде. Вас не осудят, но будут обсуждать. )))) Вилла комфортная для проживания четырех человек. Мы жили вдвоем. Все отлично. Работает доставка еды. Еда свежая, вкусная и не дорогая. Огромное спасибо Babul и его управляющему Randjit. Вы окружили нас заботой и вниманием. Мы сразу почувствовали себя, как дома. Все наши просьбы удовлетворялись практически мгновенно. Это очень важно и ценно для нас. Мы обязательно вернемся. )))

Awesome house to stay. Very peaceful surrounding away from city traffic and sounds. Very good swimming pool with Jacuzzi. Beautiful house interiors with all modern equipments. Very friendly host even arranged carrom board on request.

One of the most beautiful stays listed in Thrissur. The river, the garden and the house gives you a perfect blend for a peaceful getaway.
