Great apartment in a good location, lots of trams available to take you around to different parts of Melbourne. Very well maintained and with great appliances. Only issue we had was with the lock box being a bit fiddly, but other than that we would recommend!

Absolutely loved staying here, the property is absolutely gorgeous and felt right at home as soon as we walked in! Very clean place and a good amount of space too! Kitchen is well equipped too, and very easy to get into the CBD! Definitely recommend staying here❤️

Seamless experience from start to finish. Magda was easy to communicate with and very responsive prior to check in, during the stay when I had a query, and when it was time to check out. Key collection was extremely easy and the apartment was immaculate when I arrived. Overall this apartment was ideal for my needs and exactly as advertised; a great place for one or two people. Sophie's place was quiet, very clean, comfortable and very convenient. We liked the outdoor patio and natural light. A place so close to public transport (trams) and the city as well as providing secure, undercover car parking is a real winner.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Laurence’s apartment. The apartment itself is big, clean and comfortable. Lots of new appliances with comfy furnishings. We felt at home (and wished it was our home!). The location is close to Fitzmaurice St, including the local Woolies and some nearby cafes and restaurants. We will definitely book the apartment again next time we are in Wagga Wagga.

Rod and Rebecca are amazing hosts! The apartment was absolutely perfect as we came to Melbourne for the Formula 1 Grand Prix. Close to trams, restaurants and shops. We had the best 5 days! Thank you again so much.

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful home with all the facilities we needed, and lovely comfy beds. Lynette put the aircon on prior to our arrival which was fabulous on a hot day after a long drive. We loved the location and enjoyed walks by the river. We would love to stay again when we return to Horsham!

We stayed at Brad’s place over the long weekend and it was nothing short of amazing! He was so helpful throughout the stay and accommodated perfectly for our stay and the extras we had coming. Phoenix house 29a was a great, well equipped home to stay while spending time in Wagga Wagga. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us.

Jack and Nathalie were great hosts. We had a very last minute booking and they were able to get the place ready for us within 2 hours. They were super accommodating, they even had supplies ready for our young children (plates, spoons, body wash). A great family home to stay in! Thank you again Jack and Nathalie!

We love loved our overnight stay. Tanya was very responsive. Great location when travelling between Melbourne and Sydney. The place was extremely clean and tidy. Oven was great as had many options including an air fryer. Great for cooking for kids. Highly recommended.

The apartment is amazing, it’s right in the heart of Melbourne so you can get around by walking but if you’re not a walker then there is multitude tram stops nearby. Also Matt is a wonderful host who was very helpful and responsive. For anyone coming to Melbourne I would recommend staying here

Staying at David’s place was a great experience. The train station is right outside and tram stop close by. The host has thought of all the necessities and the outdoor area was fantastic. A perfect location for day trips into the city. Would definitely stay again.

This was a great place to stay, it’s important to remember that just because you are on the 18th floor doesn’t mean you are in a hotel. You are in an apartment with normal people living their lives, they are not on vacation. This place is really great for people who prefer to walk to get places, everything is close by so getting out to see and do things was really easy. And if we wanted to go farther away, driving is easier as you are just outside where traffic gets really busy from all the activity in the city. Andrew is quick to respond to any questions and has realistic expectations of his guests, next time I come to Melbourne I will definitely be checking to see if this place is available again.

We had a great stay at Meary's apartment! Everything went smoothly and communication was fantastic. The apartment had everything we needed and everywhere we wanted to go was either within walking distance or an easy tram ride away. The only negative we found was that the mattresses on the single beds were quite hard and bumpy which was a bit uncomfortable—something to bear in mind if you are sensitive to that kind of thing.

Perfect apartment in the most perfect location. So much to do (and eat) in and around Collingwood! Lisa & Eddie had plenty of local recs to make our stay most enjoyable. Note that check in/out requires picking up keys from a local convenience store. Still, highly recommend to anyone visiting Melbourne (especially first timers like us).

Wonderful stay! Very clean apartment with an awesome night view. The bed linens are nice and comfy—I sometimes get itchy when staying at other Airbnbs, but I had no such issues here. Highly recommend!

Very clean apartment and felt very secure. Great location, with a 3 minute walk to the tram that takes you right into the city. Hosts were very polite and friendly.
