Die villa ist wie die Beschreibung. Hell, modern uns sauber. Komplett eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Sehr gepflegte Quartier. Quartier Restaurants, Bars und Strand zu fuss erreichbar. Wir haben 50 Minuten zu Muscat zentrum gehabt, aber der Weg zu Muscat sehr angenehm und sehr interessant aus Natur. Wir haben unsere Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Vielen Dank 🙏🏼

Naseer was an extremely helpful and accommodating host. He went above and beyond and made us feel very very welcome. He even checked in occasionally to make sure we were okay and had everything we needed. if you're looking for a quiet getaway in Oman then look no further! Strongly recommend!

We stayed at Salim’s place for a week, the places is specious and you will feel at home immediately. The location is great and very calm. Perfect for a family stay. Thank you so much for your hospitality 🙌

Logement très grand correspondant exactement à la description. Il est fonctionnel et le fait d'avoir une salle de bain par chambre était très appréciable. Il y avait aussi savon dans chaque pièce d'eau, sel, poivre, sucre, .... tout ce qu'il est difficile d'amener ainsi que des petites attentions (eau fraiche dans le frigo, biscuits, chaussons à disposition) . A'idah est réactive et elle a toujours répondu à nos attentes (nous sommes tombés en panne de gaz un soir à 20h et à 21h30 la bouteille avait été remplacée par une société qu'elle a contactée). Le quartier est sécurisé par une société privée (mais on ne se sent pas en insécurité à Oman). Le logement est tout près de l'autoroute et d'un grand supermarché. Par contre, il est situé juste au dessus Mascate et la plupart de nos excursions ont eu lieu au sud ce qui nous a obligé à faire la route mais le réseau autoroutier est très développé.

Un séjour parfait ! Le logement était impeccable : très propre, spacieux et très bien équipé, tout y est pensé pour le confort des voyageurs. L’hôte était exceptionnel, très disponible et attentionné. Une expérience au top, je recommande sans hésitation et reviendrai avec plaisir !

A wonderful villa with great pool. Mohamed was so helpful and gave great recommendations taking us to some new exciting places to visit. A car is a must for this location but you can see lots in 15 mins drive.

Mahir is an exceptional host! His place is exactly as described - clean, comfortable, and perfectly located and very private with a wonderful mountain view! But what truly sets him apart is his warm hospitality and attention to detail and quick response. From the moment we arrived, Mahir made us feel welcome and at ease. He was always available to answer our questions and provide recommendations. The villa is beautifully maintained, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. We appreciated the little touches, like fresh towels and toiletries. We highly recommend Mahir's place to anyone looking for a stress-free and enjoyable getaway. Had a great time at the blue gate. The apartment is just a few steps from the sea. It's quiet and private, communications with Aleksi and his staff were easy. We arrived very late at night and had no trouble finding it and getting in. The apartment is in a cozy and well maintained village/ neighborhood. It is a bit outside the city but well connected by the highway if you have a car. A great location.

We had 3 villas for a huge group. They were beautiful, roomey, homey and luxurious. Lounge, kitchen-diner were great to bring us all together to relax and eat. Balconies were spacious with amazing views. Bedrooms & bathrooms were huge. Compound was quiet and peaceful. Pool area was a lovely little Oasis. We were incredibly happy. Harold was a responsive host and catered for our needs. The villa is far from the Centre - car hire or driver service is essential. Only the Shangri La is in walking distance. Day passes to access their facilities and treatments were great. Food at SRL was terrible but expensive. Scuba diving with Extra Divers based at SRL was excellent. Harold reffered us to Waleed for driver services. Waleed was like a concierge - offering driver services, tours (we did Nizwa and City) and Omani dinner / breakfast catering. He even sourced Bday cake and took us for take away collection and grocery shops. He made calls to restaurants and other services for us.

beautiful villa in a peaceful and gated community. Abdulla was very helpful and provided support 24/7 when needed the villa is beautiful, spacious and well kept. I am glad there was a room downstairs for my mother because she hates stairs We rented the villa in Jan and we were attending a wedding, so we didn't get to 'enjoy' the villa. which is why we are aiming to revisit again soon! the windows could use tints to offer some sort of privacy, we had to keep the curtains down most of the time there were insects which is expected during this time of year in the gulf, so you need to take note of that when booking everything was available in the villa and we didn't have to go looking for stuff and Abdulla responded to any inquiries we can't wait for our next visit (mom's orders!)

Staying at this villa is an amazing experience. The villa itself is luxurious, elegant, clean, spacious, and a work of art. It is exquisite on any level. It is near the highway yet away from it to provide peace and quiet. The villa has everything you can imagine or will need. The furniture is beyond elegant, rich, and comfortable, and the service you will get there is more than excellent. You will get royal treatment and feel very pampered. Your stay will be super comfortable, relaxing, enjoyable and luxurious. There are no words or photos that can do justice to this villa. I fell in love with it and hope I will get the chance to stay there again. So, I urge everyone who might be the slightest interest to stay there to please try it. You will have a wonderful experience. I guarantee it.
