very comfortable apartment - we stayed a week but you could easily stay here for a month. spacious (two bathrooms, big kitchen, lounge and bedroom), well-stocked kitchen for cooking and a 24/7 supermarket on the ground floor of the building. pool and small gym on the rooftop. TV with Netflix. comfortable bed. balcony. AC. self check-in, which was helpful since we arrived at 5am. we really enjoyed our time here. thanks, Mohammed!

We felt we were very lucky to get Bader’s apartment for 2 nights not long in advance. A perfect air bnb flat in an amazing area, with a lovely shared pool which we really enjoyed. Bader checked all was ok at check in and we felt he was very available if we needed anything - which we didn’t! Huge thanks for a superb first 2 nights in Muscat, we hope to be back.

Top Choice for everyone who is looking for a solid homebase to make some daytrips. The Apartment offers everything you need - we are out most of the day, so we have no special needs. The only thing that did Not work for us was the usage of the Pool (we were told its for hotel guests only). All in all we had a very good time and would definitely recommend the place. Thanks Basel for having us!

Abdullah’s place is a little gem.. situated @ Juman, the building has much higher standard than other buildings at the Mouj. What is so unique is the view, which you can enjoy from the very big balconies, Albudllah is a great host, and he planned everything to make the place a home form home : water bottles, great coffee machine, essentials at the fridge , all you need to clean/ use @ the kitchen, some fabulous touches all around the flat, that make it such a great experience. I had asked Abdullah to arrange extra items that were required specifically for us, and this was done so well and kindly. Abdullah does respond very quickly and always available for any requests… We shall be back… as we were very sad to leave!!! Oman is such a fabulous place and what makes it so special is the kindness of Omanis. Abdullah is a true reflection of this… kind, helpful and a pleasure to talk to.

Amazing place, nice apartment! We had very late check in and Imthiaz was very kind to wait for us and help with check in till 4am!!!we really appreciate his support throughout out stay!

Overall a great stay! Spacious villa with spacious rooms and clean in a safe and quiet compound. Although it was slightly far from certain places, it wasn’t a huge issue, very well worth it and would definitely stay here again!

If you want a private and beautiful location which is away from everything, this is the place. The villa is clean and everything works. You are living amongst the locals and everyone is welcoming. Do not think this is a place where you can dress in bikinis and have loud music playing all day long. Respect the locals. What makes this place even more special is the host who is better that a butler and resolves all your problems instantly. Nice local restaurants and a mini market to buy small snacks. Just to point out there is no front or rear garden at the property. You are within walls, which is a good thing as it is a hot country. The pool is within the building so easy access all day long for kids. If you have kids or stupid adults with you be careful you don't brake anything in the villa as you will be paying for it. Basically respect other people's stuff.

Fantastic Spacious Stay in Muscat – Perfect Location & Well Maintained! We had a wonderful stay at this large 5-bedroom Airbnb in Muscat. The home is beautifully maintained, clean, and offers plenty of space for a large group or family. The layout is well thought out, with comfortable bedrooms and common areas that make it easy to relax and enjoy. One of the biggest highlights is the location—just a short walk to the beach and centrally positioned, making it convenient to explore Muscat’s top attractions. Whether you want to enjoy the coastline, visit cultural sites, or explore the city, everything is easily accessible.

Can't recommend this place enough, even better than the pictures. is very big and spacious. We found everything we need (and more). the house was very clean. The house carer was always there if we needed anything. the location and the view are super. thank you for having us!

The flat has a convenient location right in front of the shopping mall, where you just cross the road and you’re inside the mall. The apartment has nice furniture and interior design. Just as shown on the photo . If you are a coffee lover you will enjoy a nice coffees machine with inbuilt bean grinder and espresso maker. Abdulla is a communicative and responsive host with polite manner and positive attitude :) I had a good stay :)

This is one of the best airbnb I have stayed so far. Hassan is a kind person and the room he rents as well as the attached private bathroom were spotlessly clean. Around the area - which is very close to the airport - there are also numerous restaurants. Higly recommend.

Otelin sahibi Mr.Baseel, çok iyi ve yardım eden biri. Havalimanından otobüsle ve biraz yürüyerek toplam 20 -25 dakika da ulaşabilirsiniz yani havalimanına yakın olması avantaj.Kendi yemek pişirebileceğiniz mutfak var.Bedava kahve. Oturma odası çok güzel ,LED TV, kitaplar ,müzik aletleri ve yeni insanlarla tanışabilirsiniz arkadaşlık ortamı var. Çok tatlı bir Scottish Fold kedisi var.😇 Marketlere ve Restoranlara yakın.İlk gün yolları biraz şaşırabilirsiniz mutlaka Harita uygulaması kullanın ilk gün. Yeni insanlarla tanışmak sosyalleşmek ve havalimanina yakın yerde konaklamak isteyenlere tavsiye ederim

Our host was most supportive and kind throughout our stay. The apartment and its location are exactly as described and our host prepared a very warm welcome that was above and beyond. Furthermore, the tranquility of the area and the atmosphere of the apartment made for a great year end vacation.

Hatem est vraiment une personne incroyable, serviable à l’écoute. Il m’a même amené à manger une fois pour me faire découvrir leur culture culinaire et on a partagé ce repas ensemble. Très a l’écoute et réactif ! Logement bien équipé, climatiseur dans le salon et la chambre. Petite terrasse assez agréable avec équipement pour barbecue à disposition. Logement à 10min de la mer à pied et a 2min du supermarché. Je recommande vivement. Encore merci pour tout.

Un très bel appartement propre et moderne. Magasins de proximité et proche de la mer. Endroit calme et hôte très reactif. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié.
