This was the first time I stayed in an Airbnb and was nervous. But, this place far exceeded my expectations and I will for sure use Airbnb again. And, when back in Richmond, I will for sure book this property again!!! I highly recommend it!!

Karla was very responsive and her home is beautiful. Just what we needed in the middle of a hectic move.

We stayed at Katy's for a small family gathering and to see the sights in Richmond. The property was private, peaceful and serene. We enjoyed the trains passing across the canal but others might not. The home is located in a beautiful neighborhood with quick and easy access to many parks, museums and other activities. We had no issues with the house or amenities and Katy promptly and helpfully responded to our questions.

Perfect place to stay and watch a week full of VCU baseball games. Several breweries and restaurants within walking distance. Laundry detergent, dryer sheets, YouTubeTV, gas Weber grill, a variety of spices and quality beds and bedding made everything nice and super convenient. Grocery stores nearby as well. Several golf courses within a 30 minute drive. I never had a need to contact the owners because everything was laid out very clearly. I would DEFINITELY stay here again!

Right in the heart of Ashland! It's a great house with lots of space and amazing outdoor area. Easy to park and get around! The house had everything and more than we could have needed! Highly recommmend.

We had the best time staying at Cody’s place. He was extremely accommodating, communicative and responsive. We throughly enjoyed the house - it had plenty of space for 8 guests, was beautifully updated and is in a great location. Highly recommend!!

Tim is quick at communication, and all info is shared in advance for easy planning. Comfy beds and furnished for relaxing inside. Modern heat and AC. Everything we needed for our stay was at the home. Although we didn’t cook meals, it is outfitted for those who do. Modern baths were clean and well-provisioned. Front porch and backyard ideal for outdoor conversations or people watching. Great neighborhood vibe, very safe, easy parking. Extensive, modern, upgraded, and complete coffee and tea service. I was grateful to find such a lovely home with a welcoming host. 10 stars for allowing our well-traveled dog. I will book again without hesitation.

Good place!

Perfect for a weekend stay. Walkable to some great places to eat as well some fun bars. Quick to drive to the VMFA and other things to do.

The host did a wonderful job of communicating with us! This is the perfect location for my family as i have a daughter who lives nearby. The back yard is great for kids, and there were some surprise toys my grandson loved!

Great airbnb exactly as described! Looks just like the pictures. The host gives great recommendations, and the Airbnb was very comfortable. If I had to give a criticism it’s that the area is not the best, but the Airbnb itself was wonderful.

We had a wonderful time! Very spacious for the two of us, but still worth the price. Nice little courtyard. Wonderful neighborhood - so easy to walk to tons of restaurants and bars, as well as an easy walk to Belle Island. The spiral staircase is lovely but would be tough for anyone with mobility issues. Sue is the perfect host, very responsive and flexible with our later than hoped for arrival and providing a friendly welcome with helpful recommendations. The space is lovely and in a charming neighborhood with cute restaurants and historic sites within walking distance and very close to drive to other area attractions. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would return.

We enjoyed our stay. Home is close to downtown with lots of walkable areas. Well lit, quiet neighborhood where my dog and I felt comfortable walking after dark and in the early morning hours. The home was clean and spacious, beds are comfortable. A good place to stay for a few days when in the Richmond area.

We stayed at Catherine's place while visiting VCU. Great spot, easy walk to campus, shops and so many restaurants. It's comfortable and charming, fit our needs perfectly!

Thanks again to our hosts! Great space near plenty of great restaurants and shops. Walking distance to grocery stores as well. Easy parking, so you can leave the car for your entire stay and just walk to your desired destination. Will definitely stay here again for our next trip to Richmond!

Quaint little spot. As described. Mei was quick to reply to a question I had shortly after booking, and laid out all the instructions clearly as our arrival date/time neared. Space and price fit exactly what we needed for a quick overnight stay. Wish we had more time to hang out, so we could have tried the porch. Next time!

I'd highly recommend Chandra's place if you plan to visit Richmond. Lovely, spacious space with very cool art. Primo location with convenient street parking that is walkable to many great restaurants, shops, and venues. She's a great host and we had enjoyed our stay very much.

Great place, not at the hart of Richmond but good enough if you come for a short stay and have a car.

During our stay there were several weather related issues. The electricity went out because of the weather. Since I was not the owner of the property, I could not report the outage to the power company. Once I informed Edna about the situation, she immediately contacted the power company, provided me with the information I would need to check on power status, and had the power company contact me. Edna was prompt with responses when there were some complications with her cleaning service.
