Brianna and her property were great during our stay in Nashville. She was accommodating and helpful throughout the entire process, and made our first experience on AirBNB great one. The location was perfect and nearby many spots we wanted to visit. We would recommend staying with Brianna.

This is the second time we have rented a condo from them. They were great to work with, and the condo was even better than expected!

We enjoyed our overall stay at this place. The neighboring apartments do tend to get loud at night despite the quiet hour times which was a bit annoying when trying to sleep past 1am. The building does have a bit of a smell on the hallways but it’s manageable.

We loved staying here! Close to everything we wanted to do in Nashville! It was clean and had everything we needed. We are already planning another trip back and hope to stay here again. If you want to have the best time in Nashville book this place!

Place was very clean, updated, well stocked with EVERYTHING (coffee, ice, dishwasher tabs, trash bags, extra pillows and blankets, toilet paper). AC worked great. Within walking distance to a coffee shop and only a 7 min Lyft ($15) to Broadway! Perfect for our girls weekend.

The Nash *Haven* is appropriately named, being just 1 letter shy of *Heaven*. Such a neat use of space…not a spot that’s not functional, if not luxurious. The big bed is super comfy, the kitchen is very updated, & the bathroom is top of the line (heated floors!!). It has a private screened in porch & the garden out behind the patio is splendid, right down to the Koi pond. The hosts are very accommodating & all instructions were clear & concise. They were quick to respond to the few inquiries I had, yet I felt I had all the privacy I could ever need. The Nash-Haven is located in a nice, safe & quiet neighborhood. I highly recommended this stay & hope to escape to this sanctuary again very soon.

5 star AIRBNB .. if you looking for somewhere to stay this is it! the neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful.. the inside is beautiful.. everything look exactly on the pictures.. the host was amazing.. quick to respond if u need anything and very friendly and respectful

This was a very nice place to say at. Rachel went above and beyond when she texted me at 3 am to get into a safe location in the residence due to a tornado being in the area. that showed me she truly cared about the people she has staying there. she had lots of things already available like pots pans etc which came in handy. i love me a hot shower and that shower can get as hot as you want it or as cold. same with the environment. i love the heat and it gets hot in there or as cold as you want it. neighbors minded there own business. parking was easy. idk what else to say other then if your visiting nashville and want a safe, clean, and beautiful location. Perfect place for a weekend in Nashville. We’ve stayed here twice and highly recommend.

Our stay here was FANTASTIC! The beds and linens were incredibly comfortable (& the sheets smelled sooo good). The location couldn’t be more convenient—a quick Uber to anywhere you want to be. Another fave was the roof top porch on the third floor. What truly set this stay apart, though, was the host, who went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. From thoughtful touches to personalized recommendations, Brody truly pulled out all the stops to create an unforgettable experience. I can’t recommend this place high enough for anyone visiting Nashville!!

We were in Nashville for a softball game. The place was perfect for us. It was clean and comfy! A big backyard! The location seemed great. We didn’t get to go anywhere but to the game. Communication was great! I would definitely stay again.

Nice place with 3BRs/4 baths downstairs and 2 BRs /1 bath upstairs. Sitting areas (each a little limited) and kitchens on both levels. It worked fine for our group of 5 guys. Not in the greatest area but felt safe. Plenty of parking in the rear and conveniently located to restaurants and other businesses on Main St. The host was very responsive and accessible.

Nice place, only complaint is that there wasn’t enough ammenities for the time we were there.

Such a cute house! It was perfect for our weekend trip with another couple. It's in an area set away from the busy, touristy streets of Nashville, but also close enough that those things were easily accessible by walking. We appreciated the peace and quiet and that we could seek out more active things if we wanted. The neighbors were also nice. The house was spotless and Dom was very friendly.

Would definitely book a second stay. If you want privacy this the unit for you.

We were in Nashville for a long weekend to wrap up Spring Break, and Marshall and Carolyn's condo was perfect for our stay. Nicely decorated , clean and cozy, large bathroom with washer/dryer, and awesome balcony. When the weather was nice, the location was perfect for walking to dinner and bars, Broadway Street, Bridgestone Arena, The Listening Room Cafe. Marshall & Carolyn were super responsive to every question we had and I would highly recommend this property for parties up to 3-4.

The apartment was beautiful, colorful, and airy with plenty of natural light. Plenty of room for me and my husband. We enjoyed utilizing the kitchen and the gym down stairs. Although the highway outside was pretty noisy throughout the night, we still enjoyed our stay.

Very nice place in a fantastic location. The space was clean, well furnished and had many perks such as charging stations, nice cookware and a double make up table with mirrors. Dave was responsive to any questions or small concerns.

Solid location for going out, there were 5 guests total during my stay and it was snug, we made it work pretty well but don’t expect a ton of room inside. There was access to the common space and pool from the Airbnb, but if your group is like us we spent most of the trip out on broadway. Everything was clean and well stocked, and there was easy access to parking at this location.

Randi was very accommodating and responsive when we needed a place last minute. Great host! And her Nashville home is perfect. The garage is secure, the location is perfect for walking to everything and it’s very modern. Thanks again!

This was a fantastic property - 2 BR and 2 BA with a great set up for us. The location cannot be beat and having the parking was awesome. It is on a main corner, so you can hear the traffic at some points, but it is truly nothing that bothered us at all. The kitchen was well furnished and the beds were comfortable and everything in the unit was clean - I would 100% stay here again.

Great location to downtown. Place was fabulous. Had an issue with check in but it was resolved. Would highly recommend!!

Wonderful place to stay! Everything was so easy from check in to the wonderful space and all the suggestions for having a great time in Nashville! We walked to all the attractions very easily and when we got back the river view was wonderful and relaxing. Can’t wait to visit again!
