My stay was comfortable and relaxing! I love this house it’s so unique and fun. My son and I loved it. We found it feels sort of like a fort which we loved. The host is so relaxed and go with the flow it was so refreshing!!! Definitely give her a 5 outta 5 I will certainly stay here again and I recommend this place to anyone else who is looking for a airbnb in Bancroft area! Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

We spent the weekend at Nikole’s property and had an amazing time! Nikole was very responsive, communicative, and checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. The house is beautiful and spacious, with the added bonus of the entertainment setup in the basement. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, with grocery stores, restaurants, and bars all within a 10 minute drive. If we’re ever back in the Barrie area, we would absolutely stay here again!

We had the best weekend stay at Cathy’s place. We felt like we were in a winter wonderland the whole weekend. The home is so beautifully decorated with everything someone would need for a stay. The facilities were also amazing, with a great booking system to allow you to experience both the sauna and hot tub privately. The location is great- only a 10/15 minute drive to the Nordic centre where you can enjoy cross country skiing and snow shoeing! Cathy was so kind, accommodating and responsive the whole trip. We also got the chance to meet and talk to her at the end of our stay and she gave us such interesting information about the property! I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Wasaga beach and we hope to be back soon :)

Excellent place to stay for the night, very well priced, easy to find and was very clean and clutter free. Had easy access to internet and tv without issues. Wendy was very responsive and accommodating.

We had such a wonderful experience staying with Simona and her husband! From the moment we arrived, they welcomed us with open arms. Their house is absolutely stunning—spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated with thoughtful details everywhere you look. The natural lighting is fantastic, and the view from the big windows overlooking the lake truly made our trip special. Simona and her husband went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. Her husband even cleared a path for us to head out ice fishing on the lake next door! He was so kind to check in on us while we were out there, and when it was time to leave, our car wouldn’t start. Thankfully, Simona and her husband jumped right in to help us out. We couldn’t have asked for better hosts!

Anuhea was super helpful throughout our stay and her place felt like home. The location was close to everything we needed and we would definitely look at booking again in the future. 😊

Me, my wife and our 6 month old baby boy Kai had a lovely 2 night stay at The Burrow to celebrate our anniversary. Impeccably clean and spacious, we enjoyed the Harry Potter theme and the many board games. Kai also enjoyed the ducks, chickens, turkeys and roosters. Thanks!

I had a wonderful solo experience at Catherine's cabin. It was cozy, comfortable and had everything I needed to cook simple delicious meals. BBQ for dinners and the frying pan was perfect for breakfast. The view was absolutely stunning, which you can enjoy from the private dock or from the cabin. It was only a 15 minute drive away from beautiful hikes and the grocery store or butcher. Very grateful to have found this place and will definitely come back.

We absolutely loved our stay at this cozy cabin! This was our 4th time coming back, and it never disappoints. The snowshoe trails are fantastic, offering great adventures right outside the door. We especially enjoyed the outdoor winter fires – a perfect way to unwind after a day in the snow. The cabin itself is so warm and inviting, truly the ideal spot for a cozy winter getaway. Tammy and Donna are such wonderful hosts, always going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Can’t wait for our next visit!

We spent a wonderful two nights at Karen and Steven’s airbnb. We unexpectedly had the first snow of the year during our stay and it was like a magical winter wonderland. We felt so cozy inside with the fireplace watching the snow slowly falling outside. We went on an amazing hike on old baldy trail which was easily accessed right from the backyard of the property on foot. They provided great recommendations for restaurants and given the snow, we were thankful that we had great walkable options. We so hope to be able to come back and would recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in the woods and nature. I went to Zoe’s place to visit Algonquin Park with my girlfriend and we wanted something quite and cozy : it was PERFECT. Zoe is really kind and super flexible and her dog Kuma is a super kind and lovely dog ! I definitely recommend her place !

Stayed there for a friends getaway and it was a perfect location. Beautiful area and a great cabin that had everything needed. Lots of outdoor activities in the area and we enjoyed hiking and cross country skiing. Would stay there again!

Sandra is one of the best and most intentional hosts we've encountered. The cabin has every single thing you would need for your stay - from puzzles to paper plates. Not only was the cabin itself well-stocked with essentials like pillows, blankets, ample water, chargers, but there were so many lovely touches too - we were welcomed with fresh fruit, flowers and cute little snacks. Our dog had a designated separate area with plush bed and pillows, and was given a big bag of treats as a welcome gift. The property is extended and extremely quiet and private. Another great part was the handiness and and cleanliness of the incinerator toilet/outhouse. Spotless and effective. While there we actually used the generator sparingly as we enjoyed the powerful wood stove and BBQ and mood lighting. I was telling all of my coworkers how fearful I was of glamping LOL but at the end I literally did not want to leave to go back to the city. We will book again and recommend. Thank you, Sandra!!!

We stayed at cabin #1 during October 11-13 weekend. We loved this place. Very clean, cute cabin, worth the price. Amy was very quick to respond. There are kayaks, canoes to use, firepit, bbq grill. We had awesome experience. I am looking forward to book it again. I highly recommend this place for with kids trip. There is beautiful playground by the beach.

We absolutely loved our stay here! It was clean, cozy and scenic. Cassie and Jason literally thought of everything, and we didn’t want for anything. We stayed here at the end of winter, so we didn’t get the full experience of the lake and those amenities only available in spring and summer, but we loved every minute of it and would love to come back when it’s warmer.
