The property was great, we liked the Villa a lot. Since Uber/Ola aren’t available but the host made us connect with a local cab driver whose pricing was almost what an Ola/ Uber would charge. Property was well maintained, since we were there for the first time and from work perspective so couldn’t spend as much time as we would have wanted at the property, however, coming back in the night and sitting outside in Kochi’s great weather was a blissful experience. Nearby walkable restaurants are less as it’s in a private / peaceful place, but one can Zomato/ Swiggy it. A great Villa with a great price point.

If you want to move away from the city crowd and like to explore this place is for you. Reaching the place itself was an amazing offroading journey. You will need to travel with a good clearance vehicle Or they provide jeep service. The property is serene and has a lot of things to explore. The fish pool made in the center of nature was refreshing.

We had a pleasant stay here. Sreerag and his family were great hosts. Their hospitality was remarkable. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to experience the feeling of a home away from home!

The stay was very pleasant and provided us with a lot of privacy. The property was big and would be a perfect location for people looking for a getaway. Loved the mountain view. Food was one of the big pluses about the place, they also gave us tender coconuts which were grown inside the property. Especially loved the aesthetics of the building.

Debbie is a Perfect Airbnb host and can say that from the way the house is kept for guests like meticulous details about the house etc...Iam sure it must have come from her vast experience in handling different sorts of people. Though there was some confusion in confirming some details she was flexible enough to handle the situation very well.. I can go on and on. overall nice experience in staying at Debbies beautiful pothanur house and wishes for her to continue to host many people..

Our group of friends celebrated our 30-year high school reunion Sosa. This enchanting resort exceeded our expectations. Tucked away in the woods, this 120+ year old Kerala Tharavadu-style house offers a quaint, no-frills getaway from the city's hustle and bustle. The resort's rustic charm is beautifully preserved, with minimal essential upgrades that maintain its authenticity. Take a stroll through the woods and discover the serene river, perfect for a refreshing bath. The real star of the show is Manager George, who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. From waking us up for a river visit to arranging a massive dinner delivery, George's hospitality was exceptional. While the resort has an open kitchen, we recommend exploring local eateries, like the nearby Chaaya Kada for breakfast, and ordering lunch/dinner from KPM Residency. *Note: 3rd bedroom in outhouse*. Overall, this resort is perfect for those seeking a peaceful, rustic retreat without unnecessary frills

I had an absolutely fantastic time staying at DIXON’s place. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The communication with Dixon was smooth and prompt, making the booking process hassle-free. Overall, my experience was nothing short of amazing. We had a really peaceful stay. The property was as they looked in the photos. Plenty of rooms available for a large group or 2 families. The caretaker Niranjan’s family were very sweet and made delicious south and North Indian meals for us. Niranjan was very proactive and took good care of us and our needs. He checked on us a couple of times everyday to make sure we are ok and made us feel at home.
