pacious apartment just a 10-minute, $2-3 taxi ride from My An. Conveniently located near supermarkets and restaurants. While My An, the most popular area, is a bit farther, it's easily accessible. The WiFi is reliable, making it a great spot for both work and cooking.

The hosts are so helpful and super responsive to any problems or questions we had. The location was great, and convenient. I would definitely recommend to others!

Great location close to the beach and other facilities like shops, cafes, restaurants, massages are within a walking distance. The host is always responsive and friendly. Wir haben hier über zwei Monate verbracht und uns zu Hause gefühlt. Anfangs war die laute Hauptstraße und (bis zum Schluss) das sehr harte Bett gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Nähe zum Strand sowie zum empfehlungswerten Stand "Banh My Chay Tâm Tri" und dem Bac My An Markt mit seinem legendären Kem Bo (Avocado-Eis) haben dies aber mehr als wettgemacht. Die jungen Angestellten des hauseigenen Café "Seven Days Coffee" waren immer sehr hilfsbereit. Sehr willkommen war uns auch die wöchentliche Reinigung und der Austausch von Bettzeug & Handtüchern. Das Apartment war modern und eher nach westlichen Standards ausgestattet z. B. Induktionsherd. Wer häufig selber kochen möchte, kommt aber mit nur einer Herdplatte und der Grundausstattung (bei längeren Aufenthalten) an seine Grenzen. Da das Essen in Vietnam aber so günstig ist, waren wir aber meist essen (Straßenstände mit Plastikstühlen oder lokale Märkte - lokal, lecker, günstig, authentisch) oder haben uns etwas mit GrabFood bestellt. Gerne wieder!

great staff and overall nice please. had a few issues at the beginning of my stay but the staff were quick to address them and help. location is walking distance to gem cafes like the lighthouse and close enough to the beach

Brian ist ein super Gastgeber und hat immer schnell auf unsere Nachrichten reagiert. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben und es gibt viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Es gab nur keinen ATM in der Nähe. Im März hat man den starken Wind laut in der Wohnung gehört Wir würden wieder kommen. 😊

I had a wonderful stay for about 3 weeks. The apartment is exactly as described, very clean and includes cleaning service every few days. located in a quiet part of the city. it's 5 minutes to a beautiful beach or to convenience stores, coffee shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in dem Apartment. Dieses gehört zu einem ziemlich großen Resort am Rande von Da Nang. Das Meer liegt ca. 200 Meter entfernt und man hat einen wunderschönen Blick vom Balkon auf die Anlage und das Meer. Nachdem trubelingen Wohnungen die wir vorher im Da Nang und Hanoi hatte diese eine wohltuende ruhigere Lage. Alles picobello sauber, super ausgestattet und sehr bequeme Betten! Auch vielen Dank an den Verwaltungsservice für den unkomplizierten Austausch.

We have been traveling the world for almost 3 years. We've stayed in many Airbnbs. This property is definitely one of our favorites. Clean and modern, with a host that responded in minutes to any questions we had. The 2 gentlemen in the lobby were very kind and helpful. It's a 10 minute walk to the beach, and there's many restaurants and coffee shops nearby. It was quiet at night and the bed is very comfortable. The included weekly cleaning was great. After staying there for 5 weeks, we extended for another month. Highly recommended!

Thank you so much for your hospitality. Everything was amazing at Ruby’s place. Mung is always there to help you and I felt right at home. The place was quite clean even though I felt like it could have been a little cleaner but apart from that Eve Rey thing was perfect.

性价比非常高的公寓，可以使用凯悦酒店的泳池健身房沙滩，还可以付费去酒店用餐。当然如果自己做饭，这里也有你想用到的所有中式西式餐具。附近650米有一家24小时营业的超市。非常棒

very quick communication and resspone, easy self check-in, room in cbd and there are many convenience stores below. Room is clean and free use of pool and gym just need to register. highly recommend

Lovely stay. The house was beautiful, so clean and cosy. The bed was perfect, we had great sleep in it every single night. The hosts are really sweet and kept checking on us, very responsive as well. The cleaning happened everyday and we had a very very nice stay overall. Would love to come back.

Sensational apartment in a lovely building that is close to everything you need. The hosts were wonderful and responsive and even when the washing machine broke down - it was fixed and usable within two hours. Amazing service, wonderful long stay for me here - highly recommend recommended.
