I’m an Australian guy from Sydney who stayed for 3 months. I have stayed at a lot of places over the years, and this property was hands down the absolute winner. Minh the host struck a perfect balance between making me feel like family, and ensuring I could live my private life in a perfect clean space, which was in the best spot in town. He was always happy to share local recommendations, took me out for coffee, food etc., and helped me out on multiple occasions when I ran into some personal health issues. Really great guy. In terms of the apartment - it’s an unbeatable combo in this price range. You’re near the beach, walking distance to the markets, main going out strips, coworking spaces, Pho, and there’s a great local coffee shop down the road. It’s very quiet, and Da Nang is an excellent city. You’ll have everything you need here. Don’t hesitate, book today. Highly recommended. Thanks for the great stay.

First time to Vietnam, Especially happy that I stayed in Da nang, the area is beautiful, the locals are friendly and helpful. The apartment was close to great food place, the beach which didn’t disappoint. The location made it easy to go to ‘the must see travel stops like Ba Na Hills’. I would come back and stay here again. Met some friendly locals and found a lovely place for breakfast which we visited daily. Check out this accommodation. No Regrets amazing place.

가족단위로 2 개 레지던스룸을 잡아서 숙박 햇습니다 우선 호스트가 굉장히 빠르게 소통이 됩니다 . 룸 컨디션과 모든것들이 설명해준대로 이며 숙소까지 가는 택시도 부탁 드려 배정 하였는데 기사님과 소통도 완벽 하였습니다 어린 아이들이 있어 교통편 숙박 모두 걱정 하였는데 Huyen 의 친절한 안내도 아주 행복한 가족 여행이 되었습니다 . 제가 다녀온후에도 저희 다른 가족들도 4 월 11일 부터 16 일 까지 예약을 제가 해줫네요 . 적극 추천 합니다 . pacious apartment just a 10-minute, $2-3 taxi ride from My An. Conveniently located near supermarkets and restaurants. While My An, the most popular area, is a bit farther, it's easily accessible. The WiFi is reliable, making it a great spot for both work and cooking.

Brian is a great host as always. The room is clean. It is near the beach so we can walk to the beach in the morning. It is located in tourist area so you can easily find the shops or restaurants within minute walk. I will definetely come back again. Highly recommend to all guests.

Très bel emplacement face à la mer, belle vue Appartement lumineux, propre, confortable. Beaucoup de bruit tout les soirs (2 scènes musicales sur la plage en face), mais avec des bouchons d'oreilles nous avons bien dormi.

I recently stayed at a lovely property in Da Nang and had an amazing experience. The host, Frank, was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. His attention to detail and responsiveness made a big difference. The amenities at the hotel were top-notch—spacious, clean rooms with everything you could need for a relaxing stay. The property also had some thoughtful touches that added to the experience. While the location is a bit outside the main tourist areas, it’s still very convenient. Using Grab made it easy and affordable to get around, so I never felt disconnected from the action. In fact, being slightly removed from the hustle and bustle was a nice change of pace. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Da Nang! It’s a gem, and Frank’s hospitality makes it even better.

Logement impeccable! May a été serviable depuis le premier jour, elle s’est assurée que nous ne manquions de rien. Ce logement situé dans l’hôtel à la carte est connu de tous (Grab / Taxis) et est en bord de mer, facilement accessible à pied, près du dragon bridge. Le rapport qualité prix est très correct! Elle vous propose même un service nettoyage complet du logement compris dans le tarif. Merci encore May!!

The apartment itself was very clean and had a lot of space. Very easy to live in. The location itself is far out of the tourist area and also had a strong scent of fish. If you have a sensitive nose the smell of the area is definitely something to take into consideration. I also would add that there is no gym, even though the listing makes it out that there is. Overall a nice stay.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Da Nang! Wir waren mit Baby in der Unterkunft und alles was wir benötigt haben, war vorhanden! Die Gastgeber haben sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben, proaktiv mit uns zu kommunizieren und wenn wir Fragen hatten, waren sie super schnell erreichbar! Der Pool auf dem Dach ist klasse und das Gym hat alles was man so braucht. PS: als kleiner Geheimtipp ist die Sauna - einfach so hoch oben in einer Sauna zu sitzen ist wirklich cool!

great location, right by the beach. amazing views of the ocean from the balcony, and great amenities in the building. can be load at night so make sure you consider or bring ear plugs. would absolutely book Ruby's place again:)

we have stayed at many airbnb with great host around the world but kristine by far is the best! she is kind, super friendly, excellent in communication, quick respond for any requests or questions and recommended us with many good local eats. highly recommended! altara suites located just less than 5 minutes north of the center of my key beach but it’s a perfect location if you prefer peaceful and quite living. it is far enough from the loud music playing from many bars at night but yet easy enough to reach by foot. best part of staying at the altara is wake up at 5:30am and walk to the beach to witness the locals swim, walk, run, exercise and play balls. the apartment is slightly dated and needs some tlc but kristine managed to keep it sparkling clean and free of clutter. the apartment is also big and very comfortable with hotel’s quality bed, pillow and linens. we enjoyed our stay very much and will return in a heart beat!

Amazing place with a pool, slightly too far to walk to the beach / restaurants but grabs were cheap and quick . If you want luxury this is the place to be . Would recommend

The shower temperature was a bit difficult to adjust, likely due to the slightly low water pressure, but aside from that, it was an absolutely wonderful stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to my friends!

숙소는 보통 비슷하다 보시면 됩니다. 그러나 청결상태나 배달이나 그랩이 집앞까지 와줄수있다는 엄청난 메리트가 있습니다. 호스트 분이 너무너무 친절하셨고. 소통이 너무 원활했습니다. 연결해주시는 기사분들 그랩보다 더 저렴한 가격에 친절히 태워주십니다. 너무 즐거운 추억입니다.

The choice of accommodation was the best choice for this trip. It was a hotel with a lot of fun and quiet atmosphere, such as a delicious cafe run by the landlord next to the hotel and a 5-minute walk away from Beach. If I visit Da Nang again, I would like to visit again

We had a week-long stay at Furama Villas with a group of 8 adults. The villa featured spacious communal areas on the first floor, and the bedrooms were on the second and third floors. The private pool was excellent, and I was impressed to see it cleaned mid-week. The expansive community pool was also a highlight for us. Our rooms were well-serviced, and the availability of buggies to transport us to and from the reception area was convenient. Overall, I highly recommend Furama Villas for a luxurious stay close to the beach in Da Nang.
