동남아 여러군데 여행 해 본 사람으로써 역대급으로 만족한 숙소입니다! 숙소 위치 맛집 즐비한 시가지 기준 400미터 안 반경에 들어서자마자 사진이 못 따라올만큼 너무 이쁜 숙소였습니다. 각방마다 도어락 있고 현관도 이중으로 도어락 되어 있어 프라이버시와 치안이 너무 좋았고 주방 욕실 방 수영장 기타 등등 가구하며 모든 컨디션이 완벽했습니다. 호스트분이 너무 섬세하고 친절하고 신속하게 응대해준 덕분에 궁금한 부분 바로바로 해결 되었고 주변 맛집 추천을 물론이고 너무나 완벽했습니다. 별 백만개는 드리고 싶을 지경입니다. 청소 세탁 모두 너무 완벽히 진행해주셔서 전혀 불편함이 없었고 마지막 체크아웃날 부득이한 사정으로 늦게 체크아웃 했어야 했는데 편의도 다 봐주시고 너무 감사했습니다! 진짜 다낭 가시는 분들 여기 가세요 제발🙏 절대 후회는 없으실겁니다!!

Apartment is small, but very nice. Huge window with a lot of daylights. Not far from apartment is night market, but there is no noise inside apartment. Ngoc is very nice and will help you if you need it.

The apartment is small but I felt comfortable during my stay. The area is quite busy with a large local open market across the street. Next door and close by there are other minimarkets so shopping for groceries is quite convenient. The beach area is a short 10 minute walk. Carol is a great host; always proactive and responsive to make sure you are taken care of. Overall I had a nice experience and would recommend.

Мы полюбили этот дом! Жили больше двух месяцев. В нем было уютно как дома. Великолепное расположение, недалеко от набережной, рядом все самые лучшие магазины. Рядом с домом два футбольных поля. Все это создало незабываемую атмосферу. Квартира очень чистая, нет муравьев. А большой стол с удобным креслом особенно порадовали сына. Всем рекомендуем квартиру Thanh и обязательно вернемся сами.

We enjoyed a fantastic 3 weeks in the beachside An Thuong area of Da Nang. Host, Duy and his family live in the apartment below and always responded to queries promptly, either in person or via AirBnB messaging. The apartment is on the fourth floor of the complex and there is no lift so this may be a problem if there are mobility issues. The apartment is located at the back of the building but is thoughtfully designed so there is still plenty of natural light and fresh air, although no view. There is a communal rooftop terrace off the opposite side of the internal stairs which looks over the street and is a pleasant place for yoga, breakfast, evening drinks or dinner. The dining/living area is quite small but adequate for 1 or 2 people for a short stay, the bedroom is huge with a queen size bed and plenty of storage. The bed was a little hard for our Western bodies but we used some spare duvets from the linen supply to help soften the mattress. The apartment is only 5 minutes walk from Da Nang Beach and there is a multitude of very good restaurants, bars, cafes and spas in the immediate area, both local and Western options. We walked into central Da Nang and to shopping centres further afield but there are always plenty of taxis at the end of the street if you would prefer not to walk. Currently the beachside area of Da Nang is undergoing extensive construction of new hotels meaning there are some areas that are experiencing high noise levels. The street the apartment is located in is not immune to this but it is one of the quieter streets in the area and if you are out sightseeing or working during the day noise will not be a problem for you anyway.

The shower temperature was a bit difficult to adjust, likely due to the slightly low water pressure, but aside from that, it was an absolutely wonderful stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to my friends!

Отличный комплекс с апартаментами. Есть ресепшн, поэтому заселяться и выселяться легко. У нас была комфортная квартира с гостиной, кухней и спальней. Было всё необходимое для приготовления пищи, кровать удобная, мягкая, быстрый вайфай для работы, горячая вода. Также нам предлагали уборку раз в два дня. На крыше был небольшой бассейн и тренажерный зал. Единственное, если у вас нет машины или мопеда, то район не очень подходящий. Близко до пляжа, но далеко до интересных ресторанов и кафе.

If in Da Nang, better stay at Yen's place. You will feel right at home. The place is extremely clean and has a pleasant scent when you walk in. The furniture is very comfortable, especially the bed and comforter. Yen was very accommodating and communcative. I locked myself out of the room one night at she was extremely responsive and helpful at 6am! Wouod definitely book here again.

First off Thanh hospitality alone made the stay worth the value . The place is amazing clean . Right next tot he beach but private and quite at the same time ! All I have to say is I am amazed at the service Thanh provide and the condo was so room me and the family had a very comfortable stay !!

Nguyen was the sweetest host ever! She was always proactive and replied very quick to me even within the late hours. The apartment is very cosy and she had all the necessities needed. It’s the perfect place if you’re looking for somewhere to stay with a small group of 4 people.

Excellent location right by the beach but not too busy. Clean studio apartment with great views. Thi was very responsive and helpful during our stay, will highly recommend.

Our stay at Thanh's Airbnb was a very good experience. The house was clean and the host was very helpful and supportive. As we had arrived very early than our check-in time, host allowed us to accommodate the luggage in the apartment and they themselves transferred our luggage to the apartment. Our 2 days stay was very good. The view from apartment was wonderful. Beach view and easy access to the beach made is an amazing stay. Would definitely recommend it.

This is a great apartment in Da Nang, right on the beach, with lots of restaurants around and all what you need. The infinity pool on the rooftop is awesome! Would like to come again.

My stay here has been perfect. big room with a big bed and medium couch. has ac and a floor fan, a big fridge and a full kitchen even a clothe washing machine. The dining table is cute, the desk is awesome! Windows are big and fill the room with light. If you want to keep the light out there are blackout curtains. The host and her husband can help with anything you may need. They helped me get a bicycle and scooter and even brought me food to eat. And of course you cant beat the location! Its right across the street from the beach and close to monkey mountain!

We really enjoyed the two months we spent here. The views were great, and the apartment was exactly as described. The host was really responsive. We had issues with the hot water during the first couple of days and the host worked so quickly to resolve it, and we had no problems with the water after that. Responses always arrived within minutes whenever we had a question. We even booked another one of their apartments for an additional few weeks, as this one wasn't available for the dates we needed. Very happy with our experience here. Thanks Hana and Dung!

The actual place is better than the pictures. Walking up and through the hallways to the apartment I was a bit nervous but once we got inside, it was great. The space was perfect for our family of six. The host was very responsive and accommodated the needs that I had. (Extra towels and blankets). The balcony is amazing. We were especially lucky to be there on Lunar New Year’s Eve to see lots of fireworks. It’s in a great location very close to many good restaurants, coffee, shops, and the beach. There is also a convenient store on the first floor. So happy we stayed here. I definitely hope we can visit Da Nang again and stay here.

Excellent. Great location, spacious flat, helpful host. The water geyser was a problem though - it was too small for everyone’s comfort. But there was nothing else to complain. We were helped at each step and so overall I loved our stay.
