This AirBnb was absolutely perfect and charming in every way. I travel to Hull often for work and will definitely stay in this unit again. With its open and spacious floorplan, I felt right at home cuddling up on the couch on the freezing cold nights. The house is super clean and the host Catherine is gracious and hospitable. A+

We had an absolute blast on our girls getaway weekend!! The cottage and community were amazing, exactly what we were hoping for and Doug couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. He was always available by text or phone. The cottage was clean, nicely equipped, and a great location!! We will definitely be renting this cottage again on our next trip!!! Thanks for having us... we loved every minute!! 🧙🧙🧙

I would give 10 stars for the host if I could. I was lucky with all my AirBnB hosts, but David was exceptional - very fast communication, plenty of helpful suggestions, offered me himself to check in earlier and check out later then the standard time (as his circumstances allowed). The place itself is great - very clean, full of light, beautiful views, very quiet, private, short drive away from old Salem, stocked with everything you would need for morning coffee and cooking. Definitely great find! Thank you David!

This is a great Airbnb, perfect location, great facilities, awesome TV options - even for a tech-dinosaur like me who doesnt have their own account/apps - LOTS of channels to watch. There's also access to a washer/dryer, i felt 100% safe and secure, there's a very comfy bed, the place smells lovely, a great bathroom, and helpful hosts who happily helped me work the TV. Its a very relaxing place all in all. There's a good micro, and a fridge/freezer plus coffee and snacks and parking right outside, which is a dream. Winthrop itself is just *beautiful* - I loved the area so much I'll definitely be back and John & Arturo's place is a perfect base. 100% would recommend a stay, I had no issues at all. Thanks all.

We had a wonderful stay at Regina’s place. It was very comfortable, well appointed, and the views of the water are gorgeous. We hope to stay again the next time we are in the area.

Our stay at Darryl's place was absolutely fantastic and the perfect getaway from our hectic day to day! The apartment was spotless, perfectly located, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Darryl was incredibly responsive and friendly. We felt right at home and didn’t feel the need to leave as it was so peaceful and the views were breath taking. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this listing to anyone. Excellent experience. Easy check in and the place was perfect, she even had some snacks waiting for us upon arrival. Easy walk to the ferry into Boston, and easy parking. It was winter, but there were plenty of outdoor activities so we'd love to come back during the summer. Older house but so charming and great location. Overall great communication before, during, and after; she even offered to ship a shoe my niece left behind to us. Would love to come back and would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a great place in Hull.

We stayed here for a week, and fell in love with it! The house has so much charm and character. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and want to stay there again. It was within walking distance to many places, including a beach. A definite charm in Beverly! The host was amazing! She was very responsive to our questions, and checked in a few times to see if we needed anything, which I appreciated. You are missing out if you don’t stay here!

I can’t rave enough about how wonderful our stay was. Casie was absolutely great. She made sure our stay was perfect from the beginning to the end. The location is amazing. There are restaurants and the beach that are walking distance. Winthrop is a true gem! We are looking forward to coming back and staying here again!
