I would like to say that Bualai's condo was awesome. I had a very relaxed stay. The place was extremely clean. Very spacious, the furniture was in really good condition, and I was surprised she even had an air fryer in the condo if I wanted to cook. I loved the view and the balcony that over saw the pool area. The condo also had two large TV's which was a huge plus for me. The one part that made the check in and out process of Bualai's place cool, Bualai met me both times. She walked through the condo with me, conversated with me, and ensured everything was good to go. Then before I checked out, she came back and asked about my stay and wished me safe travel back home which was the first time a host has done for me. She is awesome, funny, and very delightful. I highly recommend Bualai's place.

Ich habe schon einige Male in dieser Anlage gewohnt. Das Apartment von Peter war mit Abstand das am besten eingerichtete was ich die letzten Jahre bewohnt habe. Es sind die Kleinigkeiten die man so nicht erwartet , Das beginnt mit den Küchenutensilien und endet bei Ersatzbirnen für die Nachttischlampen. Staubsauger, Handtücher ,Spülmittel ,Reinigungsmittel, und, und, und . Hygiene im Schlafzimmer TOP, frisch gereinigte Matratzenschoner, perfekt sauberer Kleiderschrank. Peter ist immer tel. erreichbar. Über Problemlösungen kann ich nichts sagen, da es keine Probleme gab. Nochmals vielen Dank. Ein großer Teil meiner Urlaubsfreude verdanke ich Peter mit seiner Unterkunft . B. Mungenast

Bonjour à tous, C'est clairement le logement dans le complexe avec l'hôte qui nous fallais. Pour être simple tout était parfait, la réactivité de Chris est incroyablement rapide et efficace. On devrait lui mettre non pas 5 étoiles mais beaucoup plus. Encore merci pour tout.

very nice Appartement. super swimming pool ! very kind host. only the location is a bit remote, so that you have to take a 20minutes taxi to get to Central PATTAYA mall for example.

Very nice and well-kept room with a balcony in a condominium with access to the pool, gym, laundry. Friendly service. In the area there is a beautiful park, restaurants and other attractions. I really appreciate the efficient communication with Roya. I highly recommend it

This place was so clean and nice, and the building was very nice and clean, especially I enjoyed the pool and swimming in it. Don’t miss it. Also, it’s located in the middle of so many different restaurants and cafes and street food, encouraging you to try different types of food. Finally, I need to mention that the host was so nice, understanding and helpful. Whenever I needed help, she was ready to respond and help me out.

The apartment is located in the middle of everything one needs to enjoy Pattaya. The beach is across the street, restaurants surround the complex, and there is a mall down the street. The views of the beach from the apartment are absolutely gorgeous. Royee was very responsive when I had a question. We enjoyed the place so much that we extended our stay.

The host Khun Pirasa was incredibly helpful and quick to respond to all our inquiries. We arrived quite late but they waited us and helped us with check-in process. The property has pool access, was clean, fully furnished, and well-maintained. Wifi connection is stable too. The location is excellent—conveniently close to the bus station, grocery stores, and a 7-Eleven, with taxis and public transportation easily available right outside. The price was truly worth it, and we would definitely book again. Highly recommended!

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The bed was very comfortable but bit small for two people, and the place had all the amenities needed for daily living, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was extremely convenient for everything, and the apartment itself was spotless. It was definitely worth the money. The host was excellent at communicating. I requested an early check-in, and she arranged it as soon as the cleaners finished preparing the apartment, which was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this apartment to everyone and give it a 10/10!

Great condo in a great complex. Condo had extra appliances for cooking etc. only issue for me was the location as its is quite a distance to the city area but other then that great condo fully recommend. Definitely more suited for people looking for a quiet place far from the busy city area. Condo complex facilities are great, especially the pool areas and also a private beach access.

I enjoyed my stay, the place has a beautiful view, the rooftop pool was amazing, restaurants, massages, Live music and beaches all within walking distance. Host is friendly and responsive, very much appreciated. Would certainly stay again if back in Pattaya.

Everything was superb: great amenities, comfortable bed and linens, superior view of the city, rooftop pool. Location was great for walking, getting a Grab or taking the bus. Quiet at night. We had a small issue when we first arrived and a technician was at our door in under 5 minutes. Would definitely stay here again and recommend.

ソファーベッドが用意されていてリラックスできた。ホストはとても穏やかで、優しく、丁寧に説明してくれてとても安心した。荷物も無理を言ったのに預かってくれた。部屋から0.1秒で洗濯機があり、いつも清潔に保つことができた。夜中に週末外からのノイズがあったが、それ以外はパーフェクトだった！セキュリティガードも優しい人ばかりだった。再度宿泊したい。
