Great place to stay. like a little oasis in the middle of the jungle! Jonathan was a great host and you won't be disappointed with his condo. will definitely be back.

I stayed here for 2 nights and everything was like how it's advertised. The place is near 7-1q and Tops supermarket and a few local restaurants near by. Room is clean and there are extra blankets in the wardrobe. There are enough cooking utensils and I could cook easy meals here. Gym and swimming pool are great! Feel like home staying here and would definitely come back if I come to Pattaya again.

Pascal’s condos are very clean and beautiful. He is very friendly and helpful if you have any questions about anything in the condo or in Pattaya. His wife is also very friendly and welcoming. The maid Pascal sends every 3rd day was very sweet and mindful. She cleans whatever you want done on top of the things she cleans already. If you’re visiting Pattaya for the first time this the place for you. Right next door is the famous central mall for your everyday needs. The beach is only 2 mins away walking and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. The view is amazing every morning and you watch the sunset from the balcony as well. I recommend Pascal’s place to all travelers whether solo, couple or more. Pascal thank you for the wonderful stay and i will be staying here every time i come back to Pattaya from now on. Book his place now people what are you waiting for?

Sam é sempre molto disponibile ad aiutare e a risolvere i piccoli problemi che si possono presentare viaggiando soli,l’appartamento é molto ben disposto e ordinato e la posizione del Residence é la migliore di tutta Pattaya Subito fuori avete diverse bancarelle per street food e ristornati,e anche un 7eleven se volete prepararvi qualcosa a casa (la cucina è provvsadi tutti gli utensili, molte vote negli appartamenti mettono giusto il necessario, qui avrete tutto di tutto) In 10/20 min a piedi sei a Tree town o sul lungomare in 30 min arrivi a Walking street o Soi 6 !! Una posizione migliore di questo residence a mio avviso a Pattaya non esiste! Palestra dispone di tutto il necessario per potersi allenare in potenziamento muscolare oppure in cardio, avendo diversi macchinari! Piscina molto bella e provvista di un buon numero di lettini(cosa da non sottovalutare in Thailandia,molte volte nei residence i lettini non sono sufficienti)! Estremamente consigliato, senza dubbio ritornerò!?

it was a great experience at this apartment. very clean with all the equipment that you need for your stay. AO she is a great host very kind and try to help always. there's 7-Eleven at the building. and outside, there's a few massages and restaurants. one of the best apartments I had at airbnb.

I booked the apartments for my parents’ holiday and here is what they reported: Хорошая , просторная квартира, белоснежное посильное белье и полотенца, хорошие матрасы. Есть все необходимое для жилья как для краткосрочного, так и для долгого проживания. Есть фильтр для питьевой воды- это очень удобно. Рядом небольшой бассейн на террасе, где приятно встречать рассвет и провожать закат. До моря минут 10 пешком , напротив дома кафе , магазины и аптеки поблизости . Рекомендую и обязательно остановимся тут.

Alles entsprach der Beschreibung. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die gesunde Bettwäsche, Naturfaser ohne Kuststofffaser! Verbessern sollte man das betagte Kochgeschirr, eine neue beschichtete Bratpfanne sollte angeschafft werden

J was absolutely delightful from start to finish. Her place is a nice getaway. The area is nice and quiet, a little bit far from all the main action which is exactly what I was looking for. Direct access to the beach and pool is open late till 10! I’m missing that incredible view already. Thank you for everything!

Great place in great location. The palm is a lovely property on Wongamat beach (North of Pattaya) with direct access to the beach and great pool and amenities. This condo has a nice view and all the amenities needed. Definitely recommend it to others. There are a couple of restaurants down the road for breakfast and lunch, and there are a couple of family marts (convenience stores) just across the road. If you want to get into the city center, you will need a taxi or car - download the Grab app or get a taxi outside about 300m from the condo. The taxis don't run on meters in Pattaya, so getting a Grab is sometimes more convenient and cheaper.

The host was great, very responsive. The apartment was cosy but had everything needed with a beautiful balcony and the rooftop pool & gym were amazing. Would definitely stay again

We had a great stay! The apartment is clean, spacious, and comfortable, located on a quiet street in a good area. It’s well-equipped, with a cozy atmosphere and a comfortable bed. Convenient location, easy check-in, and great communication with the host. Highly recommend!

We had such a comfortable stay in Keli's beautiful, well equiped apartment. We have stayed in the area before, at a much higher cost, in a less well equipped apartment. The view from Keli's balcony is directly over the beach, out to the sea horizon. The pool area is so relaxing, with dedicated sunbeds and seating area, so you never go without. Keli was extremely helpful and flexible with check in and check out times, and she wanted only one thing...the best for us!! Thank you so much Keli. our stay was perfect and will will certainly see you again soon. 🙏❤️

Quite possibly the best airbnb host we have ever encountered. The apartment is perfect for a couple with a great view & awesome amenities. Free use of the motorbike is an added advantage & very useful if you have the skills to ride in a busy place such as Pattaya. Really pleasant area with all you need close by & nice accessible beach.

The place is located in a gated community with a great pool built like in an amusement park. Great for kids. Residents and Security guards are friendly and helpful. It's a small walk from Jomtien Beach and Night Market which we enjoyed a lot. It would have been great if some coffee and sugar had been provided but it isn't a deal breaker.

I absolutely loved my stay here! Waking up to those views was incredible, and the studio was so clean and comfortable. I'd definitely stay again!

Die Unterkunft war sauber ist sehr gut gelegen . Probleme wurden schnell und sehr gut gelöst ( Klimaanlage und Check in) wo der Anbieter nichts dafür kann. Die Fehler waren Verschleiss (Klima) und Office The Base.Der Pool ist sehr gut man muss aber sehr früh morgens dasein um eine Liege zubekommen.Ich würde aber hier meinen nächsten Urlaub wieder buchen hat mir alles sehr gut gefallen.
