英語に自信のない私でもホストさんとスムーズにやり取り出来て大変助かりました。コンドミニアムのレビューではよく書かれているチェックインについて苦労したとのことが見受けられますが、遅めの時間でもスムーズにキーのやり取りが出来て良かったです（このコンドミニアムに限ったことかもしれません） システムとの相性問題で私のクレジットカードでは少し決済に苦労したことをご報告しておきます。

Great place and location!

Traumhaft schönes Appartement im der 16. Etage des Edge Appartmenthauses. Ausstattung und Einrichtung entsprechen genau der Beschreibung. Das Zimmer war blitzsauber und sehr funktionell eingerichtet. Die Poolanlage befindet sich im30. und 31. Stockwerk und ist wirklich perfekt. Zum Betreten des Gebäudes, im Aufzug zum Wählen der Etage und um ins Zimmer zu gelangen braucht man immer die Karte welche sich beim Check in im Postkasten befindet. Wenn ich jemals wieder nach Pattaya Reise, dann ganz sicher nur in Saowanee's Appartement. Danke 👍

청소걸레가 화장실 세면대 밑에있고 샤워대쪽 물 안빠지는것 빼고 완벽합니다. 지내면서 에로사항이 몇있었는데 호스트님께서 잘 도와주셨습니다.

Great walkable location, secure building, great amenities and pleasant host.

Great place to stay. Communication with host was easy and they place is quite central with many activities and shops nearby.

Nico is a wonderful person. Responsive, easy to communicate with, kind, sweet. Helped with the documents for legalization. The accommodation is in a good location. You can walk to public transport. There are many shops, cafes, a car with fruits arrives, a pharmacy is close. The complex is wonderful, beautiful territory, a good pool, clean. The apartment is bright, spacious, lots of storage space. Air conditioning, Internet, refrigerator and other equipment work properly. We will be glad to come back again. Everything was great, thanks to Nico for the hospitality.

Very good experience, I will continue to choose this place when I have the opportunity to travel to Thailand in the future, and I will also introduce it to my friends.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable en famille et avons bien profité de la piscine (surtout les enfants), du karaoké et du billard. L'hôte a été réactif lorsque nous avions un petit problème de porte ou besoin d'un nettoyage de la piscine. La proximité à pied de la plage, d'un 7/11 et d'un marché de nuit c'est un réel plus. Je recommande!

Séjour avec 2 adultes et 2 enfants (5 et 11 ans). Maison traditionnelle en bois, si vous cherchez l’authenticité et le charme de l’ancien vous êtes à la bonne adresse. À la campagne loin des tumultes de la ville. Wat est une belle personne, très gentil et généreux MERCI 🙏🏻

The apartment was just right for me as a single person. the apartment building has very good security outside and was an ideal location to allow me to get around to the places I like in Pattaya. Very comfortable double bed in the room and a terrific view from the 14th floor window. The kitchen was more than adequate not that I used it for cooking and the fridge was of very ample size. Bathroom had a really good shower pressure and readilly availble hot water 24/7. Wifi/ TV all good too with apps to connect to Youtube and Netflicks Enjoyed it that much might be booking to stay there again in September this year. Many thanks Phil

Had a fantastic stay at this RaNee’s! The location was perfect, close to everything yet peaceful. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making the experience even better. Would definitely stay again!

Die Unterkunft und die Kommunikation waren sehr gut. Das Apartment sah wie auf den Bildern aus und war sehr sauber. Sehr hervorzuheben ist der Pool im 31. Stock, mit besonderem Blick über Pattaya.

I absolutely loved my stay here! Waking up to those views was incredible, and the studio was so clean and comfortable. I'd definitely stay again!

That was our second stay in this building because we love it’s infrastructure a lot. The swimming pool, sauna and gym are usually free from anyone. Vadim and Gulya are great hosts: extremely responsive and positive. Hosts reacted immediately to all our requests. The apartment is good but sometimes we had issues with the mobile cell internet connection speed.

This was my second time staying at her place Everything was perfect!! I especially love the HOT WATER PRESSURE leading to an amazing shower 😃 and the amazing view of the beach when I first open my eyes in the morning. Ellen is am AMAZING host . Can't wait to come back 🤞🏿
