Beautiful place to stop, very remote and peaceful. With sheep in the surrounding fields and clear skies to watch the stars at night. The bed was amazingly comfortable, best nights sleep we have had in an air B&b. It had everything you needed in the kitchen, a real home from home. The hot tub was private and easy to operate. Very helpful staff when our car battery had died!! Towels and dressings were a lovely touch, WiFi was great and had Netflix ready to go. Log burner was lovely but we didn’t need to use it as the heating was so efficient. The restaurant was closed as we stayed out of season but we would definitely like to come back again and try the restaurant next time too. Plenty of pubs to eat out of season and we had the most amazing food in the village 10 minutes away. An absolute joy to stay in!

Perfect place for a quiet peaceful retreat. Maggi made us feel very welcome and was really helpful during a storm related power outage with hot water for drinks. The hut is small but very efficiently kitted out with all the essentials. Amazing pillows and a very warm cozy duvet make this place perfect even during colder nights. The chickens on site also supply the best eggs for all your eggy needs during your stay. The two large hounds are also very friendly and always asking for a little cuddle. The hut is quite remote and off the track but Maggi’s instructions made it very clear how to find it.

Sehr ansprechende, vollständig und hochwertig -ausgestattete, gemütliche Unterkunft, besser als auf den Bildern dargestellt mit großzügigem Willkommensgruss. Michelle und Eddy sind hervorragende Gastgeber, die Kommunikation war prompt, problemlos und sehr präzise, sehr herzlich und hilfreich, Eddy gab tolle Tipps um die unmittelbare Umgebung zu erkunden. Ein Auto ist zu empfehlen um die Isle of Lewis und Harris zu erkunden- wir hatten Glück und bestes Wetter in der letzten September/ Anfang Oktober Woche.

We stayed for 2 nights and had the best time. The cabin is cute but spacious and has everything you could need inside. Parking is right beside it and not a pot hole in site! The Hot Tub is an added bonus and was absolutely amazing, warm and undercover which totally helped since it was snowing and freezing! The host left us a lovely bottle of red which was so nice. Plenty places to get food nearby and walking distance to the local supermarket. 1/2 hour drive to Portree for even more restaurants and shops. I’d highly recommend the place to anyone 😁

I cannot recommend this beautiful location enough. The cottage is well equipped with everything you could need including a stocked kitchen, washing machine and drying facilities both inside and out (just in case the weather is typically Scottish). We were lucky enough to watch the northern lights from the hottub It’s it spotlessly clean and you feel like you are miles away from anyone else - it’s perfect for a romantic getaway. It’s perfect if you want to avoid the over touristy places and “bigger” villages and towns. We were made to feel so welcome by Michelle, who left us a delightful welcome gift of local treats as we were celebrating our honeymoon. Situated in Geary - the village has a lovely welcoming feeling. There are loads of delightful honesty boxes along the street filled with both sweet and savoury treats. We would highly recommend taking a wee stroll along the road one morning - maybe even each morning you are there to see what treats you can discover.

We had the most wonderful stay in Duncan & Emma’s cabin. The cabin was gorgeous, clean, cosy and had the most amazing views. We loved the hot tub and the big windows to watch the sunsets. Duncan and Emma were always quick to respond to any questions and were so friendly and helpful throughout. The location was great - close enough to drive to all the attractions but also private enough for some quiet time away. We couldn’t recommend this place enough for a trip to Skye. Thanks again.

Stunning property and location ideal for all the lovely local beaches. Very cozy and comfortable. Great to park right outside too!

We had a wonderful stay. The views from the house are amazing and we spent lots of time watching the wildlife. The book of the area was a real help to us finding the best places to visit and eat. Everything was really comfortable. Kenny even let us stay a bit longer as we had time to kill before the ferry. Would love to return thank you!

Absolutely incredible stay with Helen! The place is the cosiest thing you’ve ever been to, I kept thinking of a fairy tale! We actually stayed in just to soak up the atmosphere and enjoy the crackling of the woods. Magic! Highly recommend!!
