The house was really good and perfect for a relaxing vacation. It is well-equipped – towels are provided, there is a safe for valuables, and even a washing machine. We felt very comfortable and can definitely recommend it!

Wonderful Stay at Nick’s place – Highly Recommended I recently had the pleasure of staying and it was a truly exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the warm hospitality and attention to detail were evident. The villa itself was beautifully designed, offering a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The private pool was impeccably maintained and provided a serene space to relax. The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and spotlessly clean, with all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The host Nick was professional, courteous, and always willing to assist with any requests. One thing to note is that the villa is located in a more secluded area, and having a car or private transportation is highly recommended, as public transport options are not readily available. However, this also adds to the peaceful and private atmosphere, making it a perfect retreat for anyone seeking a relaxing and luxurious getaway. I look forward to returning in the future.

Wir waren mit 3 Personen und unserem Hund in dem Haus. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, und auch genauso behandelt während des gesamten Aufenthalts. Jederzeit empfehlenswert!

The villa is located in an old resort and around a 10-minute drive from the beach. The highlight was the pool, from its cleanliness to the jacuzzi functions. Since it’s in an old resort, the furniture is a little out of style and has some wear and tear, but it has all the facilities and amenities mentioned. It’s pet friendly and there is no extra cost. The host is also very responsive and friendly and quickly solved any issues we had. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Brand new villa matching the photos and description. The host was very helpful and he has replied quickly to all or our questions. KTV room is amazing for celebrating an occasion with friends.

Patty was so helpful throughout our stay there. She made us feel at home. I would highly recommend her to be anyone’s host. Good house to stay at with many things (pool table, karaoke) to enjoy yourself! Though the house doesn’t get much sunlight because of nearby high buildings. Close by there are two supermarkets and it’s not far away from the city center. Enjoyed our stay!

Fantastic location and home to spend a wonderful family holiday. Spacious house (even better than what pictures show!), where u find all you need for your stay (and if you don't Miss Black will help you with that). So peaceful and quiet compound, the best surprise was the direct access to a totally uncrowded beach. Kath has been a fantastic host and I would reccomend everyone who wants to spend peaceful time as well as some remote work to come visit here.

Was a little hard to find at first but the blame lies with google, if you search for The Panora Pattaya the street lies between Panora and 7-11. Once checked in most everything is in walking distance but the house is well enough away from the nightlife that it was nice and peaceful. Nice spacious accommodations.

Skvelý hostiteľ rýchle jednania. Veľmi pekný zážitok na krásnej vile a ten bazén je úplne fantázia ak by sme sa mali vrátiť do Pattayi tak určite sem. Odporúčame všetkými 10/10.

I'm the kind who did homework before booking and embarking. This villa is accurate - what's on the photos and what you feel and get - and that's why I booked it. great host, pressure-free, good vibe, and the pool is wonderful. I originally wanted to grill BBQ but got lazy; next time maybe. You feel at home and at ease.

Had a great stay at The Pool Villa in Bang Sare with my mum and sisters. The pool was perfect for morning swims, and the villa was clean, quiet, and well maintained. Excellent for a family getaway. Security at the entrance gave us peace of mind. Dmitry was responsive and helpful throughout. Highly recommend!

This place is fantastic! There are plenty of things to do in the area, and the house itself is spacious with very comfortable beds. I really appreciated the thoughtful touch of having water and ice prepared for us upon arrival. The entire place was spotless and smelled amazing, with a pleasant lavender scent throughout. The downstairs sofa was perfect for relaxing and watching Netflix—it felt just like home. What you see in the photos is exactly what you get. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, providing clear directions that made finding the location very easy. She was also quick to respond whenever I needed anything. I’ll definitely stay here again the next time I visit.

We had a wonderful few days at Philippe’s place. It is a warm and cosy space where we felt right at home. A fantastic garden and outdoor seating. The pool is a bit smaller than we expected but that was no problem for us. The showers could use an upgrade but the beds are very nice. There is an external security camera but we were assured it is only used to monitor the path next to the house. In the morning we enjoyed breakfast at the hotel across the street which was very convenient. Also the grill was a welcome attribute.

The host was extremely responsive and assisted when my driver was lost.

Excellent. Clean and very functional bungalow in a relatively quiet location. Everything worked. Kitchen was extremely well equipped. Would definitely stay again.
