Het is een comfortabele en schoon condominium. Het complex heeft veel faciliteiten en op loopafstand zijn restaurants en supermarkten. Alan is een fijne host die altijd snel reageert. Mijn verblijf was uitstekend en zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

I would like to say that Bualai's condo was awesome. I had a very relaxed stay. The place was extremely clean. Very spacious, the furniture was in really good condition, and I was surprised she even had an air fryer in the condo if I wanted to cook. I loved the view and the balcony that over saw the pool area. The condo also had two large TV's which was a huge plus for me. The one part that made the check in and out process of Bualai's place cool, Bualai met me both times. She walked through the condo with me, conversated with me, and ensured everything was good to go. Then before I checked out, she came back and asked about my stay and wished me safe travel back home which was the first time a host has done for me. She is awesome, funny, and very delightful. I highly recommend Bualai's place.

logement tres agreable avec beaucoup d accessoires qui rendent le sejour encore plus agreable. j ai particulierement apprecier le kit higyene de qualite (shampoing, gel douche, brosse a dent). Sirin a ete tres reactive, tres gentille repondant a chacune de nos questions et lui en remercie. se sera avec plaisirs que je retournerais dans l un des appartement gerer par Sirin.

This was my second stay in one of Jonathan's accommodation and just like the first time, everything was perfect from the start. Jonathan is a great host, his accommodation is great and I lacked nothing. I am my favorite place in Pattaya and 100% recommended .

Eine tolle Wohnung, wo man sich wie zuhause fühlt. Sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und sauber. Alles was man für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt braucht ist vorhanden. Besonders die schnelle und freundliche Kommunikation mit Beam war sehr gut.Ich empfehle die Wohnung sehr gerne weiter

What a fantastic apartment! Very clean and comfortable with the most amazing view from the balcony/terrace of the sunset over the marina and beach. Incredible! Excellent and very friendly communication from Bm throughout our stay. Couldn’t have been better. Will 100% get in touch with Bm next time we take a drive down to Pattaya for a few days. I had a great stay in this unit, it was nice and clean, the check in process was straightforward. It’s within walking distance to stores, food, laundry’s etc. The facilities were great with a convenience store in the building

Das Apartment hat uns sehr gut gefallen, insbesondere die atemberaubende Aussicht vom Dach. Die moderne und schöne Einrichtung hat uns beeindruckt. Manchmal war das Publikum im Haus etwas weniger angenehm, und die Straße unten ist recht laut und lebhaft. Dies ist jedoch bei Pattaya bekannt. Insgesamt hatten wir einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt.

I absolutely loved my stay here! Waking up to those views was incredible, and the studio was so clean and comfortable. I'd definitely stay again!

Best place to stay in Pattaya - close enough to the action, but easy to get a good nights sleep. Unusually good gym - but pool on the roof will blow you away…. 5*

За 20 лет зимовки в Таиланде, это наверное лучшая квартира, где мы останавливались и лучший хозяин! Квартира была чистая, это наверное первый раз, когда я не бежала в магазин докупать вешалки или сушилки. Было абсолютно всё, что нужно для комфорта. Легкое заселение, теневая сторона. А самая большая благодарность хозяину, за его отзывчивость и заботу. Был на связи 24/7. Решал сразу все возникающие вопросы и просьбы. Я надеюсь вернуться опять

Udo ist ein toller Gastgeber. Check in/ out liefen hervorragend. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut , Udo hat schell und unkompliziert reagiert. Die Wohnung hat mir sehr gut gefallen, es war alles wie beschrieben. Die Lage war sehr Zentral, man konnte alles fußläufig erreichen. Beim hinausgehen aus der Anlage war man direkt in der lebhaften Umgebung von Bar's und Restaurant's. Innerhalb der Anlage war es aber sehr ruhig. Ich freue mich schon sehr auf meinen nächsten Aufenthalt, wenn möglich bei Udo. Vielen Dank für alles.

Ich kam später an als ausgemacht, aber ich wurde geduldig erwartet. Die Ruhe und Privatsphäre haben mich begeistert. Ok, man braucht ein Fahrzeug, aber das wusste ich ja vorher. Damit konnte ich den lokalen Markt erreichen, die Auswahl an Speisen war groß und die Preise günstig. John war bei Nachfragen immer erreichbar und hat flexibel reagiert. Jederzeit wieder.

I stayed here for a week and I would highly recommend this place, very spacious house and a quit neighborhood, but also not very far from everything you would want to do. if you plan to go to pattaya I'd recommend staying here.

The house is amazing ! The pool and sauna are great features to have in a house. Everything in this house is double the size of what things are normally in a house - which makes it feel like a mansion! I highly recommend this house to anyone that wants to have a luxury vacation. The host communicated well with us and we had no problems during our stay.

Yuri 'space was fantastic. Very clean and stylish place with everything you needed. In a great location, right near heaps of great places to eat! Yuri was very accommodating and helpful letting us drop our bags off early and checking in on us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. High speed wifi, 250 mb/s , many attraction around, kids play ground , and fitness room, Restaurants there I could say excellent. Furthermore, they clearly explained the area, and also arranged a taxi for me from the apartment to the airport after I checked out. For (Price), I honestly think this is a bargain. I am looking forward to staying here again one day.

We had a group of 15 - most people didn’t know each other and the villa provided a perfect amount of privacy (if preferred) and great community areas to eat, cook and hang out! Pool was awesome.

The pool villa is located in a big and rich villa house compound And it takes only 10 minutes drive the the beach Such a great place to stay long-term as family for unbelievable price too!🥰
