This is my second time staying at Zeinab’s! It never disappoints. The apartment was so clean for our arrival. The location is great in my opinion. So close to the walkable Medina, one of my favorite parts of the city. The private rooftop is a great place to spend time in the sun with your morning coffee. The apartment is set up to feel like a home, not an Airbnb rental. I feel so comfortable in it. Thank you for everything Zeinab!

Un accueil chaleureux dans un environnement calme et ressourçant remplit de belles rencontres et de bons moments partagés. L'emplacement est idéal pour s'imprégner de l'âme de la médina et laisser son imagination se balader avec les chants d'oiseaux. L'hôte est très accueillant et à l'écoute, et a de très bons conseils sur Tunis ainsi que la vie culturelle et culinaire de la région. Une adresse que je ne peux que recommander !

I spend 10 weeks on the room in the house of Roua and I'm missing it since I left a few hours ago. Roua is a lovely woman and everytime you need her help she's there to help you. In this short time we became very good friends and I can't wait to come back! For everyone who works as a digital nomad: It's a little bit away from the tourists area, but really quiet. The wifi works very good and sometimes you have something like Coworking with Roua, when she's editing her music, video or photography. It's just 2 minutes away from the beach. Supermarkets, bakery, Cafés/Restaurants, Laundry and everything you need is just 5 minutes away. 5* for this AirBnB - I really recommend this one! I definitely come back!

Ben and his father were fabulous hosts, really helpful with answering any of our questions and requests we had. The room was exactly as shown in the pictures and very cozy. Although we shared the apartment with another guest next door to us, they were very polite and friendly and we felt comfortable. The location is conveniently close to supermarkets and restaurants (although most were closed as we came during Ramadan). It was so good to have the kitchen and washing machine as well since there weren't many restaurants opened during the day.

Séjour très agréable, logement bien propre et facile d’accès. Pratique et plus proche de l’aéroport et centre ville. Donia a été exceptionnel et réactive, toujours au petit soin pour s’assurer que tous se passe bien, très serviable. Je recommande fortement et à très bientôt Donia 🙏

I rented this apartment for my parents' stay in Tunis, and they really enjoyed it. The place was comfortable and well-maintained. The host was very responsive and always available, which made the stay even smoother. Overall, a great experience!

Voyageuse en solitaire, j’ai beaucoup apprécié l’emplacement à proximité du centre-ville et de la mer. J’ai été très bien accueillie, et malgré un retard sur mon vol, Vincenzo et sa femme Rihab m’ont attendu. Le lieu est très calme, j’ai pu me reposer paisiblement. Le petit déjeuner m’a été très gentiment servi. Rihab m’a recommandé plusieurs adresses de restaurant à proximité et ce fut un régale 🤩 N’hésitez pas, vous serez très bien reçu car ils parlent plusieurs langues et sont d’une gentillesse absolue. Merci pour tout j’espère revenir chez vous un jour ! Hélène.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit bei Oussama, es war der perfekte Ort um in Tunis anzukommen. Er hat uns sehr freundlich willkommen geheißen und wir haben interessante Gespräche geführt. Das Zimmer war gemütlich und wir konnten schön auf der Terrasse frühstücken, nachdem wir uns an den Hund gewöhnt hatten, der immer mal über die Mauer schaut. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen!

Enjoyable Stay. Highly recommended! A beautiful historic house with a touch of art in each corner. Marouane welcomed us in and carried the heavy bag upstairs, he was very responsive, accommodating, and helpful. His wife, Shiraz, is lovely as well and checked on us daily. The 2 ladies who work there, Sonya and Sumaya, were wonderful and super friendly. They went above and beyond to make sure we are happy and comfortable. The breakfast was tasty, fresh, and diverse. In addition, they are happy to accommodate any particular request in terms of drinks, food, and room service. We also had the chance to meet some lovely people (residents) during breakfast. Location is walking distance to some tourist attractions like the traditional market (Souq El Medina), Dar El Jeld restaurant and spa, Kasbah square, Bab El Bhar and Habib Bourgiba avenue.

Meine Zeit im Dar Nada war wunderbar. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und ich habe mich gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus liegt mitten in der Medina von Tunis, eine fantastische Lage. Im Haus ist alles sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Besonders schön ist der offene Innenhof, so dass man Tag und Nacht den Himmel sehen kann. Und die Dachterasse, über die in der entsprechenden Jahreszeit Flamingos fliegen. Tarek und Sayida sind aufmerksame und kluge Gastgeber. Es war sehr schön bei ihnen zu Gast zu sein.

Sehr schönes Airbnb im Herzen von Tunis. Man befindet sich direkt im Alltagsleben der Einheimischen. In der Nebensaison waren wir nahezu die einzigen Touristen in der Gegend, das muss man mögen. Wir haben uns allerdings sicher gefühlt. Die Gastgeber waren immer gut erreichbar und unfassbar gastfreundlich. Wir wurden direkt zum Mittagessen eingeladen und haben uns ein Mahl geteilt. Das Haus ist wunderschön und sehr authentisch. Wir würden die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen!

Beautiful room in a lovely house steps from the Medina. All very comfortable and nice bathroom. Hasem was always ready to help despite the fact I didn’t speak much French. I should have studied harder in high school.

Un havre de paix au sein de la médina. Sabri a réussi son pari, allier tradition et modernité dans une maison d’hôte à l’image des Riads de Marrakech. L’hospitalité est au rendez vous et commence par un accueil avec des pâtisseries et des citronnades. Tout est fait maison par Sonia là cheffe de cuisine. Le petit déjeuner est copieux. Je vous conseille de réserver un dîner auprès d’elle. Incroyable de pouvoir se reposer au calme et se relaxer dans la piscine à 2 pas du cœur de la ville. Le staff est vraiment aux petits soins. Merci Hajer, Sonia, Sabri et la personne qui est venue nous chercher pour nous indiquer la maison.
