This is a very nice condo with a little patio overlooking the beach and the pool. I needed to contact the manager a few times and she always got back to me quickly. Everything was as pictured. The beach is wide and has areas of natural shade. There are a few restaurants within walking distance though they are not terribly good. I did like the fish tacos at a little beach shack called Torres, and a fancier dinner at Entrevinos. I had a little trouble getting in to the apartment because I had trouble finding the email that had been sent to me. Fortunately I then remembered I had actually written it down. I have had this problem before with AirBnB and I don't understand why certain emails disappear.

Beautiful home with great views from the mountain. Felt right at home. The host is great and communication was smooth. Will definitely recommend again.

This is the second time my family and I stay and this place. It’s a great location with a few pools to choose from whenever you want to go for a swim. Specially if you have little ones, this is the ideal place. I would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Stay, Highly Recommend! We had an amazing experience at this Airbnb! The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully beach decorated. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, ensuring I had everything I needed throughout my stay. The location was perfect, close to all the main attractions but still quiet and peaceful. I especially loved the little touches like fresh towels, and a detailed guide of nearby spots to check out. The swimming pool was so close and beautiful. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area! Gracias!!!!

We loved our stay at Rose’s beach villa. It had everything we needed for an easy, relaxing beach vacation. We loved having both the beach and pool as an option. Rose had an umbrella and beach chairs (no sand toys for kids) and the pool had a kiddie pool that was only 1-2 feet deep. Perfect for our 3 year old. The villa grounds were very secure and we felt totally safe. It was a very short walk to the beach as advertised! The villa was clean and looked like the photos. One room is larger with plenty floor space and the other room had a decent amount of floor space too. We loved our stay!!! Thank you Rose!

This was a fantastic location - I came with my husband and both sets of parents. The three bedrooms were a godsend, the air conditioning worked great, and the full kitchen allowed us to eat out less (if we wanted) - and to be able to take full advantage of left overs when we did. Just a few short walks to the beach, we always felt safe, and Rob and Lali are very communicative.

5 stars! Beautiful, clean and charming! We cannot say enough about how wonderful the experience was. We hope to be back someday! The view from the property is stunning. We woke up and went to bed with the sound of the ocean right outside the bedroom and living room. Every detail from the pillows to the wall decor was thoughtfully designed to make your stay unforgettable. Highly, highly recommend! This is a great AirBnB right on the beach!!
