Our second stay was great. Beautiful view, clean cabin, had everything we needed. The kids especially enjoyed the puzzles and books and popcorn maker.

If I could give Pam and Dale 10 stars, I would! This was one of the absolute best airbnb experiences I've had. Pam made me feel right at home instantly, and on top of that had prepared a delicious welcome snack for me! The space was absolutely beautiful and wonderfully quiet. I enjoyed that very much, but equally so the quality of conversation with Pam and Dale both when we met outside. I so look forward to returning, and if you're looking for a beautiful country retreat with amazing hosts, you'll love it too!

This place matched the description perfectly. It was just what we needed, could hear the river by opening the windows or sitting outside. Sauna and cold plunge was a huge reason we chose this place, also the proximity to Joffre Lakes. Andrea provided a huge list of information regarding local attractions and what not. Would love to stay here again or any place that Andrea has. Great host through and through can’t say enough positive things about our trip, just perfect.

Lovely off-the-grid experience! The cabin is cozy and decorated with lots of love. Even though the inside temperature matched the outside temperature, the cozy blankets made sure we stayed comfortably warm at night. We saw so many stars at night! We made a veggie BBQ using the gas BBQ which was great. There is drinking water right next to the cabin. Heather is a very kind and attentive host. She is available when needed and chatting with her was lovely, but you can also have as much privacy here as you want.

We had an amazing time at Rob’s place! The scenery and the home were stunning, and the views were even more beautiful than the pictures. The home’s layout optimizes the ability to see views from multiple rooms. The home contained all the essentials and had great added touches that really enhanced the experienced (gorgeous rec room with pool table, sauna, hot tub, spa bath, games, outdoor and indoor fireplaces). Furthermore, the place was impeccably clean and tidy. Rob did an amazing job of being responsive and available, whilst respecting our privacy. The cabin is very private, and gives the feel of “getting away”. It’s also drivable to some of the most amazing hikes (notably Joffre Lakes). We loved are stay, and we are excited to return!

This place is a real gem. Very well finished modern space with everything you need, and tucked away in a beautiful area surrounded by mountains. As long as you're aware it's on top of a working bakery (depending on the time of year) you'll love it here.

We had the best weekend. This place far surpassed our expectations. Every inch of the property is artistically stylized, you feel right at home upon arrival. Michele is a beautiful soul and has created such a peaceful oasis. We loved meeting her animals and eating her freshly baked bread. I celebrated my birthday while saying there and Michele made it extra special for me. The cabin we stayed in was cosy and private. The sounds of the trains echo through the valley, like they have for decades, and it’s as if the sound transports you back in time. We had two very restful sleeps, and left feeling recharged and relaxed. We couldn’t recommend this place enough, and we can’t wait to return. Thanks again, Michele!

This house is in a gorgeous setting - the photos don't do it justice! We swam in the lake every day and enjoyed such a peaceful stay.
