This property is a really good place to stay being 10 minutes away from Bhimtal and Naukuchiatal and about 45 minutes away from Nainital. The caretaker, Yogeshbhai is really sweet, helpful and honest. I would definitely visit again with my parents.

The stay was wonderful! Just a short walk from Mall Road, and while the initial uphill climb might seem a bit challenging, it's smooth sailing after that. The views from the property were stunning, and Nivedita was an exceptional host.

This is a good destination for a memorable holiday with family/friends.

The place was immaculate, stunning, and incredibly peaceful—almost like stepping into a charming European cottage. The property’s caretakers were exceptionally warm and attentive, ensuring a seamless stay. Vimal’s cooking was outstanding—you simply must try her aloo ke gutke at least once! Overall, our experience was nothing short of perfect. That said, a quick heads-up: the road leading to the Airbnb is quite steep, so if you’re driving your own vehicle, proceed with caution. Alternatively, local cabs or scooty services provide an easy way to reach the destination. Once you arrive at the top, it’s just a short 5–7 minute walk to the property. All in all, this is a must-visit property if you’re looking for a quiet getaway from Nainital’s bustling traffic and increasing noise.☺️☺️

Our stay at this Airbnb property in Nainital was truly exceptional. We were 4, we had 2 bedrooms and a good living area to spend time. The place was well maintained, free of moisture smell. The lake view from outside was very pleasing. The staff were very helpful throughout our stay. They also recommended few restaurants Cafe Lakeside, Manu Maharani, Embassy restaurant machaan and Zooby's kitchen. We had dinner at Zooby's kitchen and we loved it. Thank You

The rooms were clean and the place is beautiful. Host Nivedita is responsive and helpful. The property has a great outdoor space where you can enjoy bonfire with your family. The location is exactly as described - just 200 meters from Mall Road. I'd say it's a great deal for anyone looking to stay near Mall Road with a lake view without spending 6K - 10K per night on hotel rooms. The only thing to note is that the 200 meters stretch is a steep climb to reach the home, which might be challenging for those with medical conditions. (I was traveling with my mom, who has a ligament tear in her knee.) However, Nivedita clearly informed me about this before accepting the reservation and I still chose to stay as Nainital, being a hill station, natually involves some amount of walking or climbing - no matter wherever you stay. Overall, highly recommended!

This stay was beyond our imagination for we a group of 4 traveling together. So there's a list of things that helped cater our holiday in it's best. First the apartment is Huge, in a safe building with guard present 24×7, perfectly located between Naukuchiatal and Bhimtal, away from all the annoying noises at the same time, perfect to enjoy the tranquility. The building has ample space for the car to be parked safe, it even has a well kept lawn. The house is exceptionally decorated kinda colonial, in its first glance it looked Rich, spotless, Big TV with a super broadband, Big and clean washrooms, perfect wifi speed, kitchen well stocked, checklisted with all the amenities, Sleep quality awesome, and in particular I am fallen in love with the central chandelier in living room. Reeta is an amazing host, very humble and didn't leave a stone unturned to let us feel home during our 2 nights stay. God bless.. I am coming back !!

Good, is 5 km away from bhimtal near megrgao chauraya and best thing is that sattall, gurtall, bhim tall, kenchi dham are under 12 km

This place is awesome and Nivedita is a great Host indeed...The location is calm with beautiful view... We would always remember their coffee ☕. People know the true meaning of hospitality and work management.. The place is much more sorted and near to the Mall road,apart from this Nivedita would really help you with each step towards the property... This feels like home away from home and genuinely match the Airbnb standard.. for us she is a Superhost.. 😊

Not too far but still located at an untouched place. Place is easily reachable for an average driver. Balcony provides really beautiful view of the mountain. Its surrounded by peach trees which is very rare to see for people from plain. House has all necessary amenities. Rooms are quite big. You will feel at home. Caretaker cooks whatever you ask him and is a good cook. Overall a very satisfactory stay.
