The most amazing place to stay with the most helpful host. Our first week in Phuket and it was a great start!

The cleanest apartment I've ever lived in. Looks much better than in the photo. There is everything you need in the kitchen, even spices. Cleaning 10/10, the apartment is perfectly clean. The location is very good, you can walk to the beach and the shopping center. Friendly owner and staff of the building. Only one minus - there is a noisy road nearby, otherwise it is perfect for its price.

Отличное место для спокойного отдыха. Закрытая территория, очень зелено, шикарные бассейны. Магазины и множество кафе в шаговой доступности, до пляжа идти минут 10. Апартаменты свежие, все необходимое есть, тихо и уютно. Огромное спасибо хозяйке за встречу и помощь во всех вопросах!

Hakan is always available for help and there is no interference from anyone The apartment is exactly how it looks in the pictures and is at a walkable distance from Bangla street It was neat and clean when we arrived and there was no hassle of check-in Worth the money Would like to be hosted by Hakan again!

The location was great, and the complex was excellent. The apartment had everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable. The self-check-in instructions were clear and very helpful. We would gladly visit this place again!

We had a wonderful one-week stay at this modern and stylish apartment in March 2025. The apartment offers plenty of space for a family with a child, featuring two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. We especially appreciated the quiet location on the 4th floor at the end of the corridor, providing a peaceful retreat. The balcony overlooks the stunning pool area of the complex, and the residence is right next to a beautiful and quiet section of Mai Khao Beach. Due to the more secluded location, renting a vehicle is recommended, as having your own or a rented car makes it much easier to explore the area and reach nearby amenities. The nearest convenience store (7-Eleven) is about 2 km away. Communication with our host, Lyn, was excellent. She responded quickly to our questions and went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay. We would gladly book this apartment again and highly recommend it to guests seeking relaxation and tranquility.

Fabricio did a great enduring that our stay was smooth and easy. Our flight was late to arrive but he was able to accommodate outside of the normal check in hours. The place was very cozy, clean and super nice to be on a side street which became very quiet in the evening time. There was an issue with the internet but he responded quickly and sent a technician immediately and it was solved. Rented a motorbike and there was parking available at the apartment complex. There was also staff at the front desk taking care of the building and security for the parking entrance which made me feel our items left in the apartment were safe and secure. Overall fantastic stay if you are looking to have a restful trip in Phuket.

nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances. l'appartement est très bien situé à 200 m de la plage et beaucoup de restaurant de très bonne qualité. la piscine est nettoyée tous les jours. alex est très réactif . merci beaucoup

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und alles war wie beschrieben. Miles hat sich immer sofort gemeldet wenn wir Fragen hatten. Es gab ein Problem mit Wasser im Bad was aber gelöst wurde. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Klimaanlage war die 1. die nicht direkt aufs Bett bläst. Das war sehr gut. Ich würde wenn Rawai dann zu Miles gehen. Eigentlich wählten wir Rawai zum Inselhopping was dann aber auch woanders war. Zum schwimmen würde ich andere Strände empfehlen. Hier fährt ein Bus ab für wenig Geld Richtung Airport. Dieser fährt auch zu den Stränden auf dieser Seite (Karon)… Wir danken Miles für den Aufenthalt und die sofortige Hilfe. Alles Gute 🍀

كان المنزل جميل جداً وبإطلالة ساحره استمتعت أنا و عائلتي بالمسكن ،وطاقم العمل كان متعاوناً وودودا للغاية، كانت هناك إيجابيات كإضافة سرير إضافي لطلبنا المسبق وتمت مساعدتنا في تنسيق موعد مساج منزلي، كانت هناك سلبية واحدة وهي يحتاج بعض الصيانة في الأبواب ولكن كل شيء كان جميل وسعدت بالإقامة في هذا المنزل الساحر.

In summary - I have visited Phuket many times and always stayed in a 5 star hotel. This was my first time I use Airbnb in Phuket. I have to admit, I regret spending every single penny on most of the hotels I stayed in. This place has the best view (not comparable to any other in my opinion), I used to stay in the apartment and work whole enjoying the astonishing view, great location, superb facilities. The apartment is super nice, clean and cozy. Kseniia was very accommodative and helpful. Beside the daily cleaning and room dining/breakfast (and although Mida Grande is not a 5 start hotel), I truly rate the apartment and the service provided as a 5 star. I will definitely not waste any more time and money on any other place in my next visit to Phuket.

Room was clean, check in ran smoothly. Great location for boat avenue, carpet diem maya beach etc. would recommend and would definitely stay again

The place is very comfortable and cozy, excellent location 7/11 and pharmacy is 3min, mall is 7-9 min walk. Sean is also very responsive and helpful. The condo itself clean, hygienic and provides a very comfortable environment for kids. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you so much, will come again. Its 5/5 place and host

Great location, clean and well decorated place. Would definitely stay again on my next visit to Rawai.

We just stayed for 3 days 2 nights waiting to leave Thailand and it was the best decision staying here, the place is worth the price, you can enjoy the beach, pools, sunset, FYI this place is better if you have a car so it's easier to move around the area. Staff who cleans and do check in/out are friendly, polite and helpful. You can have restaurants or spa in the area but if you go out 15-20 minutes away you will find more option for everything. Overall, a brand new condo, everything is clean and still looks new, we hope to come back in the future.

Wir sind absolut zufrieden gewesen die Unterkunft hat viel Platz geboten tolle Umgebung und die Aussicht aus dem Balkon ist umwerfend schön.

5 of 5 Stars !👏 Die Villa ist sehr vielseitig, grosser Pool, Grillstation, Aussenwhirpool, Sauna und im oberen Stockwerk hat es einen Billiardtisch mit grossen Balkon😍😍 1:1 wie auf den Fotos. Alle Zimmer sind top! besonders lobenswert ist der Vermieter Benoit, er ist der Beste Vermieter den ich über Jahre kennengelernt habe! sehr freundlich aufgestellt und zuvorkommend. Sehr schnelle Reaktionszeit bei Fragen oder Anliegen, alles in kürzerster Zeit behoben. Danke Benoit ! Ich werde zu 10000% erneut eine Buchung bei dir machen! BIG RESPECT 👏👏🤩 thanks !!

It’s a good place for a family retreat. Place is clean and maintained. Housekeeping will come in every 3 days I believe. Within the compounds, there’s a pool, sauna and jacuzzi in one of the bathrooms. House is spacious is convenient. Thank you Viktor for hosting
