There is a picture of a man called Do Anh but we always delt with a lady, we assume his wife, sorry we do not know her name so apologies refering to her as 'She'. The place is like Hansel and Gretel Land, there are little bungalows and a pool surrounded by beautiful trees and flowers, it is so pretty. There is a nice breakfast area, where you can chat with other guests, this was great for us as were travelling North to South and met a couple who were going South to North so we picked their brains and actually ended up changing our route slightly based on their experience. She could not have been nicer or more helpful, always there ready to help and booked our night bus (even walked us to the pick-up point) for us. We would highly recommend a stay here, you could not be disappointed.

staying at Ninh's place was truly a wonderful and lovely experience, she got in touch with us before our trip started and planned a wonderful 5 star ha long bay cruise at a minimal price along with transport to her place. she was very responsive and caring I felt as though I was home away from home, she planed our entire itinerary in ninh binh at a nominal price and it was wonderful. her food was very tasty and the price was very reasonable, my 15 month old daughter fell ill during the trip and Miss. Ninh helped us with the doctor and the hospital and the tests personally working as our translator and she gracefully allowed us to cook food for our daughter in her kitchen without any fuss. I truly recommend families to stay here on their trip to ninh binh for a warm, cozy and homely stay. this place was truly a home away from home!!!!

Wir hatten noch nie so einen guten Service und Freundlichkeit bei Gastgebern erlebt und haben die Unterkunft von Yen sehr genossen! Das Frühstück ist vor allem zu loben und auch die Fahrräder sollte man sich unbedingt ausleihen da die Lage wirklich gut ist um alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten abzufahren. Allen in allem sind wir sehr zufrieden und wenn wir nochmal nach Ninh Binh kommen würden wir uns sehr freuen hier einzukehren.

Duongs homestay is amazing! We extended our stay and had the best time here. The homestay restaurant has such good food (I ate the burger 3 times)! After a long bus journey, we were allowed to check in early and felt right at home. The hosts wanted to do anything to make us comfortable and we really appreciated it! Please stay here if you’re coming to ninh binh! ❤️

brothers place was literally the only stay we liked in our whole trip .... he was so responsive... our bus dropped us at t a.m. in the morning on highway... but he still let us in ... and did early check in ... that's why we atleast had a good rest .... he was so helpful even gave us his motorbike and also booked a limousine from ninh binh to hanoi for us at minimal charges .. I didn't get disappointed by the place .... the room was so clean and neat . .. overall place was beautiful with a beautiful garden around ... at my next visit brothers place definitely the stay I'm gonna prefer over all.... highly recommended place in ninh binh to stay .... if you are staying in ninh binh you should definitely stay at his place only ❤️🫶🏻

Thành and his family were extremely hospitable. They helped in any way possible including with recommendations on what to do during the day and also helped us book a bus to another city in Vietnam for a lot cheaper than booking on another website. Thành contacted the driver to book directly with them and also took us to the bus terminal in the morning. The rooms were extremely spacious and one of the cleanest homes I have stayed at on my trip. Renting a bike with them was also extremely easy to do. Thank you for the stay Thành :)

Van was an extremely accommodating and friendly host, who helped us book rides and motorbikes, and gave advice about what to do in the area when. Breakfast was wonderful, and the property is STUNNING, looks exactly like the pictures. Peaceful, safe, clean, and walkable. Stay here, you won’t regret it!

Gutes Apartment mit sehr leckeren Frühstück. Nguyen hat uns Fahrräder zu einem günstigen Preis ausgeliehen und für 200.000 VND durften wir sogar bis 20 Uhr in der Unterkunft bleiben was uns den Reisetag deutlich vereinfacht hat. Nguyen war immer sehr freundlich.

Super environnement, la nature est incroyable et les hôtes sont chaleureux et toujours à l’écoute. C’est un endroit qui en vaut la peine si on aime la nature, les animaux et se balader. Les alentours valent la peine d’être visiter et de surtout s’y perdre en scooter (pas cher et le meilleur paysage) !!! Je recommande!
