The flat has a lovely layout for one or two. The heating is up to snuff. What an amazing dvd and vhs collection... e.g. twin peaks on vhs, 11 tapes. Great books too, literature in French and English... comic books too -- the belgian experience. Yes, the shower and bathroom were sparkling clean. Washing machine was top-notch, and when I mentioned that I didn't have detergent Christine responded within minutes and provided a cup of it. complete privacy, felt sheltered from the street surprisingly well

We stayed for a month at Joel's apartment and were really pleased as the place really has everything we needed for a longer stay. The place is clean, well furnished, calm, kitchen is equipped to the smallest detail and if anything was missing, Joel was there to make sure we had everything in order. It was truly a nice experience, I would definitely come back again, recommend the apartment and Joel as a host. Thank you for allowing us to stay, such a wonderful experience.

Well thought out and appointed apartment with plenty of space, and a stone’s throw away from the hippodrome and the Forêt de Soignes for great walks/runs. Well connected to the centre of brussels or the european quarter by tram or train

Accueil très chaleureux de Valérie, appartement impeccable et conforme à la description et aux photos, il est très proche du lac, à pied, possibilité de belles activités aux alentours, un des plus beaux appartements que j'ai pû louer via Airbnb, prix très raisonnable au vu de la grandeur de l'appartement, de l'équipement et du petit jardin clôturé. Très bonne qualité de literie et beaucoup de rangement. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit, nous y reviendrons.

A very nice little apartment with everything you need for a stay in Waterloo. A good area with lots of shops and restaurants, very good communication with Valérie and good flexibility.

My stay at Sylvie's apartment was exceptional. Moving to a new country is always difficult, and staying at Sylvie’s apartment made my transition so much easier. I instantly felt at home in her apartment. The apartment was spotless upon arrival, and I appreciated the attention to detail. The kitchen had everything I needed and even a selection of spices. The living room was warm and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Sylvie’s warm and genuine hospitality truly made my stay exceptional. She was incredibly helpful with recommendations for local restaurants and shops. She even shared invaluable insights about Belgian culture, and even recommended some hidden gems that I wouldn't have found otherwise. I think we have a new friend here. I strongly recommend Sylvie's apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and welcoming place to stay in Belgium.

On a réservé l'appartement de Jean-François spécialement pour un marathon série, et franchement, c'était parfait ! Le vidéoprojecteur et l'installation home cinéma sont top : on a pu profiter à fond de nos deux nuits. Le canapé est confortable, la connexion WiFi rapide, et tout était nickel à notre arrivée. Merci à Jean-François pour son accueil chaleureux et sa réactivité! On reviendra sans hésiter pour une prochaine session.

Wim es un anfitrión excelente, amable y disponible. La comunicación fue muy fácil y fluida. El apartamento correspondía perfectamente a la descripción. Muy céntrico, funcional y acogedor, a dos pasos del casco antiguo de Bruselas y de la Gare Centrale. Era exactamente lo que necesitaba para mi estancia en Bruselas. Muchas gracias Wim! Volveré :)

Tout était parfait , à commencer par l’accueil de Geoffrey et Sophie. Nous recommandons vivement. Appartement super complet, lumineux, moderne , propre et confortable. Nous n’avons pu trouver quoique ce soit qui aurait pu manquer. Un endroit où l’on se sent à la maison dès le premier instant. Localisation intéressante. Accès direct pour toute la Hesbay, Namur , Hannut , Wavre, Louvain la Neuve etc ... Nombreux commerces et restaurants à moins de 10 minutes en voitures . Ideal pour couple seul ou avec un ou deux enfants. Deux petits lits superposés et deux petites commodes les feront se sentir comme dans un petit nid douillet. La chambre au lit double est fraîche et cosy. Malgré les zéros degré à l’extérieur, l’appartement bien isolé restait bien chaud à 22 degrés de jour comme de nuit. Au chaude à volonté. Ne pas hésiter est notre conseil.

Perfecte locatie als je - zoals wij - dichtbij het station en de bushaltes wil zijn. De accomodatie ligt op wandelafstand van eetgelegenheden.

Super séjour dans l’appartement de David, très bien situé entre Ixelles, Saint-Gilles et Uccle. L’endroit est propre et spacieux. Le quartier est super agréable avec plein de restos et de cafés sympas. David est accueillant et réactif et les instructions d'arrivées sont précises. Je reviendrai sans hésiter lors de futurs séjours à Bruxelles !

Nuestra experiencia fue maravillosa. El sector en donde queda ubicada la casa es muy tranquilo, rodeado de naturaleza, así mismo el apartamento es cómodo y la cocina tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar. Thomas fue muy amable, cuando llegamos nos sugirió sitios para visitar y nos dio recomendaciones de cuidado de la casa. Es perfecta para personas que vayan con vehículo, en nuestro caso fue un poco difícil porque no teníamos carro sino que utilizamos el transporte público, así que teníamos que caminar un poco más de 15 minutos para salir a la avenida principal. Hay un supermercado cerca, caminando son 25 minutos. Buscábamos en nuestro viaje disfrutar de la naturaleza, y eso encontramos en el apartamento de Thomas. Muchas gracias!

Konaklamam gerçekten bizim için güzeldi. Ev tam resimlerde görüldüğü gibi. Talimatlar tamamen yeterliydi. Merkeze yürüme mesafesinde ama bi 15 dakika kadar yürümeniz gerekiyor. Her şey eksiksizdi. Banyodan biraz koku geliyordu. Tek olumsuz yanı ses yalıtımı iyi değil ve bazı geceler uykumuzdan kaldırdı. Onun dışında keyifliydi 🌸

Next door to metro and supermarket. 20 min walk to the grand square. The place is just like described with all the amenities. Yossif was friendly and responsive. Definitely recommend this apartment, great value!

Le séjour était parfait le seul petit bémol je dirais le jaccuzi à 33 degré, alors que dehors il faisais pas trop chaud. Mais sinon tout était parfait

L'appartment est très propre et on y trouve tout pour un séjour de longue terme. Le lit est trèss confortable. L'appartement est situé proche de la Place du Luxembourg, donc proche des institutions européennes et proche du centre-ville. On n'entend jamais le bruit de la rue. On a fortement apprécié notre séjour chez Anton!

Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit in der Unterkunft von George und Christine! Alles war perfekt: Die Wohnung war makellos sauber, gemütlich und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wir haben uns von Anfang sehr wohl gefühlt. George und Christine wohnen im selben Haus, was ein großer Vorteil war – sie waren jederzeit ansprechbar, unglaublich freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Dadurch hat es uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt. George und Christine waren fantastische Gastgeber – super freundlich, zuvorkommend und immer erreichbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten oder Hilfe brauchten. Sie haben uns viele wertvolle Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben, und man spürt, wie sehr sie sich bemühen, den Aufenthalt ihrer Gäste so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen. Vielen Dank für die wunderbare Zeit!

Enorm fijn verblijf gehad bij Isabelle. Ruime badkamer met grote inloopdouche en ook de keuken is volledig uitgerust met alles wat je nodig hebt. De woning is zeer proper. De jacuzzi en het private terras met uitzicht op de velden is prachtig. Wanneer je op het terras staat hoor je de drukkere staatsbaan wel, echter wanneer de jacuzzi aanstaat hoor je dit niet meer. Isabelle was als gastvrouw zeer vlot te bereiken en gaf een duidelijke rondleiding/instructies bij intrede van de woning. Wij raden deze woning zeker aan.

Nous avons passé un super week-end, la maison est très agréable et propre. A 1 min d'un Intermarché ce qui est très pratique. Nous recommandons ce logement à 1000% et espérons revenir prochainement !

Très agréable séjour dans cet appartement confortable et très bien équipé par ses hôtes sympas & accueillants. A 5’ en voiture du centre de Huy et 30’ à pieds, via le fameux chemin des chapelles. Merci
