Personeel was super vriendelijk. Gingen speciaal bier voor ons halen en we werden gratis weggebracht naar het vliegveld de volgende ochtend om 7 uur. Tevens stond het ontbijt klaar om 6.15 omdat we vroeg weg moesten

Stayed here for 2 nights and loved it. Its located a bit outside of Moni, so you need scooter to drive around. We rented one from here and it was in very good condition and for fair price. The room was basic but has all you need. The outside bathroom was a nice experience. Hot shower is avaliable but you have to ask. Breakfast is included (pancakes with fresh fruits were amahing). There is a main road besides the homestay but it gets quiet after 10pm. Otherwise the owner is really nice and helpful with local recomendations and insights. They also hitch hiked a bus for us in the morning. All in all, great value for money, would stay again for sure.

We stayed for three nights at this beautiful place, where nature and silence come to life and your body and mind will rust. The house is spacious and has everything you need. A comfortable bed, a fan, balcony, with bean bags and a super nice outdoor bathroom, completely flowing from nature. Walde and her family offer you a warm welcome, do everything they can to make you feel at home and give you the privacy you want. The food is prepared with care and love, as much as possible with locally grown products, you can feel and taste that. Just like they build this place and terrain completely from nothing, support the local farmers and ensure the replanting of trees after deforestation. In short, this is where you want to stay. You will find yourself here far away from the hussle and bussle and with your own transport you are at several beautiful places to visit nearby. In short, the ideal base to be, to rust of strengthen for the rest of your journey.

We spent 3 nights in Farila Lodge and we really enjoyed our time there. Internet signal is surprisingly good but there isn't WiFi. If you are in Moni, you definitely have to go to the Warung in the evening to listen to live music! Our host, Billy, is singer in the band there! We liked hospitality and nice breakfast 🙂 Room was pretty clean and there was even hot water! We recommend you staying in Farila Lodge 🙂

Really cosy place. Nice to have a good night off sleep before going up the Kelimutu. After the trip to the Kelimutu, we came back for the breakfast and a shower. Breakfast is simple but good. Bottem line, great place to stay :). If we had time, we probably stayed 2 nights.
