Gorgeous views, great location, the hot water was actually hot (unlike other Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in), the hot tub was ready to go, the host left us snacks. It was just such a wonderful experience. We will be coming back. If I had to pick ANY cons, I’d be really reaching. You are one of four yurts (we didn’t realize we would have “neighbors” but it’s set up in such a way that you still have privacy.). Also, you are close to the road so occasionally you will hear cars, but the sound of the river much overpowers that. Plan for no reception; we were fine with that. We plan to come back again with 2 more couples. I will definitely miss falling asleep to the sound of the river Now, what I wish I would have known as a car geek - we accidentally went through Tail of the Dragon on the way there. Had no idea it was here. Was sad to have a big ole SUV riding that instead of my sports car! Plan accordingly. :)

We loved our stay at Greg’s cabin! The location is beautiful and the cabin was very clean and comfortable, it looked just like the pictures. There is a nice stream right next to the cabin and we enjoyed the fire pit and the hot tub. It was also only about a 10 minute drive to the casino, which was very convenient for the event we were attending. We would definitely stay here again!

What a great trip. Checkin/out was seamless. The property was clean and the amenities were great. Blue Haven was the perfect relaxing getaway.

The house was perfect for our family’s annual after Christmas vacation! The views are amazing! There was plenty of room for the 12 of us. Since we always prepare a lot of our meals and the kitchen well equipped and worked out great. Did I mention the incredible views? You’re on top and can see mountains in every direction! It was Beautiful! The weather was cold and windy. It did snow a little but nothing that caused a problem traveling. Thank you Mickey for your concern about the possibility of ice on our departure morning and checking on us. Our new favorite place we have stayed! We loved it!

We loved staying at ‘Smawlie’! The view was unbeatable and it felt so nice to take a break from every day hustle & bustle. I personally loved not having cell service at the cabin. It was spotless, had all of the listed amenities, and was exactly as described. Though tucked far back into the ‘middle of nowhere’, getting to the cabin via Mike’s provided instructions was easy. Not having service in the area, this was very important. We opted to hike up to the cabin despite having 4WD just because it is THAT steep and gravel. The weather was grey and a little cloudy when we arrived but the view did not disappoint. In the morning we got to watch the fog lift and the sun come through. The only grievance I had was some trouble with the hot tub. When we arrived at 3pm after a cold and rainy hike, the hot tub was cold. We followed the directions provided to “reset” and heat it up. we did not get to use it until the morning, and only for a short bit. Luckily, Mike let us check out a bit late

DON’T miss your chance to experience the magic of the River Love barn. Kangee’s EXCEPTIONAL hospitality throughout our time in her home set the tone for the entirety of our stay. Her attentiveness & genuine warmth made us feel right at home. The beauty of this property is truly beyond words. While the photos online are stunning, they don’t fully capture the enchanting atmosphere that envelops you as soon as you step onto the grounds. Our favorite spots were the clawfoot tub, perfectly nestled in a private, serene area of the property & the outdoor hammock within the screened in back deck. Kangee truly brought the outside in with her thoughtful design. Even on a rainy day- the sky lights during a storm that had passed through was such a reminder of the cozy atmosphere that permeates the barn. Whether you’re seeking a peaceful getaway or a relaxing family trip, the River Love Barn is a hidden gem that I cannot recommend enough. We left feeling refreshed & inspired, with hearts full.

The views from the homey porch were absolutely breath taking. This home felt so comfy for our family of 5 which left lots of opportunities for relaxation. We also had everything we needed to cook nice meals. So sad to leave, but beyond grateful that Darrell allowed us as guests. What a wonderful experience in such a lovely place ❤️

One of the best Airbnb’s we’ve stayed in. The kitchen actually had everything needed to prepare family meals. The hot tub was used everyday. The deck was beautiful. Bryson City is the perfect, quaint gateway community to the Great Smoky Mountains. Our one regret is not staying one more day to experience more of the town itself (we spent our days in the GSMNP). We will be back, no doubt.

This place was exactly how the listing and reviews said it would be…perfect. There were plenty of rooms, nice beds, and stuff to do for everybody (billiards, ping pong, horse shoes, corn hole, etc). The hot tub was huge, clean, and worked great. We all had a super time.

The cabin has a cozy feeling and is located nice and secluded at the end of a neighborhood, with plenty of privacy. Due to the weather we did not get to enjoy the outside but the bonfire looks like a great place to sit outside with family or friends. When booking, we didn’t realize the upstairs bedroom does not have a door, although this did not bother us because it was just my wife and I. We would go definitely come back here. Host was friendly and easy to communicate with.

Cute one bedroom cottage with nice views of the lake. We really enjoyed having access to the two kayaks that came with the rental. Little kitchen & living space were perfect for the two of us - liked the convenience of being able to cook meals there. Overall really enjoyed our stay & the proximity of the cottage to all the great outdoor hiking & sightseeing was amazing!

This cottage is so cute!! I traveled here with my husband and mom. It's in the perfect spot between Robbinsvile and Bryson City. It's off a main-ish road but still has a private feeling with the hedges in the front yard. The creek across the street is so peaceful to listen to in the mornings when walking the dogs for their morning potty break. Very safe feeling with dogs as far as cars go on the road. Sandi was so great with helping and answering any questions I had. She had everything we could have needed and extra in case we were to have forgotten something. I loved that it was pet friendly. The home is decorated very nicely. We came for the tail of the dragon and she has everything you need to wash bike or car off. The carport was a plus as well. Reliable Wi-Fi to watch YouTube TV. Tip... GPS when on Wi-Fi where you are going before you leave since there's no signal for about 10 mins towards town.Will definitely return when in this area.

IT WAS ONE OF THE BEST PLACES I HAVE EVER STAYED. LENOIR WAS A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH. I HAD THE PLEASURE OF ACTUALLY MEETING HER. WHAT A SWEETHEART SHE WAS. 10 OUT OF 10 WOULD STAY AGAIN. SIDE NOTE THE TOWEL WARMER WAS AMAZING.

What a gem! We really enjoyed our stay at Heather's home. The location was perfect and so close to everything. We also appreciated that the neighborhood was tucked away and quiet, which made it convenient for walking our pup. TV set up and WiFi worked great, kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and plenty of blankets and towels available during our stay. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

The road up to the cabin was a little rough in places, I have a Jeep Renegade and had to put it in 4x4 in two spots to get up the loose gravel hill, but the cabin is so secluded it’s worth going up the mile road! Beautiful sunset views from the deck, and can’t see any neighbors! Would love to come back!

If you want peace and quiet, this is the place to come to in the north Georgia mountains of Sky Valley. Beautiful views especially at sunset, hearing the chapel bells ringing, watching the humming birds fly around during the day and at night the bats, and friendly neighbors. The unit was roomy and comfortable. There were a few light bulbs burned out upon arrival and our host was very responsive and a maintenance gentleman was there soon to replace them. Lots of local activities and great restaurants in nearby Highlands and Franklin, NC and Clayton, GA. For walkers the Sky Valley golf course closes at 7 p.m. and it's great walking or jogging around the beautiful course.

Gorgeous mountain retreat is a perfect way to describe this property. I found everything in the description of this property to be true. In my opinion Karla’s description was very humble and we found the property to be much better than expected. Entire family celebrated my father’s 90th birthday, and found the house plenty spacious for all of us. With full living space on the main level and downstairs we never felt crowded.The house was immaculate and very well stocked with items that were above and beyond any other property I’ve ever stayed in right down to the firewood. Directions were easy to follow and communication was always done in a timely fashion. If you want to relax, do nothing, enjoy the views this is the place for you. If you want to be active, go hiking, play golf, tennis, etc. this is the place for you. If you want to grill out and watch football with the gang, this place is for you. So if you have a large group, and you are looking for a mountain getaway, I recommend that you stop looking and book this property NOW!!

An absolute gem of a cabin. The pictures didn't do it justice. The cabin itself was stunning and homey. Lovely kitchen with all the necessities. The view was incredible! I don't think we could have found a better place.

This has been yet another amazing stay!! We have reserved this Air B&B for 3 years now and each time Nina has provided an incredible and hassle free experience. Full of amenities, a complete kitchen arrangement, a quiet driveway and amazing views, this Air B&B has countless things to compliment and I’m happy to say we will continue using it as long as we can <3 It has gone from a vacation home to an ACTUAL home, just far away from our regular one.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The views from the house are incredible. It is very peaceful. The place was clean. Nina was very helpful and responsive when needed. We used the pool and hot tub, which was a short walk down the driveway. I highly recommend this place if you’re visiting the area!

We were having our family Christmas get together and was so happy that the house was still beautifully decorated for Christmas. That made our gathering extra special! The house was perfect for our group!

We so enjoyed our stay. The suite was decorated beautifully and had everything furnished that you could think of. Everything modern and extremely clean and comfortable. Quiet and private. We enjoyed our stay at Donna's place. Donna was great with quick communication and proactively offered us both early check in and late check out since the rental schedule could accommodate it. Our group of 8 was comfortable here, and we enjoyed some local hikes and a side trip to Highlands. The kitchen was spacious for lots of cooking. The property was beautifully decorated for Christmas which was a really nice touch. Great views from the many balconies.
