We stayed a few nights and the inn was quaint and cozy. Perfectly located to restaurants and shops. Our host Jeanette was friendly and very helpful. The continental breakfast was served in the cutest dining area and her homade coffee cake was delicious.

Felt right at home here. Check in was smooth and easy. Wish we stayed longer to really enjoy the bnb but would def recommend to anyone visiting the Cape :)

The bnb was exactly as represented on the site. Our bed & bath was spacious with cute black & white design. Bed & pillows were comfortable. Everything you could want was included: local travel books, magazines & maps, hot tea, games & books and shampoo/conditioner/bodywash/hairdryer. Breakfast was a treat and Jeanette was so friendly & responsive. Will definitely return.

Jeannette was friendly and responsive. The place is so clean and nicely furnished and decorated. There's a dinning area where you can sit to eat or, if you prefer, you can grab a coffee and sit in your room. There's a TV and Keurig machine in the room. The only down size is that the mini-fridge is tiny and we couldn't really use it.

Jeanette's attention to detail was superb with a very cool artsy decor nestled in classic New England textiles and patterns for her interior design. I felt safe and at home. Thank you & Big hugs Jeanette!

Clean and close to beach and food

We had such an amazing time at the beach side on Nantucket! The staff were amazing the pool was a plus especially during the summers biggest heat wave (also they had beach toys pool toys and swimmies for the kids also great distance to both town and jetties and we even took the Wave Bus to Maddeket. The beds/ linens were extremely comfy I was nervous after reading a few of the reviews but honestly I don't know what some of those people were talking about. The A/C was some of the best cooling we've ever experienced on the island, there were plenty of shampoo condition body wash towels. The rooms were super clean and I loved the extra touch of the lemonade, ice tea and water in the lobby. The only thing I would add would be cookies or some type of snack during the day.. There was also a wood burning fireplace in the lobby at night which gave you such a cozy feel. The breakfast wasn't terrible they had plenty of drink options and muffins and bagels on the weekend, if they had some fruit/ Pastries/yogurt it would bring it to the next level. The staff was absolutely phenomenal everyone was so sweet and helpful and honestly just nice to talk to! Everyone always smiled at you. We stayed with our 2 dogs and toddler and the room was perfectly accommodating. The only downfall is check in is at 4:00 pm so next time I would just take the later ferry and they didn't have beach chairs or coolers which some of the hotels provide on the island, and the wood shades are nice but maybe some blackout curtains would be a nice bonus.....again these are just little things that would make the stay that much better even though it is already amazing. We would absolutely stay there again!!!!! Best value for your dollar on Nantucket if you ask me!

We really love The Beachside and would stay there again! The pool is nice, and the location cannot be beat (walking distance to all of town)! The staff are great and so friendly! :)

Our time at the Franklin Hotel was amazing, the room was clean, updated and in an amazing location and the host was very timely with responses and more than friendly! we will absolutely be staying there again!

In town and nicely renovated. We met a nice family and spent some time in the living area, which is very cozy. Can’t beat the location!
