This great little apartment is perfectly situated for anyone attending shows at Kaohsiung Arena, which is about 7 mins walk away. It’s also close to the local underground station- that’s 10 mins walk away. Very easy to get to from the airport. It was clean and tidy, and the friendly host met us for key handover, and left us very good instructions for all the amenities. I highly recommend this apartment. We paid a little more, as we used both bedrooms, but we were two single friends travelling together and that was what we needed.

This apartment has a great location, just a 7-8 minute walk from Kaohsiung Arena Station. The owner is very hospitable and provides useful information. The surrounding area is convenient for purchasing food and daily necessities.

Warm place and convince traffic position, Happy also prepared a sweet cake in the refrigerator. There is a small fault for the hot water is not enough to support the shower. When required to Happy, this issue had been quickly resolved.

The place is very safe if you travel alone, it’s right across from the police station. The host is very helpful and responsive. I stayed there for 8 nights for a Buddha retreat. It’s actually what I’m looking for, simple, clean and quiet. I asked a lot of questions before my departure and they replied promptly, Great host.

距離新左營站非常近，通勤非常方便，生活機能不錯。房子整理得很乾淨，住得很舒服。

The house’s layout is wonderful especially we can overlook the park from the patio. It is very closed to the subway (3 minutes away). The host is friendly, responsive and proactive to our need. We will definitely visit again in the near future.

位置很靠近左營站 附近的餐廳,超商跟日常購物的地方一應俱全 就算是半夜凌晨想要吃夜宵或者買東西也1十分方便 單位內的廚具家電生活備品齊全 非常適合短期旅居

位置很明確就是在胖老爹的樓上，上樓的走道比較狹窄，有大包行李的旅客可能會比較難行走 整體環境就像家一樣，走溫馨樸實的路線 平日附近停車格都很好找，且附近就是高雄火車站，對於搭車前往的旅客也很方便 房東回覆即時，當天提早抵達，房東讓我們提前入住 若帶寵物入住請記得給管家200清潔費＆小費～

We had an excellent one week stay at Arieka's place. For a family of 4, it was perfect as we could all have our own space and it felt so comfortable. The place was clean and we immediately felt at home as it was well equipped with everything we needed. Arieka was super responsive to any questions or queries and all communications were clear and easy to follow. There are many convenience stores nearby, an excellent coffee shop (single-g coffee), a small local market and Central Park for the kids nearby. We really enjoyed our stay in Kaoshiung and highly recommend Arieka's place!

当方は高雄市には40年前からたびたび訪れていますが、やはりいつも行くところが決まってきて、ここ十数年は高雄に行っても同じ場所に行ったりしていましたが、こちらのホストの熱心な郷土愛のおかげで、たくさん紹介をいただき、このマンネリの壁を打破できました。感謝です。ゲストハウスではありますが、私が泊まった間は同室の方はおらずのんびりできました。今までの宿と違ってよかったことの一つは「一番近い駅が路面電車」だったことです。この路面電車は色々なスポットに行くのにすごく便利です。

The apartment had everything I needed for my five night stay. The building is old but the flat inside is fine. The neighbourhood is relaxed and friendly and there is a supermarket and restaurants within a few minutes walk.

What makes our visit to Kaohsiung more enjoyable and restful was due to the place of Eric (Richbnb). The place was so welcoming, clean and organized; it makes you feel home; with all the features for a comfortable place to stay with. And the kitchen has an open-layout where you can move easier, when you're dealing with your food. The washroom is spacious, functional and hi-tech. It was wonderfully designed, too. Eric, the host was an ever-responsive person; he has always time to reply to our queries; he's so helpful and friendly. Words are not enough to describe more of our experiences in staying in the said place. One thing is sure: if you need one place to stay when you're visiting Kaoshiung; I highly recommend the Richbnb's place. Thank you so much, Eric! We're very grateful!

很棒的入住體驗，超大超大，房東人狠話不多，有需求都會滿足，老頂了，我們三個白目台北混帳遲到又遲到還沒翻臉我真的很感動

機場去住宿路程好近，住宿不錯，自強夜市在附近不用5分鐘，711、全家、星巴克、食店等應有盡有，房內一切都好好，空間感大，清潔乾淨，微波爐、大冰箱等..應有都不會缺少，推介….👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Absolutely fantastic apartment for a remote worker like me. Great internet speed and a nice big desk. Loved having the big TV to watch movies or shows on in the evenings and the view out of the window onto the harbour is great as well. Everything is brand new and kept very very clean. 7-11 right downstairs, grocery store nearby, and plenty of restaurants and shops as well. Will 100% come back here on my next trip to Kaohsiung!

Little far from main tourist spots but taxi is not expensive and always available so not a big problem. The apartment is spacious enough for 3 people. There are 3 beds and 2 bathrooms those are clean. Host is very communicative. The only inconvenient thing is windows are not good at noise. The day we visited there was some event nearby the apartment so little noisy. But I think those kinds of events are rare. Overally good stay.

Wendy's place is a dream come true. It's a few steps from Kaohsiung's fabulous Pier II Art District, and in a pretty condo with beautiful views out the windows of Monkey mountain, plus enough space for a good number of people to hang out. The 2 bathrooms made it convenient, and the kitchen is well appointed. Cheery decorations inside, plus a small grocery store across the street make it a great neighborhood The grocery store is important for overseas visitors with jet lag -- restaurants and cafes on Pier II don't open until 10, and so getting some groceries the night before makes the kitchen a cozy place for early risers. Oh, and did I mention that city You-bikes, Light Rail and the MRT are all within a 3 minute walk. SUPER convenient and fun!

We were very comfortable. Access to public transport to central Kaohsiung was convenient. The team was responsive and always wanted to make sure we were comfortable. We'd stay again.

Very well thought out apartment for our few nights stay, everything was very clean and Ren has made good use of the space. The washing machine was particularly useful for us after being on the move! The building is a bit old but this is not a problem. Location is close to the metro, a short walk to nearby night market, and instructions for check in were very clear. We would stay here again when we return to Kaohsiung if only it was available!
