Stephanie was very responsive and provided a welcoming home. The space was exactly what we needed for a weekend trip with friends.

We had such a wonderful stay here over New Years. Like many other reviews have stated, pictures do not do this home justice. It’s so much larger and more spread out than we expected. Perfect layout for two couples where we each felt like we had our own place, with plenty of cozy spaces to hang out too. The kitchen is SO well equipped for anything and everything. Beds and sofas were super comfortable and the we loved all of the charming touches of this historical home. The location is fantastic too. Walking distance to everything you could need and a quick drive to so many beautiful areas. I can imagine spending hours in the backyard when the weather is warmer too!

The "Boatel" house boat was very nautical, breat balcony views, lots of Avian and Aquatic wildlife on the river made for a peaceful experience.

Lovely home! Well kept, clean, comfortable and well stocked. Peaceful surroundings and wonderful pool. Wish we had more time in our schedule for a longer stay!

This will be the 4th time I have stayed at Theresa's beautiful home. We always have a great time. The home is clean, beautifully decorated and has everything one needs to enjoy themselves on vacation.I highly recommend it.

Jamaica Cottage was exactly as described. We felt immediately at home. Location was gorgeous just steps from the beach and excellent food and drink a quick walk across the street. Even in winter it was peaceful and cosy! Would be a phenomenal summer stay. Kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed. Plenty of linens. Internet was fast and technology around the house all worked well. Lanna was incredibly welcoming and responsive to any minor issues that came up. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would go back anytime.

My family spent several days at this lovely home for a winter getaway from the city. There is ample space indoors and outdoors for eating and lounging. There are smart televisions if you want to stay connected, and nature all around if you want to disconnect. The house has many spacious areas, but there is a certain coziness in each room. The jacuzzi, basement gym and entertainment center are cherries on top. Justin is fantastic and responds to inquiries quickly. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and hope to return in the future.

I have rented in the Hamptons for a while, and this was an exceptional experience, handled by a kind host who is a true professional in client services. The location is great, and often out east one has to choose between a well maintained rental property and prime location, but not so here. The spacious house is so well kept and comfortable and the property is beautiful. There is a lot to do driving 10/15 mins and plenty in walking distance too. Make time for enjoying the light from the water right outside the door from the comfortable well designed lounge/dining area that each house has. The landscape of the property is gorgeous and smart - it creates natural privacy between houses. Having a beach pass is a golden ticket out there - we enjoyed both ocean and bay beach swims. We liked the ease of walking around the neighborhood and also using the bikes at sunset. It was a special and relaxing experience, and we enjoyed meeting John.
