Great location close to restaurants and shops. The house was perfect for our family of five – spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with a large TV, board games, and everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Despite the hairy weather, the house stayed unexpectedly warm thanks to its solid concrete construction. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay for a month at the Parker Apartments. I had been planning this trip a year in advance and both Carol and Sheena were amazing to work with. They always quickly answered even the smallest of my questions and were so friendly. This was our 2nd time staying at Carol's apartments because we loved both the apartment and it's perfect location the first time. The apartment is located in downtown Napier almost directly across the street from the beach and Marine Parade. I couldn't think of a better combination of proximity to the beach and town. Carol and Sheena went above and beyond by even allowing me to make an online order and have it delivered to their nearby office for me to pick up. I recommend Carol's apartment as highly as possible.

We stayed at the loft apartment in Ahuriri, Napier over the Easter break and had a really enjoyable time. The apartment was roomy, clean, and very comfortable – a lovely space to relax in. The location was absolutely awesome – just a short walk to all the great food and drink spots in Ahuriri, which meant we could get out and about without getting too wet during the rainy patches. Overall, a great stay and we’d happily come back!

Robyn's place was perfect. Spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. We also loved the location. Close to good coffee and restaurants!

Very sweet accommodation, spotless clean, comfy bed and all you need. We even jumped into the pool, very refreshing but a great extra to the place.

Lovely private home with an amazing view over Napier. Beds were super comfy and the home was set high on the hill with amazing little, fruit, veggie and herb gardens. Pick the time right and you could pick yourself some amazing looking Avo’s too. Monty (the cat) was the standout though!

A lovely property featuring high quality furnishings. The kitchen was very well equipped with a large fridge freezer and dishwasher. There were also laundry facilities if required Mary was very responsive when asked for a replacement lightbulb The Wi-Fi and TV equipment were very good and there were copious amounts of literature to explain the local area The house was situated very close to the centre of Napier We thoroughly enjoyed our stay so many thanks to Mary

Great house, quiet, private and close to city centre. Very clean and has everything we needed for an excellent visit to the city and surrounding area. If you’re driving, just be aware that the driveway is very steep so road parking onto the footpath will be needed on this hilly terrain. The house is also located right across a park and car park, which comes very handy if you have more than one vehicle. Would not hesitate to stay here again next time we visit as a family!

The cottage was most definitely a home away from home for our trip to Napier. Very easy check in and Katie was very communicative and friendly. Great list of local recommendations was provided for cafes and restaurants. Easy walk into town via the steps. Perfect place to stay and would highly recommend!

Hayley’s place was the perfect home away from home! The space was incredibly comfortable, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Being right next to the beach was such a treat. The amenities were top-notch and everything was spotless and thoughtfully set up. Hayley was a wonderful host, making sure we felt welcome and had great sets of instructions for all the equipment. Would absolutely love to stay here again – highly recommend!

Had a great stay at Jane’s fabulous apartment. Lovely views over the marina and decorated beautifully. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Would highly recommend!!

Gabby's place was my favourite that I stayed in on my recent roadtrip. She was such a naturally welcoming and friendly host, and she has such a beautiful home. She was very responsive to messages, and helpfully recommended activities and places to eat in the area. The room, while road-facing, is quite quiet at night, and the house is located just one street back from Marine Parade, so right by the seafront. It's an easy 10-15 minute walk to the National Aquarium, and there is lots to see while walking along the seafront. Gabby provided a thoughtful breakfast each morning I was there, and was very flexible with my check-out time on my last morning. There is on-street parking available in front of their house, there is a dairy right next door, and the whole area feels very safe. I would definitely recommend Gabby's place, and would stay again if I ever go back to Napier!

Great location, easy walk into the CBD; lots to do and very close to supermarkets/chemists etc. Perfect central spot for visiting Napier.
