This was a family Christmas Holiday get-a-way. The layout is perfect for a multi-family gathering. With the proximity to the beach, we did not venture any further. And just a quick walk to Publix for all our dining needs. Loved the house, loved the location and loved the family time together.

House’s location is perfect. The house needs some updates but very functional. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals. Plenty of towels, bed sheets and games. Paul was awesome answering all our questions. We really enjoyed the Island lifestyle. Exploring on the golf cart, having ice cream at the Shop. My family had a blast at the beach and watching the amazing sunsets!!!! Definitely coming back!!!

The house is in a great location as it’s very walkable to the Cape Coral beach. The house is also well stocked with plates, pots, glasses as well lots of beach chairs and toys for the kids. Overall A+

We had such a wonderful time in Marco. Your house was exactly what we were looking for in a family vacation. The pool and spa were wonderful and it was great to have a beautiful kitchen so we could prepare some of our own meals. It was great to have our whole family together in one place. We hope to visit again in the future.

Absolutely beautiful!! With a family of 7 the kids had a blast, there was so much to do between the game room, pool, beach and board games the kids were never bored. The location was perfect and just a few steps from the beach! We will be coming back next year! Johnathan was very responsive and welcoming which made the experience great.

Fantastic!! Proximity to the beach is understated here, it is so close! Beautiful house, super clean, bikes and beach gear were wonderful. Lovely stay on Marco Island!

We were very impressed with Andy’s commitment to making our stay great. Unfortunately, the pool heater element went out from a lizard getting into it, so it took a couple of days (due to it being the weekend) to get it back up and running, but Andy was on it and went above and beyond to accommodate us! The home was clean and had a nice open concept and was close to shopping, restaurants, and not too far from beaches. We would definitely rent from Andy again!

Nicole’s place is the perfect location with everything you could possibly need for a family. 5 min walk to the beach, close to great restaurants, and a beautiful home. The pool was an excellent bonus for our child and the family to relax after a day at the beach. The home is spacious, clean, and Nicole has thought of everything you will need for your stay. Can’t wait to visit again! Highly recommend.

The house was wonderful. Very clean, great pool, and great location. We have rented many places throughout the years and this property management company was by far the best to work with. Extremely responsive and very friendly! Jon was awesome! Even went out of his way to help my son find a baseball game on TV. Would absolutely rent from them again!

Perfect place for family vacation with 5 small kids. Huge kitchen and grill so didn't need to leave home for meals. It had a resort like pool, with waterfall, slide and hottub. Spacipus rooms with tvs everywhere. Close to beach and a fish market that we seemed to go to everyday. Good neighborhood to walk. Amy welcomed us and showed us how to run the pool, hottub, waterfall and lights.

This house was perfect for our spring break trip. It was beautiful and clean, in a great location and close to the beach. Aaron was a great host, very communicative and reminded us about important things. The wagon and beach chairs were very handy, and the private back yard pool was awesome! We walked to many places to eat and even to the grocery store one day. I highly recommend staying here! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Our extended family group enjoyed the stay at All Decked Out home. The bathroom and bedroom combinations and the general living spaces were excellent. The outdoor spaces made for great "on location" places to vacation. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and the pool area was a hit as well. All these items made for a relaxing vacation for all ages of our group. Lisa is amazing and always helped with questions and information. She was friendly and helpful.

We stayed here with our three kids (ages 9, 7, 4) and had an excellent experience. The house is spacious, very clean, and fully stocked with things like beach items and pool toys that made our stay more enjoyable and kept the kids entertained too. The house setup was perfect for our family. The large master shower was great for quickly cleaning off the kids too. The kids loved the pool. We had one issue during our stay and Lori's property manager team fixed it quickly. We hope to visit Cape Coral and stay here again in the future.

We had a great time in Naples at John’s place! John was responsive and accommodating. We were excited to find that the kitchen had everything we needed to be able to cook our own meals during the trip. Would definitely recommend to a friend!

Paul’s home was perfect for our family’s stay! My daughter loved the pool! She jumped right in upon arrival! The house was clean and orderly and very comfortable! Easy to find and a short drive to the lovely Marco Island beach! Very lovely for a nice disconnect from the everyday routine!

From start to finish, everything was exactly as described – spacious, exceptionally clean, well-equipped, with bright and modern décor. The house is located in a desirable residential neighborhood. It could easily receive more than the maximum 5 star rating!

We loved the house and area, about 2 blocks from the beach. The neighborhood was quiet. We would stay here again. The house is HUGE! Plenty of beach towels, a wagon, beach chairs, and cooler were put to good use every day! Screened in back porch with table was nice for dinners. This has nothing to do with the house or host, just a heads up for others staying in this area - traffic gets very congested in the mornings and mid afternoons so allow extra time when traveling to and from the island.

Our stay at Serenity Gardens was absolutely perfect! The spacious house and property were beautiful! We spent most of every day outside on the lanai, by the pool - weather was warm and sunny/pool was lovely and refreshing! We were in paradise and didn’t feel like we needed to go anywhere! We had several communications with Maggie, and she was very quick to reply - very much appreciated! The neighbors are very friendly and happy to share ideas about good restaurants and places to go. All-in-all, a five-star stay (hated to leave)! Thank you, Maggie and Family!

We had an exceptional stay! Close to beach and 5th Ave for shopping and dining. Pool was perfect. All amenities provided. Kate was quick to respond to any questions. Would stay again!

Good location. Nice place. Lissette was very responsive with a minor concern we had that actually resolved itself but she sent maintenance anyway just to make sure we were taken care of. We would definitely love to come back.

The place was great! Very comfortable, clean, and plenty big for our family of 8. Best of both worlds, the pool was warm and the beach was very close. Bob was an exceptional host. Very responsive. We were able to check a little early. We had an issue with the washer and within less than an hour, Bob had purchased a new one and installed it. By far one of the best places we have stayed. Hopefully we can make it back again next year.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was as described and the photos were accurate. We had the perfect amount of space for our group of 8. The pool and hot tub were fantastic. We loved that the doors off the living room opened fully to the lanai. It made for a great indoor/outdoor space. The check in and check out process was simple and easy. We very much appreciated the minimal work required on checkout. Everything promised on the listing was accurate including beach supplies and reimbursement for parking. The hosts were very responsive. The location was great. Walkable to a few restaurants and shops. Easy drive to public beach access. I would highly recommend this listing for any family or group trip!

Wonderful location...just steps to the beach. We had everything we needed for a great beach vacation. Jeff was a great host and was very responsive when we had questions. We used the heated pool almost every day. Beds were comfortable and having a washer and dryer was very convenient. We highly recommend this rental!
