Location to public beach was fantastic. Loved the balcony for reading and relaxing. Had all the beach necessities. Joe had clear instructions for parking and getting the key. One small recommendation is to have larger garbage bags

What a wonderful host and a cozy well apportioned place. She thought of everything we might need. Some hots can be stingy with toiletries, paper supplies, coffee, etc., but not this host. Very communicative. Will stay again which speaks volumes. Book with confidence.

Beautiful penthouse condo! We loved our stay at Fred's Marco condo. Everything as described and better -- from comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen, beach access and equipment, convenient parking and incredible views. We walked Tigertail every day -- shelling, exercise or sunsets. Doreen's was a fun breakfast spot. Birthday dinner at Deep Lagoon was excellent.

Alex is a wonderful host. I always was able to communicate with him about anything I needed. He made my long term stay so easy!

This unit is wonderfully located, with a beautiful view of the shore. We usually prepare our b-fast & lunch in, then dinner out. The kitchen was very well equipped. It was great to have all the extras for the beach, chairs, cooler, toys, and umbrellas. We are grateful for a host with perfect communication skills, Thank you for that.

We decided to stay two weeks this year in Marco and could not have picked a better accommodation. The location was great with easy walkability to Olde Marco and restaurants near by. The view from the screened in patio was amazing and we were able to watch dolphins, boats and an occasional sunrise. The unit was everything advertised and more. Could not have been more happy with our experience.

I had a great visit atJeff’s place. His condo has all the essentials and was in a very good location with easy access to pool, hot tub, tennis courts, etc. I hope to come back again.

Our stay at Yenny’s condo was great! She communicated quickly whenever I reached out before our stay and even contacted us once we were there asking if we needed a packnplay! The location is close to the grocery store, restaurants and Cape Coral beach. We hope the condo is available in the future when needed as our stay couldn’t have been better. Thank you, Yenny

Nancy was very communicative from the start. Her space was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed being a two minute walk to the beach without having to cross over any major roads.

I came here for my 30th birthday and I left engaged! I couldn't have wanted a better place to stay it was exactly like the photos there was plenty of room for me and my boyfriend and she had every possible tool you would need to make any kind of food! the neighbors were friendly and it was very peaceful and damn near directly in the middle of Sanibel Island and Fort Myers. really the perfect location to be able to explore everything you want within an hour distance. she was very kind very helpful and always responded when I needed! I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Tanya’s condo. It was perfect! Walking distance to the beach and Publix. The neighbors were nice and the pool was amazing . Tanya was a great host and responded very quickly to my txts. I would definitely recommend this place and hope to stay there again in the future.

We enjoyed the condo-it was clean and centrally located. I also appreciate that the unit had beach chairs and towels, an umbrella and a cooler. It’s a bit pricey considering we were at the end of the season but you are paying for a central location and ability to walk to the beach.

Very quiet street but walking distance to main road and highly rated restaurants. Easy drive or uber to downtown Naples high end area.

Ken and Becky communicated very quickly and with complete and clear details. The place was very comfortable and had a homelike feel. We enjoyed our 2 night stay.

Jenifer and Wally were great hosts. Communication was proactive and very helpful. The condo was great. It had everything we needed and more including all kitchen essentials and beach essentials. The location is perfect being 15 minutes from either Marco Island or downtown Naples. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely come back. Thank you Jenifer and Wally for having us!

Place is as described. Great location and resort. Elena is a very responsive host. Bedding and linens very comfortable. Close to restaurants and activities. Pool was good for kids.

We had such a great time. the condo was the perfect size, so pretty and so clean. The heated pool and hot tub was perfect and we spent our down time on the screened in porch. We will definitely go back there when we go to Naples again.

Spartan kitchen and bedrooms. No dressers and no pool towels and uncomfortable couches. No access to regular tv- unable to watch bowl games. Clean place and near office. Wonderful resort And Josh and his team are 5 stars. If these issues are resolved it will be a great rental

2nd time here at this little slice of Paradise! Great location, excellent communication, and you have everything you need and more for the best stay! Beautiful location, peaceful, but also close to many amazing restaurants as well…or take advantage & cook at “home” and eat outside on the lanai with the amazing views! We will definitely be back!

This is a great apartment with large bedrooms and comfy beds, a very very well equipped kitchen and a garage full of surprises including a gas grill and beach stuff. Stacey was great from the beginning and was very helpful and immediate with any question. We’ll decently stay again when in the area. Thanks Stacey!

Very nice stay at the condo! It was exactly as described! I didn’t realize when i booked it that we were in a gaited community! This was a business/pleasure trip and the location was perfect. We had appointments near Fort Myers and Naples, the condo was between both ! Surrounded by beaches and great restaurants! We ate Mama Leon’s pizza which is right around the corner, and enjoyed returning to The Fish House which we had visited over 10 years ago. The pool was refreshing, we got to meet neighbors who have been coming down for years? They were extremely nice! We also shared a beautiful sunset with a colleague at Clam Pass, got some great pictures! Thanks again for sharing your ultra clean condo!
