친구와 여행을 계획하던 중 합리적인 가격에 좋은 서비스를 누릴 수 있을 것 같아 묵게 되었습니다. 침구가 매우 아늑하고, 소파 또한 푹신합니다. 일본의 숙소를 잡을 때 가장 큰 걱정거리였던 욕실 또한 쾌적합니다. 따로 사용은 하지 않았으나 주방엔 냄비와 여러 도구가 갖추어져 있으며, 냉장고 수납공간이 넓어서 좋았습니다. 여행 일정이 많이 걷는 일정이었는데, 잘 갖춰진 숙소에서 편히 쉰 덕분에 다음날 일정도 무리 없이 소화할 수 있었습니다😊 근처에 세븐일레븐, 로손 편의점이 위치해있어 필요한 물건이 생기면 수시로 방문할 수 있고, 약국 또한 많이 있어 상비약으로 부족한 경우 방문이 가능합니다. (타코야끼 가게도 도보 1분정도 거리에 있어 사먹었습니다! 맛있었네요^^) 다만 다이쇼, 구조 등 역까지 도보로 가기엔 시간이 좀 걸리고, 도로변에 위치한 탓인지 밤이 되면 오토바이 소리가 조금씩 들려오긴 하지만 예민한 편이 아니라면 크게 신경쓰일 정도는 아닙니다. 호스트님의 친절한 응대가 정말 좋았습니다. 중간중간 질문이 생겨 연락을 남기면 빠른 시간 내에 상세히 답해주셨으며, 예상치 못한 일로 하룻밤 더 묵게 되어 체크아웃 예정일에 급하게 연락드렸으나 흔쾌히 하룻밤 더 묵게 해주셔서 정말 감사했습니다. 총평은, 이 가격에 이런 숙소를 또 찾을 수 있을지 의문이 들 정도로 매우 만족스러운 숙소입니다! 만약 일본에 또 방문하게 된다면, 이 숙소 혹은 해당 호스트 분의 다른 숙소에 머무를 의사가 있습니다!

Nice traditional Japanese apartment with kitchen and bath in a quiet residential neighborhood. Quite close to Kyoto University (walking/biking distance). I had a comfortable stay for a week. The hosts Asami and Daniel are outstanding! They went out of their way to help me with everything. Will definitely consider staying here again.

This is a great place to stay when you are visiting Kyoto! It is right in the center of Gion and in a perfect location to be able to walk around at night and get to experience the city. The area felt very safe to walk around at night. The room was very spacious and comfortable, exactly as advertised. The beds were really nice and as an added bonus, there were plenty of outlets for everyone to be able to charge their phones! We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be back!!

It was easy to walk to a train station which quickly got us to Kyoto Station, so that was helpful for all we wanted to explore in Kyoto. The description was accurate - it said small for 4 adults, which was our group, and it worked for us since we only had backpacks. If you have luggage, there would not be much room. The only thing I didn't understand before arriving was that there was only one sink, so you had to use it for both meal prep and toothbrushing since no sink in the bathroom area. We loved having the kitchen area so we could prepare meals. Any times we had questions the host with super fast to respond. Beds were comfy, all had multiple outlets by them, and the shower was awesome. Bonus to have the washer as well.

Super nice place to stay, good location & near to subway. Staff respond fast & helpful. Only a bit dusty as my husband & son hv sensitive nose. Overall super good! Near to supermarket & 7-11, super convenience & also suitable for those would like to do simple cooking. Highly recommended👍 Thanks🙏

Really enjoy staying here. The host is really friendly, responsive and always there to help us. This is our second time staying in this apartment. Definitely will cone again and stay at this apartment.

Overall, it was great! Definitely worth the price. However, the pictures somehow gave the impression there were multiple rooms, and that was almost a problem since we were gonna have a couple female friends with us. Not a big deal though, since that didn't happen anyway.

난바역까지 도보 15분, 긴테쓰닛폰바시역까지 도보 10분정도 소요됩니다. 아무래도 중심지와는 살짝 떨어져 있다보니 저녁과 밤에 조용해서 좋습니다. 집 주변 5분 거리에 패밀리마트 2곳과 세븐일레븐 1곳이 있으며, 각각의 규모는 어느정도 큰 편입니다. 침대 사이즈의 경우 덩치가 조금 있는 성인 남성의 경우 두 명이 누우면 가득찹니다. 따라서 커플이나 부부분들이 사용하기에 좋습니다. 집 근처에 "산포멘"이라는 라멘집이 있는데 꽤나 맛있습니다. 드셔보세요.

房东超级友好，一直给我们讲解怎么玩包括公交车怎么坐，真的太棒了，房间里一应俱全可以做吃的，非常舒服，周围交通便利，睡觉很安静像家一样，下次还想来！

Great place to stay. Check-in and check-out were extremely smooth. Host is easily contactable. Quiet area but still accessible to the nearest train station. Room is clean and spacious. Will definitely return for our next trip.

It feels convenience when staying in this homestay. It is near dotonburi with walkable distance and it is superb near Osaka metro station. Ground floor of building has 7 eleven and restaurant for breakfast. Owner is friendly and always provide good guidance. We feel great when staying in this homestay. There is 1 cons which is related to the noise of car which overspeed on road as the building is near the road. However, if you are feeling tired, you still able to sleep no matter the noise. Overall, it is a great homestay I ever stay. We all so like it.

원룸같은 방이라서 아늑하고, 편하게 쉴수 있었습니다! 숙소가 히가시미쿠니 역과도 가까워 오사카 명소를 다니기에도 편했습니다!

우선 사진과 너무 똑같았고 역에서 도보로 이동이 가능한 거리여서 편리했습니다. 근처에 편의점이 있어서 편안하게 이용하였습니다. 무엇보다 호스트분이 한굳어도 잘하시고 빠른 응답을 해주셔서 좋았습니다!!!

Alles klappte prima, wir hätten die Lage ein wenig zentraler eingeschätzt. Kommunikation war einfach und alles war unproblematisch. Das einzige Manko war die Heizung, die nicht so gut funktioniert hat. Somit war es mitunter recht frisch

Appartement très propre et à accessible de la station taisho a 2mn à pieds. Proche de très bons restaurants mais calme et tranquille. La station taisho a un train direct pour Nara en 45mn et pour les différents lieux à visiter Nous avons apprécié ce logement

Favorite place we stayed on our trip so far, the outdoor bath is a highlight really luxurious. Room is very traditional, clean and lovely.

非常推薦的民宿，在日本很難得有這麼寬敞民宿，就跟照片一樣舒適，離車站也不遠。 車站附近的超市也營業到很晚，有缺什麼採購都很方便。 入住手續也很順利，非常推薦！

If you’re staying in Osaka, this is PERFECT! Location is close to everything you need. A few steps away from Nipponbashi station, Lawsons and 7/11 in a very close walking distance, if you require a laundromat you can find one within 2 minutes walk, DOTONBORI is at the end of the street (5min walk), Kuromon markets across the road. It is a little noisy as it’s on the main road, however you get used to it and we had no issues. Value for money, great location, amazing responsive host, couldn’t fault this place at all it is everything you need. Thank you ☺️

超级棒的房源，在京都站附近，门口有巴士站，交通方便。还有厨房可以做菜，边上有永旺超市。我们提前把行李寄送到公寓也贴心的帮我们签收放到房间内，自助入住很方便。相对于酒店，有更大的空间，也很自由舒适。性价比非常高，我想推荐给所有人！
