We really enjoyed our stay. There were 2 western style beds and were super comfortable! The house was spacious and super quiet. The house is tucked away at the end of a small street and very private. We arrived by taxi when it was dark which made the house very difficult to find but after searching a few neighborhood streets we found it!

This is a wonderful house in the Kitayama range. It is spacious and has the nice touch and feel of the 80's with all the furniture and equipment one expects from a Japanese home. The host, Noriko-san, is a lively and extremely kind person. She arranged my arrival with much care, found out the best train and bus route for me and organised my being picked up at the bus station. She came and stayed at the guesthouse for half of my stay (we agreed on that before I booked) and it was a pleasure sharing time with her and the manager of the house who lives near by. Both where extremely obliging and helped me exploring around. I warmly recommend it for those searching for the sound of silence.

The space is beautiful and gives a more traditional Japanese feel which was very cool. Amenities were great (bathtub was awesome!) and location was quiet and very cool to experience a more neighborhood-like setting! It was a little difficult to locate for the first time but that just goes with staying off the beaten path.

Thank you for letting us stay with our whole family including our dog. We had a great time. The house is very close to the Osaka Castle Park so it’s pretty convenient!

We had a wonderful stay in Nara! The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location—just a short walk to Nara Park and all the main attractions, but tucked away enough to feel peaceful and relaxing. The host was kind and responsive, offering helpful local tips and making sure we had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches in the home that made our stay extra comfortable. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Nara!

Un espacio muy limpio, amplio y agradable. Está muy bien situado entre la estación de la JR y la parte turística de la ciudad. Es muy conveniente para llegar a descansar, cuando fuimos había un kotatsu. Los anfitriones fueron muy amables en todo momento y estuvieron siempre al pendiente.

Hiroaki et Ayaka sont des hôtes très attentionnés et proposent une maison complète idéalement situé à quelques pas de JR Nara Station. Tout le confort d'une maison ou il fait bon vivre en famille. Nous vous recommandons chaudement de passer un moment dans cette maison et de profiter de la culture bouddhiste de la région.

I had an incredible experience on Airbnb. The house was spacious, cozy, and charming. The neighborhood was serene and tranquil. The host was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, sharing information about nearby conveniences and beautiful spots for cherry blossom photos. They also offered a massage service at a great price of just 4000 Yen per hour, which my parents thoroughly enjoyed. I highly recommend this place for families of 4 to 6, especially for those traveling by car.

Nous avons été incroyablement bien reçu par nos hôtes et tout était impeccable ! La gentillesse des hôtes ont rendu notre expérience vraiment incroyables. Il faisait un peu froid en soirée malgré les chauffages allumés, malgré tout, le brasero en interne était une vraie expérience à faire Nous avons pu faire nos petites courses et sincèrement essayez l’expérience vous ne serez pas déçus ! Merci à l’hôte de nous avoir déposé à la gare proche de Nara et d’avoir été aussi souriant et gentil ! Nous reviendrons pour sûr si nous revenons à Nara !

We had a lovely stay! The town is very accessible by foot and the train station is very close. The Airbnb was clean and spacious. The neighborhood was very quiet and relaxing.

Great host, very easy to communicate with. Huge space and with parking garage which can park 2 van easily. There are 2 shower and 2 toilet on the ground floor, 1 shower and 1 toilet on 2nd floor so very convenient for big group like us. Host was very responsive and provides additional amenities like dish, bowl, spoon, glasses when we ask. The location is convenient to access train. Metro is about 10 mins walk. Hope to stay here again next time visit Osaka.

とても静かな場所で、穏やかな時間を過ごすことができました。周囲に人がいないのでとても静かでゆったりとした空間でした。とても満足しています。 隣の棟にホストの方がいらっしゃったので何かあればすぐに対応していただけます。焚き火をする際に光量の強いLED照明を消していただけないかお願いしたところ、快く対応していただきました。焚き火と星空を堪能することができました。

Though the place is quite far from the popular attraction, we felt at home as soon as we arrived the homestay. There was a bike that we were allowed to use. Very peaceful neighbourhood.
