Appartamento nuovissimo, silenzioso anche se nel pieno centro del paese, ottimamente tenuto, pulitissimo, con ambienti spaziosi e piacevolmente vivibili, arredato ed attrezzato con tutti i confort di una casa in cui vivere e anche di più. Dotato inoltre di tutti gli essenziali per la cucina , per il bagno, biancheria per il letto (che abbiamo trovato già fatto), trapunte nuove estive e invernali, materasso e cuscini comodissimi biancheria per il bagno tutto di ottima qualità. Gli host, gentilissimi, ci hanno inoltre aiutati con i bagagli. Siamo stati benissimo. Super super consigliato!

Wir waren super zufrieden mit der Wohnung! Sehr sauber, schön eingerichtet, tolle Badezimmer. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war super. Immer erreichbar und wir haben tolle Tipps für Strände und weiteres erhalten. Wir kommen gerne wieder, Piombino hat uns sehr gefallen. :)

The apartment was great, clean. Check in process was flexible and easy to follow. The location is quite good, everything is walkable, sea is 2 min walk. For the car parking there is public free parking within a km, nearby parkings were always full with machines. Micbela was great, she was very responsive and every ask was satisfied. Thank you, will stay here again in future

l'appartamento è funzionale e di recente ristrutturazione. Si trova è su strada al piano terra , raggiungibile dalla stazione a piedi e a pochi metrisia dal centro che dal mare . Seppur non abbiamo il balcone è praticamente quasi tutto finestrato e dotato di aria condizionata e asciugatrice che completa il tutto .

War dort super gerne wieder

Tutto perfetto in linea con le aspettative. Appartamento curato ed ottima la pulizia al momento del check in. Il residence è ben organizzato tutto sommato vicino alle spiagge ed al paese. Fantastica la piscina e le parti comuni. PS: una nota negativa i materassi andrebbero cambiati, dormire bene quando si è in vacanza è fondamentale.

Bell'alloggio, curato, corrispondente alla descrizione e alle foto. Angolo cottura funzionale e completo. Piacevole il terrazzo. Molto buono l'impianto di climatizzazione. Buona la posizione, spiagge attrezzate a 5 minuti a piedi, spiaggia libera a 10 minuti ampia e non affollata.

La casa è curata e molto ben attrezzata, la padrona di casa molto gentile ed ospitale. Posizione comoda per il mare e per i servizi. Consigliata!

Nous avons passé un séjour magique dans cette villa. La vue depuis la terrasse est vraiment magnifique. Le logement est confortable et très bien situé à Portoferraio, car proche de nombreux centres d’intérêt.

Location de mobil-home numéro 47 très agréable de part son emplacement dans le camping , son jardinet et sa terrasse. L intérieur avec sa décoration très anonyme n est pas très chaleureux mais tout est propre et fonctionnel. Une pointe d amélioration quand à l équipement, notamment un micro onde une ou deux casseroles de plus et une cafetière plus grande.... La plage à deux pas du camping est juste magnifique et tranquille !!! La piscine également est très jolie... Très agréable séjour passé .

Die Unterkunft bietet alles was wir für einen schönen Familienurlaub benötigt haben. Die Küche könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein, aber das Nötigste ist vorhanden. Der Strand ist ganz in der Nähe und gut über einen abgesperrten Weg erreichbar. Der Spielplatz und der Pool sind auch für Kleinkinder gut nutzbar. Hingegen der Beschreibung sind am Pool keine Badekappen erforderlich, was uns gefreut hat. Generell eine schöne Lage und ein sauberer, gepflegter Campingplatz. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

The house was as it was listed on AIRBNB, we arrive to the house easily with the help of a person who waited for us at a designated place. The house has a beautiful green area and a great terrace to stay at night when is cooler. The living room is spacious with a dinning table , useful when you don't want to go out. The kitchen is well equiped, has everything you need for a vacation. There is a second floor where the rooms are with a small terrace and a laundry area. The 3 rooms are spacious and clean. There are many windows with mosquito nets to open at night without having to worry about the mosquitos. The only one you can not leave open is the door at the entrance. THe communication with the host was always fast and got a response really fast. It is a very confortable house close to the beach in a safe piazza of PUnta Ala close to everything.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht um einen entspannten Urlaub zu verbringen. Ruhig, mit schöner Aussicht und trotzdem nicht zu weit vom nächsten Ort und dem Strand. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Sabrina host davvero gentile, accogliente e sempre disponibile. Ci ha fatto trovare la casa ben fornita e pulita. L’alloggio si trova due passi dal mare e dalle vie centrali. Anche la nostra cagnolina si è sentita come a casa Grazie ancora, torneremo sicuramente!

Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung für eine Familie. Zentral, aber ruhig mitten in Seccheto gelegen - praktisch mit eigenem Parkplatz, Waschmaschine & Trockner. Wir waren zum 2x dort.

L’appartamento è delizioso e fornito di tutto.Emanuele si è occupato di noi ed è stato sempre semplice comunicare con lui.Zona molto bella ma,unico neo,letteralmente infestata da rumorosissimi gabbiani che la prima notte non c’hanno dato pace.

Posizione perfetta,casa pulita e ben tenuta e Davide sempre disponibile anche per dare consigli sul posto! Per chi andasse in zona lo consiglio vivamente

Wir waren Familie mit 5 Kinder. Wohnung für uns top, wie beschrieben und gut ausgestattet, für den Preis war super. Gastgeber war sehr nett. Dankeschön. Haus war sehr ruhig. Piombino schöne Stadt, sehr gute Pizza und richtig leckeres Eis.
