This property was an amazing value! Jennifer and Jose were incredibly communicative even before I checked in, with a full on local guide sent to me before our group arrived in Bushkill. And when issues arose during our stay they were helpful and understanding. It is a beautiful property with plenty of space for everyone. Clean bathrooms, immaculate kitchen - everything just like the photos. Can’t recommend this place enough.

Great price for a wonderful place. Amenities were great and the place was so cozy. Only 15min from all the cute shops in Jim Thorpe as well! Would stay here again any time.

Great place. loved the pool table, darts and shall shuffleboard. lots of good wineries and cider places within 25 mins. pennings is our fav. didn't use the hot tub so couldn't comment but looked nice and private. driveway is steep but easily driveable. recommended. also didn't have coffee filters and they paid for some to be delivered same day! sweet.

First of all, the design is incredible, every corner of this house is made with love. Each room is so beautiful that you want to look at everything. The feeling in the house is as if it is hugging you, it is impossible not to relax in this house. The most important thing is that it is light, it is spacious, it is incredibly beautiful. We were there for two days and never ceased to be amazed at how beautiful everything is, how cozy everything is. How much Garret cares about his guests, all kinds of dishes that only exist were in the kitchen, as a compliment he left us delicious wine, it was very nice. And it should also be noted that the house was perfectly clean. The kitchen had all the spices and different types of oil, I was very surprised by this. This beautiful and private home was very clean, stylish and comfortable. We really enjoyed the very clean hot tub and slept well in the comfortable king bed. Anya was responsive and communicated well. Our stay was great and we would recommend this place for sure!

Everything was great! Host were very friendly & respond quickly, any problems that we had they try to resolve them as quickly as they could! House was very well equipped definitely would stay again, Highly Recommend!

A beautiful and thoughtfully reconstructed house. It has everything you could need to enjoy a very chill time at the house indoors and outdoors or even cook a meal in. Kid friendly.Beautiful light. Beautiful views. Very convenient location. Kind hosts. We have stayed at a few places around town but this was by far our favorite house.

The house was as advertised with plenty of space for our weekend men's retreat group of 7. We made use of the fire pit out back and the grill. Patricia was very helpful to provide us with several nearby hiking trail options. A good value for the money spent.

This home is exactly as pictured, what we REALLY loved about this home was while in the hot tub in the morning the deer strolled right beside us with not a care in the world we were there! Beautiful home, great host! Any and all questioned answered quickly. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay this is definitely worth the pay!

Awesome home right on the lake. Lots of space and beds for our group. We especially loved the big central space (huge dining table, couch and tv) for our large group to hang out and enjoy meals and downtime together. Awesome natural light and beautiful view of the lake and overall super fun and cozy. Lots of games (pop-a-shot, air hockey, pool) in the basement. Totally worth the price for a big group and would definitely visit again.

What a beautiful place to spend Christmas!! Before moving to Australia next year we wanted one more cold snowy holiday. While we didn’t have as much snow as we’d hoped, it was still an amazing stay. The house is so homey and comfortable. With two young neurodivergent kids it’s hard being in a new place and the kids room was absolutely essential to our time there. The mattress in the primary bedroom is heavenly, and the overall decor and vibe of the house were incredible with enough room for everyone to have their own space (MIL included!). The kitchen was perfectly stocked and felt like we were right at home. We made a day trip out to Hunter Mountain to go tubing and a trip down to Kingston to Aldi and Target as well. Noah and Brandon were absolutely amazing hosts, Noah was extremely responsive even before we booked, and made sure we had what we need as our trip got closer. I would absolutely make the trip again and am so thankful for the memories we made!

Marybel’s home was absolutely stunning especially with gorgeous views of the lake that really added to The experience waking up to a freshly brewed espresso while watching the sunrise over the amazing landscape of the lake! Her home was absolutely clean and spotless and very comfortable furniture including the beds. My group had a very comfortable night! Highly recommended place to stay!

Perfect getaway! This serene house exceeded our expectations. Ideally located for college tours (just 1hr from SUNY Binghamton and 1hr from SUNY New Paltz). We explored nearby both colleges gems: Walkway Over the Hudson Bridge, Minnewaska State Park, and enjoyed dinner at Courtside Bar/Grill in Binghamton and “El Paso” in Highland. The house has everything needed for cooking; we loved using the indoor chimney and outdoor stove for grilling. The private creek and outdoor space are breathtaking - can't wait to return in summer! Don't hesitate to book; you won't regret it!

Excellent place to stay at. Truly luxurious with modern fixtures and appliances. Very clean and neat with tasteful decor. Great view in the winter, extremely peaceful and private. Driveway definitely requires AWD due to ice and snow in the winter. Tons of towels and toiletries provided. Patti and Bob were so helpful and courteous. Many great suggestions for places to eat and things to do. Very knowledgeable on the local trails. Wouldn't hesitate to return!

This Airbnb is completely amazing. It is beautiful. It is spacious. It is great for a group. It comes fully stocked with most of the basic things you need like a fully functional kitchen with things like syrup and jam and all of that in there. The host was completely responsive. If you are planning to go to ski, it is close to the mountain. I completely enjoyed our stay.

Faisal was extremely responsive throughout our stay. we loved the indoor pool and the game tables. there was a nice selection. The rooms were nice. It was great that the bedrooms were on the same floor as the living room, dining room and kitchen. We came with an elderly person and they were able to make their way around the house. my son asked if he can use the fire pit out in back and he was able to. he collected wood from the side of the house. nice location. we really enjoyed our stay.

Lola's place was clean, quiet, comfy and well situated for our needs. The house is well equipped, including butter, milk and eggs in the refrigerator (nice touch). Lola is very responsive, answering any question we had in a timely manner. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.

We had a lovely stay! The place was very relaxing, peaceful, and surrounded by nature, yet still close to Woodstock. One of the highlights was seeing a family of deer right outside our window — such a special moment. The hosts were also incredibly accommodating, providing a highchair and pack ’n play for our infant, which made our stay so much easier. We truly appreciated their thoughtfulness and hospitality. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet getaway close to town.
