Amazing gem! One of my favorite Airbnb stays to date! My friends and I shared this house and had lots of laughs and made great memories together! Will be back again! Simply beautiful inside and out!

Beautiful space. Enjoyed our stay. Saw lots of deer and a beautiful water feature to sit by and relax. Hosts were very accommodating and hospitable. Had home-made chocolate chip cookies waiting for us. Would absolutely stay again!

The perfect peaceful getaway! It was great to drive the 30 min to Nashville and then come back to the quiet house. Beautiful views from the deck, the most comfortable bed and cool music memorabilia all around! We can’t wait to come back!

The White house was very cozy and beautiful. The property was great and David was a great host. Will definitely plan to visit again.

Molly was a great host as she only responded to questions and pretty much allowed us to enjoy our stay without interruptions.

Ashley’s place was fantastic! It matched the description perfectly and was located in a peaceful, safe, and quiet neighborhood. Everything went smoothly with no issues at all. Ashley was incredibly responsive, flexible, and accommodating, especially with our check-in time, which we truly appreciated due to our time constraints. The home looked just like the photos and was exactly as described. Overall, it was a wonderful stay with an excellent host! I would highly recommend Ashley's place to anyone who is coming to visit Nashville!

We had the best experience at the Feathered Nest. Jasmine was a wonderful host and did everything she could to make our stay special and worthwhile. We planned on using the fire pit and Jasmine went out of her way to give us cooking skewers!! Everything was picture perfect and homey. We enjoyed the Nespresso machine with the beautiful view on the back porch. I would recommend this Airbnb to anybody and would love to stay again in the future.

Spectacular experience after our 12 hrs drive up from FL. Cabin remodeled new appliances clean cozy fun with musical things for the children. Marty and Grace shared their love for all these precious animals family members❤️ Our children learned so much from their generous time they took to show us around. Very blessed space soaked in peace and lively creatures nature. I would stay here over the luxury high rise hotel in Chicago!!! Surround yourself in this natural refreshing woods and you will feel indeed restored!!!

Place was great, Johnny was very helpful and kind. One of the best places to stay if you want a quiet break from the city in between trips downtown.

Kellie’s place was everything we hoped for and more! We really wanted a place where our two dogs could join us and Kellie’s place was perfection for their daily walks, games of fetch and adventure…we had very tired pups every day of our stay! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a beautifully decorated home with a very welcoming ambiance- candle melts, lights, music and snacks- not one thing was forgotten! As a matter of fact we forgot toothpaste- Kellie had it! We went to grill one night and couldn’t find charcoal. Within minutes, the charcoal and lighter fluid was delivered to the deck! Kellie was extremely friendly and responsive! The experience exceeded our expectations and we couldn’t be happier! We will definitely be sharing this little slice of heaven with our friends and family. THANK you Kellie for sharing your space with us and allowing us to just “BE” in the moment and take in all nature had to offer 🥰.

We really enjoyed this place. It was a great size for our party of nine. We enjoyed the game room, the bonfire pit, and its proximity to Nashville. It was peaceful and welcoming. We would definately recommend this for any group of 8 or more.

Absolutely the best Airbnb stay I have experienced. Great place and location for our needs. Steve was a great communicator and was genuinely concerned for our comfort and happiness, and an excellent host. Highly recommend this home. Don’t worry about the host living in his basement, he highly respects your privacy and your stay. We didn’t want to leave.

This Airbnb is an absolute GEM! The guest house is spotless, beautifully decorated, and the beds and bedding are so comfy. Outside is peaceful and beautiful, kids loved being able to run around outside and do smores. What made the place extra special for us all was the Pig Bagel and the dogs. Our kids were absolutely in love with them-it was a huge highlight of our trip and no one wanted to leave. But what truly left a mark on us was the incredible hospitality from Kasey and JT. They were welcoming, made sure we were comfortable and just beyond amazing!!

We had a great time at the cottage - loved the hot tub, watching movies on the projector screen, and fresh eggs in the morning! Nice, peaceful reprieve after a day downtown. Host was very responsive!

The property looked like the pictures. It was supplied with many more amenities than other Airbnb properties. Almost anything we could want was already supplied. They even had a pet station with supplies. We had a little hitch getting into the property, but were contacted immediately and it was promptly fixed. The property was beautiful, with lots of wildlife. The downstairs hvac system was very inconsistent, but we were able to make it work. The check-out instructions were very reasonable compared to other properties. Don & Dora supplied a very in-depth guidebook for the area. If we weren’t visiting locals already, it would have been very useful. Over-all, it was a very enjoyable trip in a very comfortable house.

We had a great time here!! It was a beautiful place in a gorgeous neighborhood. We felt very safe. Greg and Heidi were so kind and always wanted to make sure that we had what we needed and were having a nice stay. They responded immediately if we needed anything. We ended up being here during a tornado, and they brought us to a safe concrete closet to wait out the storm! They were so kind and helpful and we highly recommend staying here!

This is a perfect spot for anybody looking for a central, cozy place in Franklin. Very clean, very peaceful, and we will definitely look to stay here again if we come to Franklin again. The one “first world problem” we had was that there were no k-cups for the coffee machine but I just assumed there would be some and didn’t check the night before- that’s on me. Just a note for anybody looking to book, it wasn’t a bad thing. We 10/10 recommend this place, especially for the location and cozy home-away-from-home vibe. Savannah has done a wonderful job!

Lisa and Mack are GREAT hosts! Their place is just as described (only better in person). Check-in was smooth and Mack explained everything upon arrival. This place is peaceful and relaxing. The Horses and donk are the sweetest. Everything you could possibly need is within a short driving distance. If I could leave more stars, I would. I can’t wait to book again! Thanks Mack and Lisa!

We couldn't have been more impressed with the house and the hospitality. The house was super clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, bedrooms were very comfortable, the view of the Cumberland River while sitting in the hot tub was so relaxing. Seeing the Eagle above the hot tub everyday was a really cool part of our stay. Very spacious back patio. We loved the fire pit and really appreciated Monica having fresh firewood brought in for our stay. The bathrooms were very accommodating. Washer and dryer were a real plus. Awesome amenities in the cabin and two wood burning fireplaces in the house were a huge plus. Monica was very responsive and went above and beyond to make our stay as relaxing and pleasant as possible. We will definitely be coming back to this beautiful gem on the Cumberland.

What a wonderful experience as we were transported back in time to slower pace and peaceful environment. The home offered plenty of places to be together and get away. The outdoor spaces offered quiet spots to read or just enjoy the landscapes. Multiple living spaces were comfortable and cozy. The kitchen stove took a little getting used to, but was great for quickly heating water for a cup of tea. We were able to easily prepare meals for 11 people (ages 9 months to 66), with plenty of serving items and plates and utensils. The various nooks and crannies made for a really fun game of hide and seek. We made so many memories and can’t wait to go back.
