My father and I loved this spot! It was my dad's first time in Nashville, so I was looking for a space that was convenient to East Nashville, and to Downtown. I believe the longest drive that we had was 13 minutes, so this Airbnb couldn't have been more perfectly located. The hosts were incredible during our stay. They were extremely quick to respond to messages, and always made us feel like we were their top priority. At one point, I had asked about a bath mat for the shower, and they had one at our door within about an hour and a half. I can't say enough about their hospitality. The space itself was very clean, and everything felt brand new and modern. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone wanting to explore Nashville, or if you're looking for a pristine, safe, modern space for your stay. Thanks again, Andrew & Rachel!

We Loved our stay here! Fit 3 Adults completly Comfortable! We stayed here to spend the weekend in Downtown Nashville. We have a truck that’s is too big for parking garages so we decided to Uber/Lyft to and from Downtown. And it worked out absolutely perfectly!

We had a last minute change in our plans and found Molly’s listing. This was the best thing we could have done. Great place, peaceful, immaculate, perfect proximity to down and easy walk to neighborhood amenities. Definitely recommend! We’ll be back- JjB

I enjoyed the house very much, very peaceful, no neighbors, very secluded, lots of cool animals that come to visit the property. Close enough to everything you might need, only about 35 min to downtown Nashville. Recommend

We had a great time staying at Amy's place in 12 South. The location is great for anyone that would like to explore the 12 South area, or take a quick ride downtown.

We absolutely loved our stay at Lori's guesthouse. It was even better than the already amazing pictures! So clean and stylish, with too many extras to count. The bed - oh my gosh! So comfortable. Just a short walk to 12 South, the perfect location for our visit to Nashville!

Candice was a great host and the property was exactly as described. The neighborhood was quiet and the AirBnB was within walking distance to some great breakfast spots and Shelby Park. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend both Candice and the property to anyone interested!

This Carriage House is just as described and was perfect for our party of three. It is a two-bedroom apartment above a garage and roughly 2-3 blocks from 12 South, where there are a lot of great restaurants and shops. it is also very convenient to Sevier Park, Belmont University, and Vanderbilt. The Gulch and Broadway are just a short drive away. There was ample parking for 2-3 vehicles. You can't go wrong staying here. Alissa is a great host and has provided a lot of helpful brochures and suggestions in the Welcome binder.

We loved our stay at Katherine’s place! We frequently visit Nashville and the Belle cottage’s location was the best location we’ve stayed at so far. We loved being able to walk to Proper Bagel for breakfast and avoid the crowd and walk back to enjoy the meal in the cottage. The radiant floors in the bathroom were a luxurious touch that we loved! The cottage was exactly what we needed and parking was very easy. The area was quiet but still close to restaurants we could walk to. The cottage felt very centrally located to all the spots we like to visit when we’re in town. I didn’t love the bed - it felt firm at first but ended up shaping a little too much to my body from the memory foam. Of course, that’s just my personal preference and would not deter me from staying at Belle cottage again! I’d love to stay at Katherine’s place again - it was clean, cozy, safe, and in an awesome location!

A 5 star stay!!! Ariana was very helpful and responsive. We requested extra towels and she brought them to us immediately. The loft is accessed by the alley on the Lenore st side of the property. Bed was super comfy. There is a futon and air mattress. Super soft bedding. Sparkling clean, well stocked shower. Great location to Broadway and amazing food in East Nashville. We used the deck often. Binder with local recommendations. We visited Jelly Rolls rooftop which just opened. Great views and vibes. Dogs friendly. We will stay here again!!

Jon & Chad’s place was absolutely amazing! First, Jon & Chad are so kind and welcoming. Some of the best hosts I’ve ever booked with! I feel so lucky to have snagged a reservation at their place! The apartment itself is well-decorated, clean, and just beautiful in all aspects. The bed is super comfy and the pull-out couch is also very comfortable. It’s close to several amazing restaurants and cute shops. We loved being able to walk to grab coffee/dinner. It’s not terribly far from Broadway, maybe a 15-minute drive. But, quite honestly we fell in love with East Nashville and spent an entire rainy day just relaxing in the apartment. From the fantastic location to the warm hosts, to the comfy bed, great shower and fully-stocked kitchen — everything was perfect! Cannot wait to stay again! Do yourself a favor and book this place, you will not regret it!

Appreciates the local food recommendations and the pictures for check in -gps took us to the wrong unit (B), but found the front (A) pretty easily. Place was spotless and very cozy for a quick overnight, a short driving distance from town. Bed and pillows were perfection. Quiet neighborhood. Would totally stay again.

My husband and myself definitely enjoyed our stay at Jason’s place. We were made to feel special with the personal sign wishing us a happy anniversary. This place is as described! Definitely a beauty and very peaceful! We will definitely look Jason’s place up again the next time we are wanting a getaway in this area.

We were delayed in arriving due to heavy rain on our drive. No problems getting there a little later. this is our second time staying here and is a very nice accommodation. We have family near by and we're able to walk to visit them. We felt safe at all time of day in the neighborhood. Very clean, comfortable and lovely place to stay.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The space was very thoughtfully furnished and stocked with all you could possibly need! I really appreciated the attention to detail. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to some adorable local shops, restaurants, and bars, and it was just a short Uber ride to downtown.

Kirk’s place was a great place for my husband and I to stay for the few days before meeting up with our friends! It was very clean, had lots of great accommodations (steamer, iron, washcloths, USB plugs on bed sides, quality toilet paper, WiFi and work space, full length mirror) I would come back another time for sure!
