Our stay at this apartment was absolutely wonderful! The location near the ocean was perfect, and the place was spotlessly clean and very cozy. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, making cooking easy and enjoyable. A special thanks to the host—very responsive and attentive, always ready to help. I highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay at this Jacksonville Beach spot! The location is perfect — super close to the water, which made our beach days so easy. Glenn was great with communication, quick to respond, and made everything seamless. They even provided chairs and umbrellas for the beach, which was a huge plus. The house itself was ideal for my family of three — clean, comfortable, and just the right size. Highly recommend!

By far the best place that I have ever rented in the area. Everything that I need it was there even sugar and creamer for my coffee. I loved that it was across the street from the beach and they had chairs and towels for the beach. Very clean !!!

We enjoyed our stay and loved having access to the gym next door. The unit was clean, good location and we would definitely come back. The unit owner was very easy to communicate with, very helpful at any time if we had a question which was appreciated. Highly recommend this rental.

Leslie and Joe were so welcoming and friendly and helpful. Their home was perfect for us. The house is a true beach house just a quick drive across the street from the ocean. The back yard is beautiful and the pool and jacuzzi were a nice way to help ease the stress of the storm. We actually came during Milton the Hurricane. We were seeking a safe place from the Tampa Bay Area. They were both able to ease massive anxiety by being so accommodating and we greatly appreciate everything. Can’t wait to visit again for a true vacation.

We stayed at this rental and felt right at home immediately. It is well equipped for your stay at the beach. The golf cart included, was such a great touch. It is quiet neighborhood with nice neighbors and in close proximity to everything. While visiting we did some hiking at the state parks, fishing, and of course enjoyed the beaches. Restaurants and shopping were all around. Old town Fernandina Beach was a great place to see, with fun shops. The fact that we could bring the dogs was wonderful. They loved exploring the big back yard. I highly recommend this home.

We loved being able to walk out the door and be on the beach in less than 5 minutes. To get to the center of town was ~10 minute drive. We loved the location. We had a great (relaxing) time. Thanks to our hosts.

Perfect stay! Very dog friendly! Great location!!! Would definitely stay here again! Chris thought of everything- even baby gate for front porch so pup could relax on the porch with us out front and back is fenced in. Beach is so close and not over populated! Lots to do within walking distance!

We really enjoyed our stay at Zac's property. The house smelled great, was very clean, and was exactly as described. Zac was a great host; he was very responsive and attentive to any of our needs. We brought 2 dogs and he had food and water bowls available. The fenced in yard was wonderful for the dogs to be able to play outside. There are lots of beach accessories and the beach is just 3 blocks away! There are several good restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance and the neighborhood was great for taking the dogs on walks. The beach is also dog friendly so we were able to take them most everywhere with us.

Family emergency left us looking for a place for 5 people to stay last minute. Blake came through for us with a last minute reservation. For less that a cost of a 2 hotel rooms, we were all able to stay together in this beautiful home. Very comfortable, quiet and a great place to say. Just blocks from the beach. The bikes to explore the area are a great touch. We would love to stay there again. Thank you Blake

Amazing spot right on the beach. Loved the proximity to town while still being able to enjoy the peacefulness of the quiet neighborhood. Plenty of room for a large group and really appreciated the attention to detail and amenities!

Would stay anytime, walking distance to beach and plenty of restaurants. The old charm of the house is off the chain, I loved it!

Great place, very clean and spacious. I loved the balcony. The neighborhood was very quiet and really close to the beach and park. I loved that they had items for the beach such as chairs, beach mats, and balls. I will definitely stay here again, the next time I am in the area. Host were very responsive

Perfect location. We visited with our family that included two littles and they had an absolute blast. We spent most of our time on the beach and they had a wagon with literally tons of beach toys for the kids. Also had plenty of chairs for the adults. The property description is pretty spot on,. There was plenty of space for everyone. We will absolutely be back.

Very nice place. Furnished and decorated nicely. Identifying the unit was a bit challenging as we arrived at night. Improved signage would help. Mattresses were somewhat uncomfortable as they were softer than we're used to and master was uneven.

This was our second stay at Beth's condo and we enjoyed it just as much as last time. The condo is in a very convenient location, close to almost everything. It is also super clean and comfortable. The complex is very quiet and a short, two block walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Waking up to the sound of the ocean surf and to the sunrise, looking directly at the beach, and being able to walk right onto the beach right from the apartment is unbeatable. The apartment was well equipped with lots of little amenities, very comfortable, and exactly like described. The personal welcome note was a lovely touch. We loved our stay and will be very happy to come back and recommend Bruce and Pamela's apartment.

Condo was beautifully decorated, very comfortable and had all the amenities described in the listing. Complex was very quiet and a quick walk to the beach. Jeff was very accommodating to us with a last minute situation that arose, which we were very appreciative. We will definitely stay here again in the future!
