It was a beautiful place and we had an an amazing week. It Had everything there that we Needed. Only suggestion I would make would Be to supply a beach umbrella . I. Would definitely have recommend staying here.

Great condo all the amenities you could want - nice wide balcony with a beautiful view. We spent lots of time there from early morning to late at night - we did not cook at night but if you wanted the kitchen was equipped with everything you might need. Convenient to beach restaurants. Pool was nice. Other condo guests were friendly. Highly recommended

Great stay for me and 6 friends. The directions to the gate were spot on and really helped us get there. Some followed the address of the condo and that did not work well. It was clean and we had plenty of room for the 7 of us. Beds were comfortable and we had all we needed to make our coffee and breakfast before we were out the door. Unit is on the second floor and elevator was great! The unit has 3 floors, so for some that was tough on old knees but we knew that going in! Beach was just a walk away! Gopher tortoises and bunny rabbits were an added treat! Great Stay! Thanks!

My wife and I have stayed at Brigid's place a number of times and we always enjoy our stay! The location, the views, the accommodations, and the amenities are all top-notch! We will definitely come back and stay in the future!

We had such a wonderful weekend stay celebrating a milestone family birthday; 3 generations together and everyone had the best time. Easy walk to beach and nearby park, had fun biking around the area. The condo is as described - watched sunrise from the balcony every morning, and was stocked with anything we might need- even had a puzzle that we worked on during a few rainy hours. Would easily make the choice to stay again!!

Amy is awesome. Her response time is extremely quick. I liked the place. You can tell it’s a up and coming neighborhood as is all golf that area of Jacksonville. I definitely felt safe. Overall, very satisfied

The house was in a perfect location and exactly what we wanted. We had no issues during our stay and I know if we had, Mary would’ve addressed it immediately. She was an incredible host and I would absolutely stay here again. 10/10 recommendation if you want a relaxing, stress free stay literally right on the beach!

Best Airbnb ever! It's huge, has a big bathroom downstairs and a good one upstairs. Beds are comfy. You feel like back in time, everything is restored with so much attention to detail! There was tea, sweets, local recommendations, a backyard that was blooming, two porches to sit on, a secret door ... And Richard really took care of us, told us where to best go eat, take walks, answered right away. And the neighborhood is beautiful!

The condo was so convenient to the beach and walkable to restaurants. The sunrises from the balcony were spectacular!

Mateus and John are truly the most wonderful and kind hosts! I needed to check in a day early, and they graciously accommodated me at the last minute without any hesitation. Their home is SPOTLESS and beautifully decorated, featuring modern appliances. I appreciated having my privacy during my stay, while still knowing they were always quick to respond and available whenever I needed anything. I felt completely comfortable throughout my four-week stay!

This condo is an absolute gem and the hosts are simply wonderful. The location is incredible, quiet and peaceful and the unit is very spacious for a 2/2. The small courtyard grass area is such a wonderful area, especially with children. Max and Sara were extremely responsive and literally have everything you could possibly need at this unit. I will only stay here when visiting Jax beach for now on. Thank you Max and Sara for the wonderful trip!

this place was perfect for our group of four! walkable to everything and right on the beach. The space was clean and private and exactly what the pictures showed. We couldn't have been happier. Staley was also super nice and responsive and had great recommendations for places to eat in her welcome book. We definitely will stay here again!

Our stay at this beachfront condo was nothing short of perfect! The ocean views are stunning, and the location next to the Ritz-Carlton is unbeatable. The condo is beautifully decorated, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed. We loved waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying our mornings on the balcony. The hosts were incredibly thoughtful, providing everything from beach gear to local tips. We can't wait to return to this little slice of paradise!

Wonderful condo in a very convenient location. Close to restaurants, shopping and historic district. It is worth mentioning, although this is a lovey ground floor unit there are a few stairs to reach the front entrance. Hosts are responsive and helpful.

My friend and I stayed at Adam's Airbnb for our last spring break together. It was exactly as expected: pristine location, friendly people, and lots of things to do! The Airbnb was great but the location itself was the best! Only minutes away from the beach, a bike ride away from Fort Clinch, and a small ride to historic Fernandina. My friend and I decided to rent a golf cart and found it easy to park out front along with charge when needed. A perfect and relaxing end to our spring breaks together! Thank you!

Beautiful and comfortable home, easily accomodated our group of 12. Perfect for adults as well as small children. In spite of being on Omni resort, the home felt quite private (great private back yard) and was on path with a peaceful 3 minute walk to the georgeous beach. Can't wait to come back.
