Susan's place was so cute and perfect for our beach getaway. It was so close to the beach and within walking distance to many restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores. The place was clean, cozy, and had many amenities like beach towels, bath towels, and lots of fresh linens. Susan was extremely responsive and kind, she even left waters and some snacks for us, which was such a treat :)

Easy check in, parking was NOT an issue. Parked right out front both nights. Very close to downtown, restaurant recommendations were great.

The penthouse at Turtle Dunes was incredible in every way. The views from the 6th and 7th floor were amazing, looking over the ocean and pool. The condo was new and extremely well furnished and spotless clean. The windows and doors were made by Anderson so they worked great. I cannot rate this condo and AIP high enough, it's a 5 star+++. We will definitely return again. We have been coming to AIP for 30 years and this was our favorite condo. Laily and Josie were very professional and proactive with all our needs. They were so friendly and helpful. All around a wonderful great time.

Nice and quaint place to stay for a few days. Cute historic Jacksonville area that is walkable. Quiet location.

The place and host was great. Whenever I had a question or problem he responded within 10minutes. Even left us out a bottle complementary wine. 10/10 would book again. Great location. Shopping center literally 8 minutes from the apt.

The place was amazing. It was spacious and clean. Jodi responded back very quickly with any questions we had. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Philip’s place was a great place to relax and get together with family who were in the area. We enjoyed the many game options and large sofa to watch movies as a family. Location was close to Hanna Park, Donner Park and the Nature Preserve - all places we enjoyed. Philip was very responsive to all my communications.

Gregory is awesome. We had an issue with a bed frame and he drove 2.5 hours to take care of it. We enjoyed a cup of coffee and great conversation with him while he was there

We are very thankful for Sammy and all that he did for us! We had some issues with our travel orders and he was very understanding and extremely helpful. The house is perfect for those traveling for work and with small kids. We LOVED being able to utilize the pool also.

If a good night's sleep is important to you, stay here. Quality beds, pillows and linens. Quiet neighborhood other than an occasional train passing. This house is nicely equipped right down to the Charmin TP. Lovely assortment of Stash teas and coffee pods. Fully fenced backyard was a huge plus for our dogs. Unfortunately we left each day at sun-up and didn't return until after the sun set so we didn't get to take advantage of the fire pit and yard games. Maybe next time!

Tannis was very responsive and helpful. She booked us last minute and saved the day by letting us get there early. The backyard was peaceful and the pool clean. Had all the amenties we needed and expected. The beds were a memory foam or something that we arent used to and didnt love but we slept fine in them for thr couple of days we were there. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again if we come back!

This was our second stay at Deans place within the last 6 months. The home is located central enough to be able to get to everything with a short drive, but still kept secluded and private. Our pup enjoyed running and sunbathing the fenced yard. Early mornings with coffee are amazing as the sun is shining right onto the porch. This is definitely my go to Airbnb for staying at Amelia island.

Place was really nice and clean! A very quick walk to the beach, which we loved! I do have the say the bathroom shower was clogged so the tub filled up within 30 seconds of turning the water on. We were showering with dirty water at our feet:( but other than that super nice place definitely would recommend!!

We had a wonderful stay at the condo. It was quiet and had enough space for all of us to be together and separate space as well.

Fantastic location and easy beach access. Christina's place is perfect for a get away. It's very clean and you quickly feel at home.

I had a fantastic experience. The host was very welcoming and communication with them was easy. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was convenient and close to everything I needed. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a cozy and affordable place to stay. This condo is perfection. Everything seems brand new. It looks exactly like the pictures, immaculately clean, 2 jacuzzi tubs, a clean kitchen plus a kitchenette for the second bedroom and 2 washer/dryers! The walk to the private Omni beach access is only a half mile and is lovely. It’s a ground floor so we were able to walk our pup outside easily. The tennis courts are nearby providing more paths to walk & the courts are not noisy, the condo must have good sound blocking because we never heard them. We were there in February so we didn’t go in the pool but it was lovely to sit by in the Florida sunshine. The beds and furniture are very comfortable. The living room TV is enormous and provided all of our channels and streaming apps. The security gate was ready when we arrived and the check in was easy. The code was provided and the door lock worked easily for our self check in. We loved staying at the property as we love to bike . The trails are right there

This was genuinley a wonderful place to stay. I booked it so I could spend quality time with my partner who had never been to the United States, much less Florida. It was right on the beach, and we could witness the sunrise. The balcony did not feel too small. The bathroom was stocked with necessities such as wipes and make up removal. And a huge bonus for us was the smart tv that already had the various streaming apps like Netflix and Fandango at home, so yes we watched the extended editions of Lord of the Rings🙌🏿. The host was also very responsive to our needs and gave suggestions to local restaraunts. I would highly reccommend this location, and I would love to come back.
