awesome place to stay for a small family

Shanda’s place was clean and inviting. It is spacious and very functional. The bathroom is a little small, but has all you need. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans, utensils, baking pans, as well as glasses and dishes. There are granite countertops and a nice sink and faucet. The area was safe and pretty quiet. The heat worked really great! It was a comfortable place. My favorite room was the first one you walk into with the table and chairs and the easy chairs. The windows are beautiful!

Loved the area and the home. For being an old house it is very taken care of. Jerry was very informative and made sure we had everything we needed the duration of our stay.

We had a great stay! It was our anniversary. We love to fish so this was perfect for us. We brought our boat. The launch was right down the road as Toni described. The cabin was very clean, cozy and has a beautiful view! She even left some sweets with an anniversary card. Would definitely recommend 10/10 staying here.

The Little Big House is a beautifully renovated older home with lots of character. It was comfortable, cozy, and very clean. It's also in the perfect location, close to everything in Natchitoches. We enjoyed our stay! This was a little getaway for my husband and me to enjoy the history of the area and some great Cajun and Creole food. The house is spacious and would be great for a family too. Loved it!

Cozy place for a couple. We were passing through and wanted to stay in Natchitoches - lucky to have found this available. Close to all the shops and restaurants we wanted to visit. Clean and very comfortable with an awesome shower!!! Weather turned really bad overnight so we didn’t really get to enjoy the outside by the river too much but would definitely recommend and return. Chad & Tisha were super friendly and made sure we felt at home. neighbours were supee friendly and helpful. the views were magical and peaceful. deff recommend this place.

This is a beautiful cabin by the lake. We enjoyed our mornings sitting out on the porches watching ducks and herons on the water and the sunsets at night. Inside is beautifully decorated and super cozy. We had everything we needed and really enjoyed playing shuffleboard. We went into Natchitoches (about a 35 minute drive) for the Christmas Lights Festival which was quite a show! We ate at Mayeaux’s and HIGHLY recommend! The food there is amazing!! We loved our stay!
