The service of the staff is amazing and the view is second to none. The home feels like a resort and was more than plenty of space to host our family. Do note that the property is on a steep hill (which is why the view is amazing) that it's not easy to get around and even catching taxi was a bit difficult.

A casa da Tânia é melhor ainda do que aparece nas fotos! Um lugar cheio de caprichos e feito com carinho! Nos sentimos em casa e foi uma hospedagem sensacional! Praticamente poucos metros da praia, com uma feira de rua bem proximo também! Uma tranquilidade enorme no local! A casa tem tudo que precisamos para um bom descanso! A Tânia é uma pessoa extremamente atenciosa e dedicada! Nos ajudou em todo processo do inicio ao fim! Voltaremos em breve

We had the pleasure of staying 7 days during Xmas 2024. The place was excellent and roomy enough for 11 people. Relaxing atmosphere in a private location. Host Tone was very helpful. Alan helped us to organize a chef for barbecue one night and Thai cousin another night. Fantastic food. The IBeach restaurant close by is also a nice place to go for food and a drink. We used the Grab app to order transportation for grocery shopping and beaches nearby. We can highly recommended this place!

Location, location, location! The shack is what it says - a shack and it was the most perfect place for us. Being right on the beach was incredible. Walking distance along the beach to a fantastic variety of Thai and international restaurants and bars. Walking distance to 7/11 and Big C supermarkets. We didn't hire a car and Jason and Nora's lovely neighbour drove us to the supermarket if we wanted to do a bigger shop. We would hire a car next time. Thank you for a brilliant stay Jason and Nora, you were so lovely to deal with and really enthusiastic and genuine - we look forward to returning and seeing you again.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Villa. Die Villa ist sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Sie ist absolut sauber, schön und mit allem notwendigen eingerichtet.

Super tolle Lage, super Unterkunft. der Strand ist direkt vor der tür. tolle große Küche mit allem was man braucht ( im Kühlschrank stand für uns direkt wasser, säfte, kaffee bereit) . Anfragen wurden schnell beantwortet. Im großen und ganzen alle Erwartungen getroffen. Unterkunft ist definitiv weiter zu empfehlen.

Nous avons passé 2.5 mois sur place, et sommes ravis ! Kevin, qui gère avec virtuosité chaque détail, avec une réactivité et une amabilité rare !! Il y a des solutions pour tout, et des conseils pour autant ! Une mention spéciale pour Kevin qui a toujours été présent pour nous aider, ou nous conseiller. L’endroit est parfait. Bord de plage tranquille, et loin du tumulte rencontré au Nord de Samui. Mais si besoin de ce tumulte de temps en temps, en 40 minutes, il est facile de rejoindre cet endroit ou il y a beaucoup (trop) de monde. Sinon à 25 minutes il y a aussi La Maille, pour faire les courses importantes. Sinon il y a tout juste à côté de la maison. La maison est très confortable, et agréable, avec une belle piscine parfaitement entretenue. La seule surprise est la véritable collection de bibelots et autres œuvres d’arts, qui décors cette très belle maison. Mais il suffit de demander que certains bibelots soient rangés pour être à son aise, si besoin. merci encore François MARIE

Such a cute spot! Absolutely loved being right on the beach with the little outdoor bed, and a perfect little breakfast spot right down the road. The hosts were great too they were so quick to get back to us or help with anything we needed. 10/10!

Es war eine sehr wunderbare Zeit dort. Die Unterkunft, die Lage und das Wetter waren alles fantastisch. Die Villa ist sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet, Check-in war einfach. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett, freundlich, reagiert sofort auf alle Anfragen, wohnt in der Nähe und ist immer zu erreichen. Ich kann diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei Giuseppe sehr genossen. Man hat wunderbar platz, im Haus und auch draussen. Es gibt viele Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten, der Pool ist klein aber fein, er ist nämlich gedeckt, was perfekt für lange (schattige!) Badenachmittage mit unsere kleinen Tochter war. Auch der Strandabschnitt ist sehr ruhig und nicht stark frequentiert. Giuseppe wohnt ebenfalls auf dem Areal und es gibt neben dem grossen Haupthaus auch einen kleinen Bungalow, in welchem noch ein Päärchen untergebracht war. Die Flächen vor dem Haus teilt man also, was aber wunderbar ging, da es so weitläufig ist. Giuseppe war ein sehr hilfsbereiter Gastgeber und bei Gelegenheit auch für einen kurzen Austausch zu haben, trotzdem wurde unsere Privatsphäre absolut respektiert.

we were looking for a weekend getaway, somewhere quiet and tucked away with unobstructed views of the natural surroundings. we were totally won over by Khun Panipa and the lovely property. found exactly what we were looking for and more. can't wait to be back !

For once the villa was exactly as described on the site. Right on a lovely, sandy, small, quiet beach. The village with restaurants etc only a short walk away with only a small part along the road. Anew bar is being built now at the end of the bay. The lady who looks after and cleans the villa is wonderful and cooked us a delicious Thai Christmas dinner.

Our stay in Villa SeaNest was nothing but perfect. All in all we spent 4 weeks in Koh Samui, one week at SeaNest, and it was by far the best! The house is nice and spotless clean, the garden is a dream with a super nice seaview. Our kids (4,2,0) enjoyed the pool that has a perfect play area for smaller ones. The beach is like a little wild paradise and it is possible to swim. You can walk to a temple nearby next to the water or to the other side to see some fishermen and their old boats. Only some steps away there is a bar and a restaurant directly at the beach, we went there several times. But one of the best things about the whole stay were truely the housekeeper Jim and her husband. They were so thoughtful helpful and always friendly. If we ever return to Koh Samui, we‘d definitely love to come back!

We arrived and were met by a transfer included in the price, approx 15 mins from the villa. Crisps, milk, water, eggs, bread and butter are waiting in the home alongside Aoo who is the most helpful staff! We chose to work and holiday whilst here, there was one hiccup with WiFi for 30 mins but the host moved us across the way and sorted it asap. If we return to Samui we would come back, birds visited every morning alongside a cat we also found the most gorgeous place to eat each day nearby, treehouse go go go! The kitchen is fully stocked and very comfortably will fit two couples and to work from too nice desks Thank you for such a wonderful stay and amazing AC too!!!!

Amazing customer service. The villa was amazing. Loved every moment of the stay. They made our Valentine’s Day so special and decorated the room and set breakfast up for us. We would return :)

Vi havde alle 10 - 4 voksne og 6 børn en herlig oplevelse i den lækre villa. Beliggenheden på huset er eminent. Lige ned til en strand med den smukkeste solnedgang. Værterne Tony og Pawn tog sig godt af os. På vores sidste aften anrettede de en fantastisk middag for os og var til stor hjælp, når vi spurte.

Härligt med ett öppet rum o poolen precis i rummet! Säkert jätte härligt om vädret är fint! Vi trivdes jätte bra & var lät att ta sig till strand o olika restauranger! Trevlig personal

Wonderful place, easy to get around the island on moped, Chris caretaker and the cleaner were helpful and available for information, advice and guidance. We really did not want to leave. Thank you all

We have just had the most wonderful stay! We arrived late on New Years Eve and were greeted at the airport by the smiling face of Phatraporn. The villa is a short drive from the airport and we arrived in time to see the New Years fireworks all around us which was very special but not as special as the view that we woke up to when we opened the curtains! The ocean as far as we could see and the sound of the waves in the bay below! The villa itself is really clean and well equipped with everything we needed. A wonderful pool and terrace where you can watch the most amazing sunsets. We loved the fact that the villa is in a quiet spot with other villas around and you can walk to the small beach below and a small basic shop but you really do need transport. We enjoyed the beach at Cheong Mon and the restaurants there, also Fisherman’s Village was a 20 min drive away which was great too. Phatraporn couldnt do enough to help, the perfect host! We can’t wait to return!

Ayelet Tubi war ein grossartiger Host! Wir hatten uns von der ersten Sekunde an sehr wohl gefühlt durch Ihre Unterstützung vor dem Check-In als auch während des Aufenthalts. Die Villa ist unglaublich schön, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Ich würde diese Villa definitiv wieder buchen.
