We booked Stay Bubo's place less than a week before our trip after our other Airbnb reservation was unexpectedly cancelled - right during spring break and cherry blossom season. This was place couldn't have been better - and was even closer to our friends who we were visiting. It was spacious with plenty of room for two families. We especially enjoyed the open living space with the kitchen, dining area, and living room - and lots of seating with two couches and an arm chair. Also so many bathrooms! Thank you for saving our trip and providing such a comfortable and clean place to stay!

We had a great stay. The space has everything you need and a large yard and patio area. The ceiling in the upper room is a little low, but not bad.

Elisa's home was immaculate!. Squeaky clean throughout and the home and is exactly as pictured. It also has a nice outdoor deck with seating. The home was very welcoming and comfortable, perfect for our large group. Elisa was very responsive to questions and was very flexible. I left a personal item at the house after we checked out and hours later after I realized the item was left, I contacted Elisa and she was very understanding and allowed me to go back and retrieve the item. Self check in and check out was a breeze. I would definitely stay at Elisa's home again.

Our family of 7-2 grandparents, 2 parents, 3 teenagers-came to the DC area for a visit. When we arrived, we were overwhelmed with how nice the house looked. The house was immaculate, and we used every room in the house. The two bathrooms on the 2nd floor have been fully remodeled as has had the kitchen. We ate breakfast and dinner every day and it was easy to cook there. We enjoyed being together as a family and being at this “home”. Yet the house retains the flavor of a historic residence. Tyler is the perfect host. He answered every question I asked before we arrived and then continued to keep in contact if we needed anything else. We highly recommend this house.

Vidale’s place was great, plenty of room for a large group, we were a group of 25 and all slept comfortably with enough room with the two extra added spaces. The place had everything we needed. Will definitely recommend staying here. Thanks Vidale!

Patricia's place is conveniently located next to an Amazon Fresh (walking distance) as well as the Rock Creek Park. The boys and dog were out walking there every morning at 6.30am and loved the almost immediate access to the Park. The house is neat as a pin and had a nicely equipped kitchen - even with a massive supply of coffee and tea - as well as laundry and dishwasher detergents. Patricia was incredibly responsive and made our stay effortless. A great place to stay on the edge of the city.

we had a last minute cancelation from a different reservation and Susan was super responsive and quick to let us book this place! very grateful and it was a lovely place to stay :)

Elaine’s place was immaculate and just as advertised. It was perfect for our group as it had everything we needed. She was very responsive and ensure our stayed was great. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone.

Fantastic location!! Every day we walked to have breakfast in an amazing nearby restaurant and from there walked some more to get to Capitol Hill, Desiree was a great host very responsive, the place was very clean, exactly what we were looking for

Visiting son during Cherry Blossom Festival. Convenient walkable location near metro stop, with stores and restaurants nearby. Super clean inside with plenty of space - 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Would definitely come back!

I had a fantastic stay! The location is within walking distance of the National Mall, Smithsonian museums, and the White House. The space itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for my stay. David and Kathy allowed us to check-in before time, and were always responsive and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place is great--everything we needed was there. Location was ideal--near to the metro, stores, etc. Everything was hassle-free. Highly recommended

The apartment was perfect for me and my two (adult) children. It was in a great location within walking distance of restaurants, and plenty to do, as well as close to the metro which then gives you access to everything. Courtney was more than helpful, we met her (and her husband) in person on the patio and got great recommendations for restaurants, and places to grab some groceries. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone.

Melissa’s place was lovely, great appliances, comfy furniture, everything we needed for our stay. Beautiful walkable neighborhood right by the zoo and great restaurants, also very close to bike-share. Melissa was quick to respond and very helpful. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Adam’s apartment. The location is excellent—safe, convenient, and within walking distance of the Capitol. With Whole Foods and a variety of restaurants just two blocks away, everything we needed was easily accessible. The apartment itself was spacious enough for our family of four, clean, and well-maintained. The kitchen was particularly well-equipped, making meal preparation easy. We found that everything we needed was thoughtfully provided. Adam was an attentive and responsive host, ensuring a smooth and comfortable stay. We highly recommend this apartment and would gladly recommend it to friends visiting the area.

Stayed here with two of my friends for a long weekend and we had a wonderful time! Room was incredibly clean and very spacious, with a lovely kichenette. Staff were amazing, amenities like the pool and hot tub were great, and overall a great experience. Janee was also super helpful, kind, and responsive!

The apartment was centrally located for all of our needs! We had a great time and enjoyed having drinks and bite to eat at The Little Gay Pub which is right across the street!

I've stayed in a few different places in Occoquan, which I adore!! This one is by far my favorite for the location and it really is a great value!!

We stayed at Willie’s place for a weekend away and had a GREAT experience. We had our toddler with us and had a pack and play provided for us. Very clean, private parking, safe neighborhood, we’d definitely stay there again if we are in town!

The condo was very spacious and clean. It was a very nice place to relax after a long day.

Very nice place to stay near Gaylord convention center. Super clean condo. All the essentials are there. Lots to do at the resort as well as nearby walking distance. Having a baby in the group we did quite a bit of laundry. A laundry room was on our floor with two washers and four dryers and free of charge. We barely passed anyone on the seventh floor. We would def stay here again.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb in DC! The place was really nice and well-equipped with all the essentials we needed for a comfortable stay. It's also in a fantastic location, with plenty of things to do and see nearby. It was also conveniently located near all the places our group wanted to visit. The hosts were extremely helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Our stay was fantastic, and I'd definitely recommend this spot for anyone visiting DC!
