Such a cool glamping setup :) Our cabin was cozy inside and we enjoyed having a fire pit out front in the evening to relax with. Explored some art and went down to the river as well. Will definitely return.

Absolutely gorgeous spot Jody has along the Dolores River ~5 miles south of Gateway, CO! The surroundings could not be more spectacular and the amount of space you have on the property is incredible (it was just two of us but we were saying how it would have been a BLAST to have a bunch of friends tenting out as well!) The cabin is definitely primitive and we essentially just used it as a shelter to store belongings / shield us from the rain and winds that picked up for a few hours one afternoon (weather was otherwise gorgeous). Highly recommend this place if you’re just looking for a beautiful / private campsite with tons of room. I was a little hesitant about privacy because I read some reviews that noted how you’re pretty close to Rt 141 - I was pleasantly surprised though as traffic is light and you barely notice cars going by (the sound of peaceful rapids from the river nearby drown them out too). Overall, an incredible stay and we will definitely return!

This was my fist ever Air BnB stay. This was a wonderful place in coutry setting. Felt right at home. Owner was kind enough to pick from airport, because I arrived late night, and even brought fresh country chicken eggs to help me make omlette for dinner. The place was clean. Kitchen, living, dining areas, bed rooms and furniture made me feel right at home. We enjoyed the 112+ year old barn and farm house tour incl the late night chat by the fire pit. Great hosts and will absolutely come back next time.

Had a great time - location is peaceful and quiet along the Uncompahgre River. Just 60 minutes away from the Black Canyon of the Gunnison, trails in and picnics in the Cimarron's, San Juans and local sites. Great farmers' markets in Montrose, Ridgway, Delta.

Amy and her husband were incredibly friendly, helpful and kind. We truly enjoyed meeting them and the place is a beautiful retreat just outside of Telluride. We would definitely recommend staying and hope to be back soon. The hot tub overlooking the mountains was a real treat after long days hiking.

The hosts are friendly and responsive. I stayed about three months and the Casita met my expectations. Had my cat with me also and she loved the farm. She’s mad we left! Issues are handled quickly. Hot water heater went out on a Friday night and they had the new one installed next day. Location on a farm is peaceful. Not too far away from civilization, but far enough. This area has so much to see, this was a great base point.

We loved the stay at cabin 1. The place is extremely beautiful and if you prefer some time for yourself away from the world this is where you get to. Extraordinary views of sunset and star gazing eventhough we had full moon and couldnt star gaze much, this place has got everything you need if your looking for a peaceful getway. Finding the place was a bit difficult for us as we took a detour from Telluride but if you can follow Karens instructions they are pretty accurate. Cant wait to come back to this place, will surely be here again. Place was kept very clean and very cozy, perfect place to enjoy nature.
