This is a beautiful modernist home in one of the best locations in Italy, close to Italian Alps, Aosta and Lakes Como and Maggiore, not to mention Milan itself, and, truly rare to find a modernist home of this standard and design, which is highly chic and the dream of any artist to live in a place such as this. We look forward to coming back many times. Personal thank you to Barbara and her wonderful grandfather!

Sergio's place was perfect for my group. The place is situated very close to a really nice grocery store and shopping area, and a convenient tram line that takes you straight to the center of Milan. The place itself was extremely clean, and was happy that the pictures reflected exactly what we found! Sergio was always extremely responsive with all of my questions, which made the stay that much more enjoyable. Would recommend for anyone with a large group looking to.visit Milan!

Ett mycket fint ställe, med allt man behöver. Elisa och Arturo var mycket hjälpsamma och vänliga. De fixade hjälp när vi hade problem med bilen. Även våra hundar trivdes i den inhängda trädgården.

The host was very responsive and helpful from the day we booked the accommodation. He met us in person at the house and gave us a tour of the house and explained certain things like the recycling and how to use the TV's. The host was in communication with us regularly to check if we had any problems and ensure we were stocked with the essentials like washing up liquid, toilet roll etc. The location of the house is down a narrow one way road with a gated entrance to the property. I would advise not to bring a big car because the road and entrance are small! We are located just of the main road in Somma Lombardo and Lidl is only 5 minutes drive away (Or about 20 mins walk) and there are plenty of nearby restaurants to enjoy including a lovely Gelato shop It is not a quiet neighbourhood due to the local churches, dogs barking and airplanes taking off from nearby Malpensa airport but that is not fault of the host Overall, we were very happy with our stay! Všetko bolo v úplnom poriadku. Giorgio reagoval velmi rýchlo dal nám veľa tipov na to čo robiť v okoli. Čo sa vybavenia týka nič nám nechýbalo. Inštrukcie pri checkine a checkoute boli jasne, nenastali žiadne komplikácie. Lokalita je super! Zastávka na električku je 4 minúty od ubytovania a ide priamo do centra. Môžem len doporučiť ! Ďakujeme krásne za príjemne ubytovanie. Katarina

Dorella was a nice host. The communication was really good. The house is beautiful with an old atmosphere. The bathroom is new. It was very clean. All in all it was a nice stay. Thank you Dorella:)

très bon séjour professionnel dans l'appartement de Mario. Très spacieux et très bien équipé, chaque chambre possède sa douche et son WC. A proximité de Milan en voiture ou transport en commun. Commerces de proximité et supermarché à moins de 600metres. Très bonne communication avec Giuseppe ou Elisa. Nous reviendrons.

El apartamento está muy hermoso, súper bien ubicado y Emmanuelle fue muy atenta , siempre al pendiente de nuestros mensajes . Solo el elevador no funcionaba . Nuestra estancia fue muy cómoda , estuvimos muy cerca de los lugares más emblemáticos de Milán .

The house was as pictured! The pool was very inviting and the house had plenty of necessities for a large group. The host was very responsive and communicated well even with a language barrier.

Super Haus, das sogar in Realität besser als beschrieben und auf den Fotos ist! Ein tolles Grundstück mit ausreichend Platz auf Wiesen, unter Bäumen, diversen Terrassen und am tollen Pool. Sollte es einmal regnen gibt es im Haus genügend gemeinschaftliche Aufenthaltsräume. Leider hat die Kühlleistung des großen Kühlschranks die besten Zeiten hinter sich, und schafft es bei warmen Wetter nicht mehr ganz den Inhalt eiskalt herunter zu kühlen. Als freundlicher Hinweis sei die etwas ausgewachschene Auffahrt zum Grundstück genannt, die es erschwert mit tiefen Fahrzeugen und nur mit Vorsicht das Grundstück anzufahren.

Wir waren das 2. Mal in der Unterkunft und wieder war alles top! Leider ging die Spülmaschine nicht aber das hat uns nicht gestört! Ich kann die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen!

Tout était parfait. Nous étions un groupe de 11 personnes. La maison est très bien conçue. Très propre, fidèle aux photos, endroit calme et emplacement idéal pour aller au GP de Monza. Merci aux hôtes !!!

Das Haus war für unsere Gruppe absolut perfekt! Leider hat das Wetter nicht mitgespielt, sodass wir den Pool nicht nutzen konnten, aber es war dennoch ein perfekter Aufenthalt bei Stefano 👍🏻

Good host and house. Had a minor problem during our week and they got someone out straight away to fix it - can't ask for more!

Katja was very good at communicating and we enjoyed the living space which was finished to a high standard. We were visiting friends in Bergamo and S. Pellegrino most of the time, as well as Lake Garda so were introduced to some excellent restaurants in those places (Baretto, Via al Costello and Osteria al Gigianca in Bergamo and La Fruslina, S.Pellegrino - highly recommended) so can’t comment on local restaurants. Air conditioning worked very well and the pool was great for cooling off in the day. Overall, a great stay and would recommend it as a base for exploring Lombardia and Milan.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Der private Pool war ein absolutes Highlight. Die Küchenausstattung war ausreichend. Die Kommunikation und der Check-in & Check-out verliefen sehr unkompliziert.

Eric is a great host. Friendly and fast responsive. Even if we arrived a bit later, he was there waiting for us with the keyes. Apartment is nice and clean. I can realy recommend this place

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans cette magnifique villa en Italie. La vue était tout simplement imprenable, et l'endroit offrait tout le confort nécessaire pour des vacances parfaites. Les hôtes étaient charmants, toujours à l'écoute et très réactifs, ce qui a rendu notre expérience encore plus agréable. Nous avons également eu le plaisir de déguster les excellents vins de Piccinnini, un moment inoubliable. L'endroit est d'un calme absolu, idéal pour se reposer et se ressourcer. Je recommande vivement cette location à tous ceux qui recherchent un séjour paisible et authentique en Italie.

The landlord is kind and collected the exhibits for our exhibition in advance. The environment is quiet, and the house is very spacious. There is also a very large shopping mall nearby. It is more convenient to travel by car.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Stefania. La maison est très jolie, bien équipée, conforme aux photos et à la description. Le cadre est magnifique, paisible, au milieu des vignes. Les échanges avec Stefania se sont très bien passés et elle a toujours été réactive. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !
