Apartament foarte curat, extrem de aproape de plaja si cu o vedere super catre mare, din balcon. Recomand din suflet!

Apartamentul arată foarte bine , utilat cu tot ce e nevoie,amplasarea este excelenta, langa faleză, la 2 pași de plaja. Am apreciat expresorul de cafea, o cafea foarte buna . Am comunicat foarte ușor și eficient cu Andrei și cu soția acestuia.

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay here! The view from the apartment balcony is great!The pool is in front of it and the street to cross before you hit the sandy beach, but you can still hear the waves which was very relaxing! The host uses a property management company to directly handle everything; I have had mixed experiences with these before but KeyStay was great and on-site admin were extremely responsive and immediately came when we had an AC issue (which was more user error with the settings than an actual malfunction of the unit). The parking is convenient, makes it easy to drive to Constanța and further along the Mamaia strip that are a bit far to walk. The amenities of this building are also great and as pictured; we enjoyed the rooftop infinity pool, and the sauna and indoor hot tub on the roof were a great bonus when we had a chilly day and couldn't enjoy the pool. Definitely recommend this place for a beach vacation close to the Mamaia action and still relaxing!

Firstly, the apartment was even better than I expected. It was spotless clean, beds super comfortable, 2 lovely bathrooms, one with a bath which is great for small kids and one with a fabulous rain water shower. The living area and kitchen have everything you need... also spotless cutlery, etc. The balcony is great, 4 really comfortable chairs along with 2 tables and best of all the views, looking down onto an amazing pool with beech views to die for, also right below the apartment is the 2 best restaurants on the promenade. Our host was amazing, alway on call if we needed anything and gave us some great advice in terms of local amenities. I would highly recommend staying here, and I will 100% be back, already looking forward to next time.

Totul a fost impecabil. Apartamentul este foarte curat și bine dotat. Este foarte aproape de mare,iar faptul ca există acces gratuit la piscină, sală, spa și spații de joacă pentru copii, este minunat! Noi ne-am simțit ca acasă și cu siguranță o să revenim!

Modern, Clean apartment, with all amenities and even a washing machine. Just a 5 minute walk to the beach, pools, restaurants and play areas. Great location for a modern young family.

Excellent place to be with family/kids. Everything close by, the beach, the caffees/restaurants, amusement park, shops. Great communication with the Host, smooth checkin through an automated website & lockbox access. Nice complex of apartment buildings, pools for adults & kids, overall quiet, even though close to bars. Great walkability. Superb view [partial] of the sea. Elevators & stairs easy accessible. No parking included, but you can find smth on the close-by streets, or can pay at reception for a spot inside the complex. Thank you to the Hosts for our great family vacation. We'll be back soon. 28. We had an amazing time at Ana’s beautiful apartment and would love to visit again in the future. Ana and her husband were super accommodating and kind hosts and we had everything we could’ve possibly needed. The apartment was clean beautiful decorated and spacious. Seconds away from the pool,beach and restaurants. We had a wonderful time. Thank you again for everything!

A great near the beach villa that has all the amenities you may need. Only a 2 min walk to the most beautiful view of the sea .The host is very nice and proactive in helping you achieve the most pleasant stay .I will definitely come back to this accommodation.

Bra boende mitt vid stranden och gågatan. Flera pooler och restauranger i resorten och i närheten. Svårt med parkering på helgen så kom gärna en Tors-Mån och låt din bil stå parkerad. Bra lägenhet med allt du behöver på den soliga sidan med havsutsikt. Negativt var städbolaget som ej skött sina uppgifter men värden löste detta!

Casa Ortviken este un hotel excelent. Foarte confortabil, frumos și curat. Este situat într-un loc foarte liniștit, ferit de zgomot. Camera este elegantă și frumos amenajată. Gazdele sunt oameni prietenoși și deschiși. Bucătăria are tot ce este necesar pentru un sejur confortabil, iar terasa este spațioasă și bine dotată. Ne-am simțit aici ca acasă și ne-am dorit să rămânem și mai mult! Cu siguranță vom reveni. Mulțumim, Casa Ortviken!

Totul minunat, insa o mica sugestie, este nevoie de imbunatatirea semnalului WI-FI. In rest, locatie excelentă.

I can recomended this acomodation. It is close to the beach and "city centre". Althought rooms are quite small, you have everything what you need for your holiday. TV, fridge, wardrobe and peraonal bathroom. All house was very clean, kitchen was equiped very well and in the nice garden you can have breakfast, evening tea time or take a rest after hot day.
