Jessica's communication was great. She was helpful with anything I needed. Check in was a breeze. Room was basic, but affordable. I pretty much just slept while I was there, but people seemed to be having a fun time in the back where the restaurant and bar were, but it didn't affect my sleeping.

Excellent location a few blocks from the Malecón but far enough from the night clubs to be quiet and peaceful. Clean spacious room with a good shower. Air conditioning worked. The pool area was nice, but don’t expect a view. Note that there is no mini-fridge in the rooms. Good value because of the location.

This was a lovely place to stay, very close to the ocean and to the center of town. The rooftop pool and hammocks were perfect! My partner and I both had to work while we were here but the WiFi worked pretty well (although it was better from the rooftop than our room which worked perfectly for us). Overall amazing place to stay and our host was very responsive with recommendations, ect.

la habitación estuvo excelente para descansar y la pileta que hay en el último piso esta genial para pasar la tarde. La ubicación está perfecta y hay agua caliente, amenidades, sin duda volveria

Bill & April's home is a dream! I would highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a quiet vacation away from resorts, has all the amenities as big hotels, but more personal. Bill welcomed us at the airport and took the three of us to their home which is in a lovely neighborhood just above PVR. Their home is gorgeous! April welcomed us at the door to give us a tour. I fell in love with their backyard which has a nice size pool, plenty of lounge chairs and the most incredible porch/deck for cooking and to relax. Their home is on the canal, so there was plenty of wildlife to entertain our son for hours. As many of the other reviews have mentioned, both April and Bill go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. They love what they do and it shows. We will forever have fond memories of our stay and look forward to visiting again in the future!

This is a wonderful little hotel in the heart of San Blas. When we went (Feb 2025) it was very clean and quiet. The rooms are very spacious with incredible bathrooms - the best shower I’ve ever seen! The owner is very friendly and was helpful with an early check in for us. The pool and hot tub were very nice and clean. It has a private feel and is walkable to everything you’d want to see in San Blas.

Estuvimos en la habitación “plata” que queda arriba en la esquina de la casa y como con un balcón privado para nosotros con su mesa y sillas. Solo pasamos una noche y nos encantó, después del ruido y caos de Puerto Vallarta, la casa de Elena es especial y se ve que ha puesto mucho cariño en todo. La cama súper cómoda con sábanas y toallas semi-nuevas y de buena calidad al igual que el champú y crema de cuerpo. Especial mención los sonidos de la selva para dormír, para nada necesitamos tapones, por que los ruidos de la naturaleza son especiales para entrar en el mejor sueño. Nos dejaron llegar pronto, y pudimos disfrutar de la paz y tranquilidad y de su hermosa piscina. La cocina era impresionante, con todos los robots de cocina que te imaginas, una pena que solo tuviéramos una noche en la casa de Elena. Se me olvidaba, que nos perdimos un poco y ya estaban fuera esperándonos y buscándonos, muchas gracias por cuidarnos tan bien!!

We loved our stay at this adorable boutique hotel and will definitely stay here again, as well as recommend it to friends. We especially loved the bathroom with the open-air shower and the stunning courtyard. You would never expect what’s behind the front doors of the front door- super cool place.

We had a great stay, the property is beautiful, very quiet during the day. Our room was nicely decorated, and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The local chickens and roosters surrounding the property are plentiful. Enjoyed them throughout the day, but quite loud at night. The pools are beautiful, the rooftop pools are small and fairly private. The tiles on the floor get quite slippery when wet. I took a fall that could have been pretty bad. The front desk also helped us call a cab out of town after our stay as uber drivers do not like to go to SAN Pancho. We had a few issues getting one to take us there as well.

Sin duda alguna un lugar mágico e increíble ! La atención es increíblemente amable , comodidad al 100 así como todo estaba a la comodidad , tiendas, Oxxo , necesidades etc! Volveremos sin dudarlo Si tienen la oportunidad de ir, háganlo vale la pena todo.

This was our first time to Puerto Vallarta and our favorite trip to Mexico so far. Teresa’s Grand Venetian ABB was just as described a good value. With a comfortable bed and good AC. The washer and dryer are very convenient. We enjoyed the property with easy access to the beach and pools. Great security, you always feel safe. Taxi and Uber respond quickly when you want to go across town. Banks, shops and restaurants are easy to get to. The caretaker picked us up at the airport, checked us in. Getting from the airport and checking in could not have been easier.

Clean, warm vibes and walkability in to marina area. The staff is warm and the courtyard pool area and quaint restaurant bar area and quite charming. The location is far enough away to be quiet yet not so far that it's inconvenient. You'll love the tub and clean cotton linens, too!

What an amazing place to stay in Sayulita! The location was very quiet and only about a 10 minute walk from the heart of the town. The place was clean and is clearly well taken care of. The suite was private, gated and the pool was beautiful. Suzanne was very responsive and friendly to deal with! Would highly recommend!!

Liz fue muy amable, llegamos de noche y nos recibió sin problemas. La casa estaba muy linda, muy limpia con aire acondicionado y el baño muy completo tenía todo lo que necesitábamos. Nos volveríamos a hospedar ahí.
